I put in a claim through my credit card and you should see the pages of BS they have provided to the bank. Even saying I put an address in the USA for delivery.

SCAM!!!

Order never showed up, 'Molly' kept making up excuses as to why, even provided a fake tracking number.

Scammers. Regret not looking up reviews. Took nearly 4 weeks for them to process the order, only after lodging a complaint with PayPal and mysteriously a tracking link appeared.

But of course this company lives up to their reputation and only filled half the order.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Everybody who has written a review is telling the truth and do not make the same mistake.

UPDATE 15 AUG 24: Customer Service promised me on 1st August that they would send me a shipping label the following day for the missing item in my order.

No surprises here. You guessed it. Yep still have not received the outstanding order. Avoid like the plague. For your own sanity stay away.

STAY CLEAR! It’s been a month now, “Molly” keeps telling me to rest assured and that she will find out and give a courier number that shows it’s not shipped. Bought nearly 100$ worth and won’t give a refund or anything. Keep making excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This website is a total scam. Dont buy from here. Ordered something a month ago and i have no product and they dont answer emails so you cant get your money back. They respond in the online chat saying they will sort it out for you but that is a total lie. Report to ACCC we need to get these people shutdown.

Why is this company allowed to trade. After weeks of contacting them I finally emailed Fair Trading and now have received a refund. Save yourself the stressfull experience. DON'T ORDER with this company they take your money and don't send any goods.

Never, Never, But anything. I paied money and Wait 3 month for the shippment, and nothing happend. Now I have to submit a report to my bank and cliam this web, and report this IP to AU gov.

Have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order worth hundreds. They always came up with an excuse and their customer service Molly even gave me a fake tracking number when I asked for a refund. They’ve stopped responding totally now and I’ve had to take to Consumer Affairs VIC, ACCC with slim hope of getting my money back.

Waiting 3 weeks already and so many excuses or avoiding to respond why my order hasn’t been sent. When I asked for a refund they gave me a tracking number with a fake delivery date without a courier pickup even booked. When I followed up on refund and mentioned Consumer Affairs they stopped responding altogether. Dishonest and total scam tactics.

This company is scamming unsuspecting pet owners! I ordered over $200 worth of pet food and all I got was excuses as to why I hadn't received it yet. They LIE LIE LIE! Over a month later they decide to blame Aus Post when the parcel had not even been collected! Thankfully I paid with PayPal so eventually managed to get a refund via lodging a dispute. A friend of mine also does not have her order 2 months later (she unfortunately did not pay via PayPal). AVOID and spread the word!

SCAMMERS don’t order from this company.

Worst customer service. They do not ship the product and if then do not refund or respond to email.

I should have read the reviews and not have placed an order with My Rainbow Pets. They lie about shipment and then evade questions regarding your orders whereabouts. It has taken 14 days for them to ship my order (if it has been shipped) after I told them to cancel and process a refund. Fortunately I ordered from a reputable supplier in the meantime and received this order in less than 24 hours. A lesson has been learned and please take note of this lesson of mine.

same as others, I ordered some food and have been tracking where the items are. Tracking says that the items could not be picked up from the warehouse and no answer via email. This is a SCAM company

I purchased a $500 cat tree in October 2023. I had not received it for 5 months despite having contacted the company multiple times. They assured me I would receive my product.
I did not.
I requested a refund and was informed I would receive it with confirmation.
It has been over a month since then and the company has completely ghosted me.

Absolutely under no circumstances should you purchase from this scam company.

Extremely poor .never ever send the product even when you have paid and ignore you

My cats have been thrilled to bits ever since the My Rainbow Pets rainbow cat tree arrived. Very strong and durable!

I ordered a cat tree and felt honestly so worried by reading the reviews after the purchase. However I’m glad to say from date of purchase my cat tree arrived within a week. It’s wonderful and exactly as it looked online. The person working customer service on the emails is incredibly polite and patient. I don’t even usually write reviews but felt the need as I had a great experience with my rainbow pets.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
They say they will provide tracking and the link shows the courier was unable to pick up the package.
They don't respond unless they are lying to say they will give you a tracking number.
Save yourself time, money and energy!

Update July - after lodging a complaint to Fair Trading, finally they called, had a chat, then they said they'll contact them, 3 days after speaking to them, I GOT A REFUND from rainbow pets, woohoo.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Its a scam, excuse after excuse lies after lies, Soon as you mention refund it's silence. The pick up address if you Google it is a storage facility. Please do a report to the ACCC & Fair Trading.
