Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

I was very impressed …
I was very impressed by the service and care that the staff at Neptune provided. Their advice on colour was spot on They listened to what I wanted and I am now sitting in a beautifully painted kitchen that looks exactly as I had hoped. My painters commented on the quality of the paint and how good it was to work with. Thank you Neptune, I will be back.

Great customer service
I find the staff at Neptune Belfast extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They have good knowledge of their products and you can rely on their expertise. Love the products.
Even though i am not a big purchaser I get the same attention and treatment as with the high end purchasers.

Outstanding Belfast Neptune shop …
The Belfast Neptune shop is absolutely amazing were the staff go over and above their call of duty to assist and help you. I love the ambiance of the shop were every attention to details has been considered. I am in love with their tableware which is totally unique and of an amazing quality. I strongly recommend a visit.

Haven’t received orders as they changed…
Haven’t received orders as they changed my shipping address and have had to drive half way round the country trying to find the houses they delivered too .. x3 times this has happened
Also when actually delivered.. times between ordering and shipping are extremely delayed
Ordered on store also lanterns in May and they have now updated me saying they will be there end of September

Highly recommend a visit
The Belfast Ormeau rd store is an absolute delight to visit the staff are always so professional friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Staff will source an item quickly and contact directly or arrange delivery. Beautifully organised store to visit and for styling inspiration.
