Very slow to ship order - little response/communications from Vendor. Product finally arrived 20 days after initial order - from South Melbourne to Williamstown.

My puppy has a sensitive stomach, but it loves to eat this dog food. Compared to other dog foods, the price/performance ratio is also very good.

This is the first bad review I have ever left in relation to an online purchase. But, it is necessary here.

I highly do not recommend My Rainbow Pets. They sold me a faulty product and have not followed through with their promises to provide a refund. I ignored the bad reviews, only paying attention to the good ones. Don't make my mistake.

I ordered the Snow House litter box from My Rainbow Pets. The first red flags begun when it took My Rainbow Pets 6 business days to dispatch the product to Australia Post, and I had to follow up multiple times to actually get them to dispatch it.

When the litter box finally arrived, it was faulty. The acrylic face plate does not properly attach to the main body of the litter box because the clips do not line up.

I immediately reported this to My Rainbow Pets and sent photos to demonstrate the issue. My Rainbow Pets gave me a complete run around. First, they had to talk to the 'litter box factory'. After this, their super helpful was response was that there was 'no problem' and I just need to force it in. I sent further photos and videos to show them that was not possible.

Then, apparently they needed to contact the 'manufacturer' but the 'manufacturer was not responding to them. I asked for a refund but they refused to help because the manufacturer hadn't responded.

I was eventually passed on to their 'after sales' team member. She spoke to the 'supplier' and 'learned' that I could fix it by 'manually adjusting it'. Very frustrated by this point, I again reiterated that this is not possible and I would like a refund.

After much back and forth, and me threatening to leave a review about this experience and report them to Consumer Affairs, they finally agreed to a refund. They promised they would be in touch with a return label and the information on how to return the product, but this never came. I have followed up twice but have received no response.

I am now left $125 out of pocket and with a faulty litter box that is of now use to me. I will be following this up with my bank and Consumer Affairs.

Please avoid My Rainbow Pets.

Do not buy from this company. They are a waste of time and money. They'll sell you products that they don't have in stock, tell you they have been shipped, keep you waiting for weeks, then tell you the product was never in stock. Avoid at all costs

I'm satisfied with the litter box from My Rainbow Pets! It's very easy to clean and keeps odors under control. My cat got used to it soon.

Their price was incredibly affordable, and the whole process of delivery and receiving the package was completed within just 3 days. It was a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience.

This was my first time ordering several items from My Rainbow Pets including a new leash and some toys and I was so happy that everything arrived within two days!

Disappointing customer service and constantly out of stock!

I ordered some products 1 month ago and they emailed back a few days later to notify me that the products were out of stock - they offered refund as they didn’t know how long it would be until stock would arrive so I accepted.

Instead of honouring the refund, they ignored my request and said the stock will arrive soon. 1 month later I received the products that I no longer need as I had to purchase them elsewhere.

They did not honour my refund request and absolutely did not deliver in the time advertised - be mindful of this when purchasing from them!!!

I originally purchased a cat tree from here via afterpay after the item stated I could pick it up after 2-3 days. weeks go by and i still have not received any information about where it was.

company is impossible to get a hold of, I got through via Instagram finally.

They proceeded to tell me that my item was a preorder (nothing on the page or payment confirmation email did it state it was a preorder, LIES) Promising me that my order was just delayed due to customs i waited even more. more time has passed and they let me know that my order is not up to standard after arriving from customs.

They try to haggle me a $10 refund if I pick another tree from them, pathetic really.
its now been a month and i have no tree and no refund, i had to chase them for 1-2 weeks for them to finally process a refund that could've been made easily via afterpay.

Save yourself the hassle and purchase your cat goods from another company that is actually professional with their customers.

Every email is an excuse! No product arrives.

They are a scam!

Waited a number of months for the item to be delivered, only to find pieces missing. Contacted the company who advised that the item pictured on the website is not yet available, and so I had been provided with the current model which does not include these pieces. This is essentially false advertising. Would 100% NOT recommend purchasing from this company for these reasons, additionally the product itself is poorly manufactured, cheap and nasty.

This company you cannot contact by phone and emails are just one excuse after another. I understood when I preordered something that I would need to wait a little while to receive it. However I ordered in October and still have not received my goods or a refund, despite numerous emails. I was given a tracking number a couple of days before Christmas and was shocked to see that it had been delivered to someone in South Australia when I live in Queensland. When I spoke to Australia post. It was not even from Rainbow Pets but another company and the receiver was listed as a man with a completely different name. However there was nothing in my name or number in the system. It is extremely frustrating when you cannot talk to the company and you ate just fobbed off with emails while they have a substantial amount of your money.
