I'm not sure if the company totally changed or I got lucky but I ordered 2 hats and I LOVE THEM!!!!! I received an email promptly when the order was processed and another when shipped. They arrived in a timely fashion. The only problem I am having now is I'd like to order 2 more in different colors but their web site seems to be down?

I'm so disgusted and disappointed in this company. I returned my parcel, on time and still I haven't got my refund. I messaged someone in customer services who promised me my refund, this was over 2 months ago. I have tried emailing them, contacting them on Facebook and they have completely ignored me. Nothing but a scam!! I have lost £40 for nothing!

This company likes to scam people. Fast to take your money. Won't respond to emails or facebook messages. Will be filing a fraud claim with my bank to get back the money they stole from me. NEVER order ANYTHING from this company. They will take your money and not send you the item.

Terrible - ignore return requests.
I placed an order because the website specified that you could return items for a full refund if not suitable.
The item did arrive but wasn’t suitable.
They have repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund and also ignored PayPal in the resolution. I have no idea why but PayPal still found in their favour so I’m down nearly £50. Not at all impressed. They have a Facebook page and I will be leaving a similar review. Wish there was an option for 0 stars

Order was never shipped. ..credit card charged..no response from customer service

Ordered wig to replace free wig from cancer society ….paid extra for fast shipping since i really just wanted to look NORMAL for an event I was going to go to but now am skipping ….. called emailed facebooked no reply …. lets take these dirty dealers down@!!!

Wish there was an option for no stars to be honest. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a refund or exchange and the only time I get a reply message off of them is when I write slanderous messages like this in review forums which I will continue to do en mass. They have stolen from me, do not use this site!!!

This site is a SCAM, do not order from them. Luckily I used my pay pal and they are working on getting me a refund.

I had to call my bank so they could cancel my order and refund me back my money.

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered two skirts and three pairs of socks. I paid extra for two day shipping. I have only received one skirt and one pair of socks. They have no phone number to call only an email and they never respond. I ordered them in June 18th!

Do not buy from this company, i spent £180 on several products, they arrived quite quick but the sizing was just awful and the quality was very very poor. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website, the products are absolute rubbish, I brought 8 different items but ALL WERE POOR QUALITY. I contacted them about returning items that don't fit, they advised to send back to them which I did recorded delivery. since they have received them back (confirmed by post office) I cannot get hold of them about the status of my refund, there customer service is just appalling, they have basically robbed me now as they have had items back but issued no refund, it has been 4 weeks and I have messaged them about 20 times with no response, disgusting, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, look at other reviews, they are all true!

I paid one and a half times as much as the item would cost on eBay because My Diva's Closet claimed to have them in stock and I needed the item right away. I recieved an email stating that they would write me when the item shipped. After several days I wrote them asking if they had the item in stock and if not, would they please return my money. My email was completely ignored and now I am fighting through PayPal trying to get a refund which I'm not sure if I will ever get. If you want to just send your money out into cyberspace then be ignored, shopping at My Diva's Closet is the way to do it.

I was extremely disappointed and never plan to purchase another product from this company. The majority of the costume was made from cheap rubber and looked nothing like sample photo. Maybe I would buy from uush ouse.com which can help me

I ordered boots and 2 mini dresses. The charge for shipping was $25. They shipped the dresses and then emailed me to say they couldn't send the boots to Canada. No option to cancel entire order. My options were a refund on boots or to have the boots shipped to some place in US - if that was possible, wouldn't I have done that in the first place? They refused to even respond to my request to refund some of the shipping costs. They just said they would refund the price of the boots. Terrible, ignorant customer service. Would not order from them again.

I placed my order at mydivascloset.com on September 1, 2010. The website said it would take 4-5 business days. They took no time to take my money but it's been 17 days and I have yet to receive my order. They sent an email stating that I can check my order's status at anytime. There has not been any update to that page about my order. I contacted the company on the 6th business day and they said it was on backorder. This is something a ligit company would contact a customer about. They said it would be sent on Friday, September 17th and I would receive it within a day. It is now the 18th and I have received zero information on it being sent or any other "problems." I shall be contacting the police about this scam website.

I'm guessing all these good reviews are from the company itself to get more money.

this is the worst online company ever. they Give both a phone number and e-mail to contact them at and they NEVER answer the phone and you can't leave a message. the e-mail forget it. they wont respond to that either. so if there is a problem with your order and you HAVE to let them know within 5 days well you CAN'T!!! i will NEVER shop here again NEVER.
