Most the time buses are fine and drivers are friendly, what i dont like is the fact they charge the wrong fare more than once, i email them and both times never get a response. It may not mean anything to you guys but to some charging me 9 pound for day adult day ticket is ridiculous.

These buses not good at all you put the fares up and still reducing services at peak times why all people want to do is get home from work but no we after stand around 30 mins for a bus

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to the Ruddington route 10 bus driver Turner and his colleagues, who reunited me with my shopping bag today which I carelessly left on the bus on the way home from Nottingham. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you 🙏 (thank you also to the passenger who handed it in). Nottingham bus company have some great drivers.

I believe that the road engineers who design these speed humps for non-main roads and the decision-makers who choose to use double-decker buses have contributed to the problem. The latter adds to the impact and discomfort for passengers riding on the upper deck, and I invite you to imagine the excruciating experience for someone with a slipped disk. I hope you have not experienced discomfort like this since you may be able to afford a fancy car. Nonetheless, when it comes to comfort and general safety, it is important to prioritize the needs of passengers and take action to mitigate the impact of speed humps and other issues for all bus travel.”

Bus driver refused me number 40 at 10:58am because there was 1 pushchair and the women didn't want to move to the other side so I could fit my pushchair in with my autistic son that dint walk in, made me wait for another bus because there was 1 pother pushchair and iw as u ables to collapse mine because he didn't want the women to move

Was out taking my family for a treat. I had no problem with my child using an Adult bus pass on the other 2 buses we caught today untill going back from Lady Bay. No.50 bus driver said "You shouldn't be using an Adult bus pass for a child it's fraud. I said " I forgot to top up my childs bus pass". The driver did let us stay on the bus. I over heard the driver radio into the company & told them. The Driver did give me a child ticket to use instead but after that i decided to take the taxi from the city.
I remember as i were growing up some children getting on the bus paying child fares when they were over the age of a child. So a child can't use a adult bus pass?!. The company should be glad about the extra cash they got when i brought the Adult bus pass in the 1st place. Today i went the extra mile in buying a Mobile Adult ticket for myself. So they had 2 adult fares today instead of a child & adult fare. Normally they are good company but sometimes they can let you down

Extremely rude drivers. One time I asked for under 19 to strelley please, driver didn’t say a word, programmed his computer thing to charge for ticket, when the price came on the contactless reader, I waited about a second in case the driver had made a mistake (always done this with other bus companies and never has been a problem) then I went to tap my card to then be yelled at that it wasn’t the right price and to “be patient”. Also to note there were no prices displayed on the bus for an under 19 so couldn’t compare the price from that either. I’ve only ever come across a nice driver twice using notts city transport buses after using the buses for years! Appalling service. I only use them because I have no choice. Get on a trentbarton bus when you can there a bit more expensive but you don’t get treated like sh!t and 99% of drivers are really nice.

Bus route 53 is shocking most days especially in the mornings. Buses not turning up, leaving bus stops 15 minutes early etc… Company needs to realise that people are paying for their services for a reason - like getting to work so they can pay for the bus ticket prices.

Absolute rubbish excuse of a company. Buses always late and packed, very rude drivers and often unclean and untidy.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The buses are dirty, most of the drivers are rude, it seems the decent drivers have gone to work elsewhere. After hitting so many pedestrians with their bus wing mirrors, causing some serious damage to people. They claimed to be installing cameras in place of wing mirrors. Haven’t seen one in over a year.
The office team are unscrupulous bullies who try to make out a victim of their utter incompetence is looking for a quick payday!
Beyond flabbergasted this company is trusted with our cities public transport.

Usually get 68 or 69 . I always use the NCT app as bus stop times seem to give times due but app gives real time . Drivers mostly friendly but never rude considering the way some passengers talk to them .

A shocking service. 45 bus is a joke between 17:15 and 18:15 weekdays. Do you believe its OK to leave people waiting 1/2 an hour for buses that don't exists. This is most nights not a one off. The drivers appear to think its funny and the impression is you don't care.

Honestly one of the best bus services I've used in the UK, that's why they keep winning awards.

Drivers refuse to stop and pick up customers claiming they are full.

They drive double decker busses often with the second deck visibly empty.

Leaving earlier isn't an option, you may still wait for more than an hour on a working day morning just out of the sheer spite of the drivers and of the company that either doesn't know when peak hours are or simply doesn't care.

The worst bus service is brown line 15-16-17 they never arrive on time it's a nightmare waiting at the bus stop when it's says Due then couple minutes later says another 15min to wait this buses should be going to town every 10min not when they want and specially after 8pm when you trying to get home after work and the bus 16 goes every hour 👎👎👎

I have been using services that Nottingham City Transport operate for the past 8 years and over those years I have experienced average service for the majority. Even with a Robin Hood Season card for use on any bus, tram and train within Greater Nottingham, the prices are still rather high, maybe this is due to inflation across all transport providers but considering the price hikes, the frequency has decreased from every 7-8 mins to 10 mins on most routes if you are lucky that the buses actually turn up to their scheduled time. Overall, since January 2022, the service has significantly become worse and not worth the price the public have to pay to use it. Something needs to be done, either increase the services back to the original times, decrease the prices or lose regular loyal customers.

The bus company isn't the best. There are some rude drivers, greeting you with a glare, but there are some nice ones too, that always greet you with a smile and a couple have even asked how I am.
The buses are hardly ever on time. MY friends and I were waiting for a bus that said it was 10 minutes away today- it was at least 15 minutes before we got on the 10 to Ruddington, though it wasn't the worst thing in the world because we weren't in a rush to go anywhere.

However, a handful of times my friends and I have almost been late to school on the 45 bus to Gedling (no hate to the actual BUS, I'm telling you now these buses have personalities and the 45 would be one of the nicest people if he were a person) because the bus got lost and the next one would arrive in 15+ minutes. Bare in mind I leave my house 45 minutes before school to get to a school a 10 minute drive away just in case. And in our school, if you're late, you get 40 minutes detention, even if it is the buses fault.

There's also a rude driver on the 45 who obviously hates children (I mean, I can understand that but he doesn't have to show it, you know? Working in these jobs you need to at least look like you're nice) and glares at us whenever we get on. However, there are some great drivers that get us there and back. One of my favourites is this driver that wore a nice christmas outfit.
I like the idea of the Biogas buses, it's an absolutely useful invention, though I miss the old buses. Keep these current ones though. SIngle decker biogases are amazing. PLease fit the blue line 39.40,41 and 42 with these please.

The buses themselves I love. The company needs to improve a tad.
