Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Henley TV Corner unit
We recently received delivery of a Henley corner TV unit painted in Driftwood, it is a quality piece of furniture and we are delighted with it.

Ordered a lamp at the beginning of…
Ordered a lamp at the beginning of April was told it would be a couple of weeks before it was delivered. Had a phone call the following week to say it was now out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered until end of may and they would contact me to let me know when it arrived in. Waited until the beginning of june, no contact from shop. Phoned them and was told it would now be mid june. Waited until the end of June, no contact from shop. Phoned again and was told it should be end by the end of that week. Finally got lamp… don’t order anything that isn’t in stock unless you are prepared to chase it and wait….

It took 9 months to get my order through for coasters and placemats! Even taking into account the delay on goods at present it was far too long to wait on such small items

Great helpful shopping experience at Neptune Belfast. Friendly staff and my beautiful Hanover wall lights were ready for collection on the expected day. I appreciated the personal call letting me know they were ready for collection too.

My favourite store
A must to visit if only to drool over the beautiful interiors and accessories. Quite simply I love it and I rarely leave without buying anything. As a result I have quite the collection of their beautiful shopping bags.

The staff were friendly
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The store was well laid out with some beautiful products on display.
The goods we ordered were delivered ahead of schedule and is now being enjoyed.

Great products
Great products, but let down by poor product knowledge by the staff in store.
Also customer services leaves a lot to be desired. Understand difficulties with supply chains. But not once did I receive a phone call or email in relation to delays with my order. Order placed mid Jan advised in store goods in stock should be delivered within a few weeks. Order delivered March 18th.

Suffolk Table
We ordered the Suffolk table just after Christmas and it has arrived already. Neptune staff were helpful in explaining options for size and colour and we were very happy with our Neptune experience. Delivered by Bond Delivery who set it up for us and took away packaging. Excellent service all round.

Impossible to buy anything in Belfast…
Impossible to buy anything in Belfast store. Have gone up to the counter numerous times with an item in my hand to be told, Sorry we can't sell this because its display only. Just tried to buy Browning Lantern online and given 3 different delivery dates, Had to cancel in the end. Totally exasperated.
