I received my walking stick quickly, and the overall craftsmanship is nice. The cane feels solid and well made, and the wristlet is beautiful and well constructed. (honestly, love the wristlet!)
However, the design I received (mystery purchase) has a raised, ridged texture along the grip and shaft that makes it uncomfortable to hold for extended use with my medical conditions. Additionally, the ridged surface prevents the wrist strap from attaching securely, which limits functionality. I should have researched a little better I guess.

While the quality and shipping were great, the cane isn't something I will be able to use due to the aesthetic design.

Quick delivery, funky colour - Nebula - I love it and will probably soon become addicted to buying a stick for every outfit!

Super cute canes and have received a lot of compliments. Very sturdy and feels nice in the hand. Only complaint is the grip is not nice looking and the end piece keeps coming off. I’m afraid I’m going to lose it.

I waited years to buy from Neowalk, going through cheaper (noisy) 'fold- up' sticks because of a complex mix of internalised ableism and not needing a stick every day for my disability. By folding and hiding my stick, hoping i wouldn't need it, i wasn't listening to my body's needs either. When my Neowalk arrived and i was able to test walk it, a huge shift happened within me and it truly was the best thing I'd done for myself as a disabled person. It's SILENT and beautiful and feels like the art i need it's support to see, not an embarrassing thing. The quality is top notch, the service is great and the experience has changed how I treat myself now. Thank you so much.

I ordered two sticks and two wrist straps. The order arrived super fast and they are absolutely beautiful! The perfect length, really high quality and stunning looking. Something really different. The price point is great too for something this good. I can't wait to show them off in hospital ha ha ha. Makes having to use a stick fun. Loads of choice. I went for the transparent purple and the swirly pink one, also got matching pink and purple chain straps. I love this company and their products. I love my Christina Applegate FUMS DNA cane! It's beautiful and is such a great help when my legs don't want to work, when my balance is off...which is pretty much always and when my draggy foot won't lift up. The customer service is wonderful and was very helpful with my situation. They made me feel like they knew me personally. I'd give 10 stars if I could!! Love you guys!

It’s a wonderful stick - such a delicate colour but it makes me think of Spring!

I'm obsessed! My new Neo Walk stick is so fabulous! I'm getting compliments all the time now, no more looks of pity. It's a huge confidence boost and spices up any outfit.
I could order some samples first, so that was great for the decision process.

The stick is a little bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it! I'm in Germany, so with shipping and taxes I spent 146 € on it. 10 days between my order and the delivery were quite fast. Is was packed well and arrived unharmed.

If you too don't want to hide, just because you need a walking aid: Get yourself one of these sticks! ❤️

Pretty straightforward. Website is a bit clunky, like an e-commerce template that didn’t quite fit.

Now bought a few sticks for my wife, and happy with the service and quality every time.

So first the good things, beautiful colours and light up option.

Bad things : I did use the build your stick option, so when I click spiral blue I thought it was just a inside design and outside would be smooth, it was not and the still image didn't show this. The bottom plastic bit is too big and the stick move around a lot in it, so the sticks leans abit too easy making it not as stable. I clicked yes to rubber handle but get this, you have to click no apparently to bring up different colour options which didn't make sense to me, so I got it sent without a rubber handle. They said I could resend back and pay extra for the rubber handle, which meant more money to send it back as well. Which I didn't think was fair considering how they didn't make the options clear enough, I'm not in love with the stick and regret buying it. But I would be willing to give them another shot and purchase a better stick then the one I got.

Update : I tried them again, this time I'm genuinely impressed. So the handle with grip comes with gel inside, making the handle seem more comfortable. Colour I went for this time was a smooth yellow and a t handle. So much better for handling and walking with. I bought a chain link and this stick has given it more freedom so it comfortable on my wrist and not restrained. Only downside is the weight of it but that is to be expected with glass type. The handle came with a little scratch mark but that because of transit which can't be helped and doesn't bother me that much. So I have updated my stars to full amount. Well done neo walk you have changed my mind

First off. It is a solid assistive mobility stick. But that’s just where it begins and ends as one very stylish piece.
