Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

The staff at the Cambridge store were so welcoming and friendly. The store itself is like the dream home. Always look forward to visiting Neptune stores! Our rug arrived within two days and it is stunning. Thank you!

Great Service and a quality product.
Store very helpful with ordering a TV cabinet.
We had to wait quite a while for delivery but there were no problems and the cabinet was delivered in the timescale given by Neptune.
Delivery men were very pleasant and polite - removed packaging, placed cabinet where we wanted it and gave us additional information in case we had any problems.
As always great service.

You longer can buy fabric by the meter
You longer can buy fabric by the meter. I was going to buy a chair and then get my sofa recovered in the same fabric! Will now choose another fabric from somewhere else! I don’t want my home to look like I’ve purchased my interior from Neptune I like to mix it up. I was going to enquire about a kitchen ….. I no longer feel that I want to!

This store is too nice . I love going into it so much that I rarely come away without buying something . Nikki the manager and all of the staff are a big part of that.
Neptune is a huge favourite of mine and I’ve been to many of the stores but the Cambridge store has something very special

I absolutely love the quality of the…
I absolutely love the quality of the items I have bought, and couldn’t be more pleased with the aesthetics of the design. The staff were very helpful and the teams transporting and delivering the furniture were fantastic. My only gripe was the length of time from order to delivery. However the best is always worth waiting for.

Ordered stool in April this year
Ordered stool in April this year, arrived last week in a box. Expensive stool of £800 comes like an IKEA flat pack for me to set up. I was very disappointed that there service was extremely poor. Not a up market shop as I was lead to believe from the show rooms.

Exciting visit to Neptune in Cambridge
I loved going around your shop in Cambridge. I bought two Wycombe arm chairs and two cushions which were delivered promptly. The service was efficient and I love the chairs. they are comfortable, stylish and the workmanship exceptional. Wish there was a shop in Nottingham

Wow - I love Neptune Cambridge
Wow, Jo and the Cambridge team are fantastic! They are fun, kind and knowledgeable. Every time I go into the store I have such a lovely experience & they always make me feel so welcome. BIG shoutout to Jo - who literally went above and beyond for me today, spent time looking at the paint colours and explaining why they might work in different rooms etc. Sooo knowledgeable and totally understood the vibe I was trying to achieve. I came away feeling so inspired and excited! Jo is an asset to your store - the best of the best! Can’t wait to visit again :)
