Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Really happy with my Edinburgh console table and basket. They look better than expected and the furniture is so well made. Furniture delivery was efficient and friendly too. All round excellent service.

An amazing experience with Neptune
We have just taken delivery of our new sofas / furniture & are extremely pleased with our whole experience with Neptune. Nikki & the whole team at Cambridge have been brilliant, with the advice they gave us & the time they spent with us getting all our choices just how we wanted them. Thank you Nikki & your team so much!
Dan & Dave delivered the furniture today & were also extremely good - they set up the furniture in our room exactly where we wanted it & took a great deal of care during their visit, checking that we were happy with everything - thank you.
The quality of the products from Neptune have exceeded our expectations & we can not recommend Neptune highly enough.
In fact, we can’t wait to return to Neptune Cambridge again soon, even if it’s for a browse of their beautiful products!!

Check the delivered product
Bought a granite garden table from Harston store who were charming and very helpful. Sadly, the Swindon depot delivered a defective product.
Neptune corporate took persuading from us and Harston store manager to exchange it.
The table was offered 'pre-sealed', but little evidence of this. So £44 spent on granite cleaner and sealant which we will apply. The delivery teams did a good job.

Our first visit and purchase from…
Our first visit and purchase from Neptune. Jo helped us choose the right coffee and side tables, and they are perfect.
They gave us a date for delivery and we had a telephone call from the driver when they were 30 minutes away. The delivery men bought our tables in, and set them up where I wanted, and then took all the cardboard packing away. We will definitely return for our next purchase!

Poor Delivery…
All our Neptune products and items are great and of the highest quality. However, the 'two man, white glove' delivery of our £7,500+ sofa really let them down. When they arrived at the house, one of the delivery men got out of the lorry and immediately lit up a cigarette before starting to unload the sofa. If he was that desperate, surely he could have done that 'down the road' before the delivery?
After the delivery, he then said he needed to take to break so sat on out driveway in the lorry for about half an hour.
I know this all sounds like a 'first world criticism' (and I don't want it to lose the guy his job) but this die feel like a second class service for a first class product.
