But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Delivery team Andre & Liam phoned ahead to say they could be earlier than expected. When they arrived they were courteous, helpful and extemely polite. They made sure everything was perfect before they left.

Great product and the delivery service…
Great product but the delivery service was really impressive. I live down a small road, and have a long narrow pathway to my house and Craig and Lee got it to my door with no trouble and did it with a smile. No complaints, no reservations. My sofa also didn't fit in through my porch door, and they were happy to wait and help find a solution. Their patience was really appreciated.

Canterbury Neptune at Christmas
We visited the Canterbury Neptune Christmas Fair on Sunday and what a delight it was. Amanda was there to welcome everyone and point out the list of companies that had been invited to show and sell their great products. There were so many lovely stalls all round the showrooms and it always feels so homely and cosy especially when decorated for Christmas. There were mince pies, speciality biscuits & bakery products together with chocolates to sample, which went down a treat!

High quality work and a painless project
Neptune in Canterbury designed and installed a kitchen for us. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish - Lily developed a design which works well practically and looks great, installations project manager James coordinated the works and took care of all the details, and installer Andy and his team did an excellent high quality job. Amanda and other store staff were also very helpful. They were all very responsive when we had queries, and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the new kitchen.

Friendly and helpful
The staff at Neptune Canterbury are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It is always a pleasure coming into the store. I had an issue with a table I had delivered, they took it seriously and sorted it out for me very quickly.

I have visited this beautiful store a few times over the years. Picked up the odd small item and just dreamed of ordering anything big. Well my dream two weeks ago came try and we purchased a table with four chairs. Now, I’ve always found the staff very polite and friendly but the day we brought our furniture I got to see the real deal. The lovely Karen was so wonderful. Answered all our questions. Brought other pieces to us to show how it wood work and other way. The sale went so well I felt like I’d made a friend. Today we took delivery of the table. The two guys, so sorry I never took there names. We also very efficient, professional and extremely courteous. The chairs I collect from the store as these were end of line. Karen and Gemma made me feel so welcome. Offed me a coffee whilst the lovingly wrapped my chairs then assisted me in getting them into my car. A perfect service from start to finish. I will no longer look elsewhere for anything until I have checked at the Neptune store first. Thank you, all of you. Next level customer service at it’s best.
