Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

Neptune is evidence that the UK still has what it takes to outperform the rest of the world in design, quality and service. Jo is always helpful and polite and the store in Cambridge is definitely worth a visit for inspiration. A huge thank you to the lovely Jo, Sarah and Sian who were so helpful, and so patient with us whilst we shopped for our new dining table and chairs. They weren’t pushy at all, they helped us to mix and match lots of combinations until we were really happy with our choice, and they were so great with our little ones whilst we tried to focus on the furniture shopping!
I’d also like to mention our delivery team Andre and Liam who arrived on time, unloaded and assembled the furniture swiftly, and took all the boxes away leaving me with a tidy house. They were great.

From ordering to delivery everything was 5*. The staff in the shop were helpful and efficient, the delivery men (Anore’ and Liam) were really good. They put the item where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. Couldn’t have asked for more!
