Great service, great product
It was very easy to find what I wanted on the Henry website and to compare the prices and technical details across the Internet. The service was excellent and the delivery super fast. The delivery driver even bought my Hetty inside, so I didn't have to lift it myself. The only downside was the fact that the bags I ordered on the same order came in a separate delivery, which to me was a waste of fuel and an increase in the products carbon footprint.

Great Cleaning Performance with the added Bonus of a Bagged Vacuum.
I took a long time researching which cordless vacuum was most suitable and decided on My Henry Quick Pro. The main reason was it is a bagged system and its suction power plus the good reviews.
My Henry Quick Pro works great on hard floors and is noticeably more powerful on carpets. You can see the visible improvement in the carpets and rugs. I used the lower setting on my rugs as too powerful but used the higher setting on carpets. I would add that My Henry Quick Pro, in my opinion, is only slightly less manoeuvrable than my Shark cordless but this would have made no difference in my decision to buy.
I have also owned a Dyson cordless which no longer works on the higher setting. As the Dyson and Shark I own are bagless, I have gone back to a bagged vacuum which is far more hygienic and healthy than inhaling dust.
My cordless Shark will now be used for the car only.

My new henry replacing 20 year old henry.
I have a henry already so this one is to replace my 20 year old model.
Purchased on your website and that was simple. Even had a discount applied, so thank you for that.
Once purchased though there was little to no indication of a reciept and that it was successfully bought.
Delivery was through DPD but that was a suprise delivery. I.e. was not given an expected day, just an email on the day of a time. This leaves no time to plan to be home. The box was the original henry box with a delivery lable on it. So....everyone in the neighbourhood knew what was in the box. Security issue.
New henry is smaller and lighter than my original henry. Its powerful though. Not had a chance to see if the capacity is right.
Overall happy with my new henry. Not so much with the delivery.

Great product but scratched
Great product
However the box came beaten up
There were scratches across the surfaces.
Kind of looked like a refurbished product rather than a new one.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, what's not to love he's the most reliable man a woman could have ! .
Absolutely great at his job.
I did struggle working out which pipe went where , maybe put little numbered stickers on them and labels on tools what's what , cause simplicity makes life easier . Haha. I was tired to be fair when I assembled.

The suction on this is incredible
The suction on this is incredible, and the fact that you can adjust this by altering the air flow at the head is very useful for different surfaces.
I would have scored it. 5 but the handle is longer than I expected and is not adjustable.Overall it’s still the best vacuum of its type that we have tried, and that includes Dyson and other top brands.

Great customer service but terrible…
Great customer service but terrible quality control.
I received a Henry Extra delivered to my home. Delivery was not brilliant as Henry did not arrive on the day promised which caused issues with work.
Upon arrival and unboxing I was a bit surprised that the many attachments were just thrown into the box and a paper bag which looked like it should contain the very small attachments was ripped and the small attachments scattered in the box. When I went to plug in Henry and removed the plastic cover on the 'new' plug it was revealed that a whole pin had come off. It looked like it had been sheered off with some force, but someone had gone to the trouble of putting the plastic cover back on! The broken pin was loose in the box. It seems clear that Henry was returned after a plug incident and was not even tested before resending as clearly would not work with a pin missing. A dangerous error which fortunately I noticed before plugging in. Customer services were delightful- a named person ( Nathan) in a British customer services team who I got to talk to each time. The well deserved three stars are for the CS team who sorted out a return and refund which I hope to receive soon. These things have not happened yet so I may edit my post after!
