Either late or the bus drivers leave you for no reason

Just returned from attempting to board the 0749 service 52 Diamond bus from New Road Bromsgrove to Kidderminster. Waited until 0819 when a 52a bus arrived, and driver informed me that the 52 route had recently been altered to bypass the stop that I was waiting at. All information available online and the signage at the stop itself states that the bus should be stopping at the place I was attempting to board. Planned day out on the Severn Valley Railways ruined as a result. Diamond clearly a shambolic operation, will use the train in future. Would recommend everyone to avoid relying on these buses.

Ok I went on the 52a bromsgrove to Redditch.

The bus arrived 10 mins early, driver let us board and took our fares. Then stepped off bus to stretch etc then got on left on time. The ride was awesome we arrived in good time. Bus was clean, driver was friendly and funny.

The whole trip was like top rate.

I’ve heard lots of bad things about this company but I can say I’m my opinion it does what it meant to gets customers from one location to another, if you don’t like the service use your car, simples

Why are the diamond buses always late for the departure times from merry when the buses are parked up i have watched and its mainly drivers turning up late drivers talking to other drivers and then on there mobiles before the depart really awful service when its not delays or hold ups causing buses to depart on time

no reply after sending them email to their cs address, re-emailed today for s/g. not holding my breath sadly. this was in Ombersley WR9, but they are just as bad in Redditch too.

I wish to make known the issues I have had with my travel today.
1. very late.
2. Bus driver ignore my extended arm and drove past, then braked sharply locking nearside wheels. And making passengers already on bus visibly shaken. Said he didn’t expect to see anyone at that stop.
3. Criticized use of card reader, when card reader failed 1st time to handshake with my mobile phone.
4. Drove past the stop I needed to get off at and would not let me alight in a near by safe place
Ended up a walk back again.
ignored complaint, useless waaste of time this lot, bring back our MRW. cant give them no stars of which they deserve.

What a great experience we got the shuttle bus from the premier inn this morning to Heathrow T3 at 10.45am the driver was so helpful he helped us on with our cases and when we reach T3 he got up and helped us get the cases off ,we didn’t ask he was so polite and wished us goodbye,in the many years of travelling this is a first,please say a big thank you to this gentleman,so impressed.

What a shocking start to their Itravel service which is supposed to serve isolated communities. They boast an extended service from 7am to 7pm but the truth is with dead mileage and time that is much limited. We wer left stranded last night. They have our phone number but no call. Tried to ring the contact number - rang out. No answer machine to divert in an emergency. The email address doesnt work. Gutted. We have used this service the last 2 years on the previous contract and not had any problems in all that time. We now have no trust in this service. Shame on you.

Terrible experience they came to the hotel. The pilot was extremely rude. I would not recommend even talking with him. He was cool to give an attitude and have zero respect for other people. I don’t recommend this.

Terrible service. Don't bother looking at the time table because they never stick to it. Drivers are zero help. Would never use the service if I didn't have to.

Number 9 disappears from the map and skips stops whenever the drivers want. Still the most unreliable bus service near the airport.

27 bus route has been taken over by diamond buses. They now no longer turn up. Most times I have to get a taxi after waiting for the bus an hour. I always regret when I get a day saver ticket. It’s an absolute waste of money.

I get the 9 to sixth form cause it’s my only option with not being old enough to drive and parents being caught up with work. £95 for a 4 week pass is a bloody joke, I remember just 5 years ago when my older brother also had to get the bus to school, £40. Same buses, same route, would say same time but they never turn up on time. I think it’s an absolute pisstake that people in full time education and therefore not able to easily get work have to pay just shy of £100 a month to get to school. Used to use a B-line but even when the site said they accept them, the drivers often stuck me on the adult fare anyway, hell even when I was still at age for their child fare without a card. 95 flipping quid, and a consistently 25 minute late bus, ridiculous

I dont use the bus often and my card wouldnt work. He let me ride without paying and refused my card when i got off. Really nice person. I thought i could at least pay with a hood review!

I left my handbag filled with all the usual valuable stuff like keys, credit cards, cash, phone etc. on 19 bus from Harborne. I contacted Diamond to report it and the woman couldn't have been more helpful. She took details and said she'd try to find out whether it had been handed in to the driver. Shortly after, she phoned me to say that it had been found and gave me the location of the bus . She then contacted the bus driver and told him that I would meet the bus in Halesowen. I made my way to the bus station and when the bus came in he was expecting me and handed over my bag!! This was all done with extreme kindness and courtesy and I was so impressed. I also would like to sincerely thank the person who handed my bag with all my belongings to the driver but am sadly unable to as I have no details.

I had one of the most rude drivers I have ever faced he would not let me on the bus as the top corner of my ticket was ripped a little bit from being in my pocket the way the driver spoke to me was vile and disgusting

Yes the ticket was ripped a little bit the ticket still had a valid date on it the driver should be ashamed of themselves

Diamondbuses are not fit to do a sevices in burton on trent .also they do not keep to time at all even staff are not helpful

I've waited the last two weeks in Solihull and opposite solihill hospital and the 98 bus just hasn't turned up it is so unreliable

Waited for uttoxeter to burton bus which came in late. Passenger said there had been trouble with the doors. Driver then parked away from the stand for some minutes and then drove away empty without any explanation. Next bus was in over an hour, used another bus company, route. Requested refund as we had a return ticket and was told that no refund as we could have waited another hour for our 20 minute journey. Rubbish service and rubbish customer service.

awful. waited an hour for the 16A! fuming!! it’s disgusting really in this heat the poor old man was waiting next to me was struggling in this heat. bless him! absolute horror house really. i expect an apology. sort it out! got on for free tho to be fair so
