We have just had our new photocopier delivered. Both our new engineers attended (Mark and George), so we got to meet them at the start of our contract. Claire Smith was very helpful in leading us through the quote and contract process. Their customer service so far is exemplary and it feels as it we will have a more direct relationship than our previous supplier.

The services provided are very professional: the agreed deadlines for the printer's delivery and installation were met, communication has been excellent, with timely replies whenever we had any doubts about the printer or the process, and the information provided was very thorough and helpful.
