We recently completed a renovation and extension project and we chose Neptune to design our kitchen as well as several other rooms. Neptune was one of the best decisions we made during the project!
From our initial meeting, Stella the kitchen designer, was fantastic. She took the time to understand how we wanted our kitchen to look and how we wanted it to work as the heart of our family home. She came up with many ideas that we would never even have thought of and she guided us through every decision, however small with patience and professionalism.
When it came to the kitchen fitting, William was outstanding. His workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. He took great pride ensuring that the fitting was finished to the highest standard.
Maisie, the interior designer did an amazing job of designing several of our other rooms. She completely understood what we wanted to achieve and her eye for detail and creativity made such a difference to our home.
We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The whole team at Neptune Belfast were amazing and made what should have been a very daunting part of such a large project feel enjoyable and calm. We would have no hesitation in recommending Neptune Belfast to anyone looking to improve their home.

We had been looking for a new kitchen for over a year. We visited a number of kitchen showrooms but we couldn’t get a plan that felt right for us. There was an offer on for initial kitchen design and initially I thought we would get some good ideas but I really thought that a Neptune Kitchen would be out of our price range. We met Stella on that very first appointment and from that day we knew our kitchen would be from Neptune. Stella was fantastic throughout and she was very patient with us - especially when I kept changing my mind. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Stella listened to us she developed great kitchen plans from both listening to us, visiting our home and giving us advice. Stella kept in touch throughout the whole installation process too. Later Kael joined the team and she was also very helpful and knowledgeable. They were both a delight to have in our home. We were also surprised how good value the kitchen was. It wasn’t the cheapest price but it certainly was not the most expensive. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and Stella also helped us pick some complementary things like lights for the kitchen. Our Neptune kitchen has now become the heart of our home and that’s to the team at Neptune Belfast it has turned out better than we could have ever hoped for. I’m so glad that we made that first appointment.

The Belfast store staff is very helpful especially Magda who spend a bit of time with us trying to figure out our couch options considering on new space. Can’t wait to see the couch and will be back for future needs.

Last night at Neptune Belfast, the Vermillion Clinic Easter Table Setting Evening was simply fabulous. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel so welcome. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxed, and beautifully styled.

The floral demonstration by David from Vintage Violet Flowers was absolutely stunning. He shared lots of helpful tips and ideas for creating our own arrangements, and we were able to choose from delicate spring florals along with the cutest Easter craft items 🐣

We were also treated to delicious nibbles, beautifully presented, along with refreshments of our choice, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and indulgent. Every detail had clearly been carefully thought through, from the textures and colours of the table décor to the charming seasonal accents that tied everything together perfectly.

The surroundings were just as impressive, creating the perfect backdrop for such a lovely evening. It was truly an inspiring event filled with creativity, great company, and beautiful styling. I left with so many ideas and a big smile.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves creating seasonal décor and adding a touch of Easter magic to their home.

Great helpful friendly staff with good ideas , makes decisions easier when purchasing ! Love browsing too.

I had a wonderful time at Neptune Belfast for their recent Easter event. The shop itself is absolutely beautiful, with such stylish surroundings that really showcase everything they have to offer, it made the perfect setting for the evening.

Fearghal was so welcoming, and Joe was just as lovely, making sure everyone had a drink in hand and plenty of delicious nibbles throughout. The hot cross buns, cupcakes, and mini eggs were a really nice touch and added to the whole Easter atmosphere.

I was there for the floral workshop with Vintage Violet Floral Boutique, creating a beautiful Easter arrangement with David. The event was fun, hands-on, and really enjoyable from start to finish.

I’d highly recommend it, not just for the workshop experience, but also as a great way to see what Neptune has to offer in such a lovely, relaxed setting.

I recently had a Neptune kitchen installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! After visiting several other kitchen stores, I knew on my first visit to Neptune that no one could match their quality and service.

Stella was fantastic from the start—she really listened to my ideas and turned them into a design I loved. We were renovating our entire house which was a stressful process, but working with Neptune was the least stressful part. They were in touch with me regularly, accommodating with changing timelines and readily offered solutions when needed. William, the fitter, was excellent—he kept me informed at every stage and made sure the kitchen was both beautiful and practical.

The new kitchen is my favourite part of our home, and everyone who sees it comments on it and asks where we got it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone!
