WOW!!!!! I was looking for my color mate lipstick which is very hard to find in shade phoebe m33 so I googled and came across this website having them. I never purchase anything before seeing reviews, so I came on here and was like “ugh Ofcourse I find my shade but it’s a scam website” but because I couldn’t help myself from ordering I still gave it a shot . I am so very impressed I promise u this website is deff not a scam I ordered 5 lipsticks all the same shade they sent the correct shade and i compared it to the one I have it’s exactly the same. My order even came with a return shipping label and within a week!!! If u see something u like just test it out urself if u never get ur items simply call ur bank and file a claim they will get ur money back to u. Thankyou my diva closet for having my lipstick and for having great service

Ordered on January 20 2020. Have not yet received my order. They did respond to two of my previous emails stating that they are waiting for their stock. My last email sent a week ago received no reply because I was asking for a refund if they were unable to provide the merchandise. BAD BAD

Well call me an idiot!!! Why did I not read reviews first???? Dang it!!! Oh well, hopefully enough people have filed a complaint with Paypal that they will just give me back my money and I can just walk away! Stinking people, can't keep up with their businesses!!!

Hopefully you read this before you purchase. Awful awful all around Never received item, does not respond to emails, NOTHING Had to file a claim.

Yep. I tried to ignore the bad reviews and took a chance. Ended up filing a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Merch never sent.

Ordered a item January 25,2020. Received a email with the order number. Have waited 6 days with sending multiple emails nothing back in return..No item has been shipped. Then now I am reading all these horrible reviews about people being scammed out of there hard earned money. How do I get my 70.00 us refund back and how can companies steal money from customers..Horrible company

Never received my purchase. Had to reach out multiple times via email until company responded. Was eventually told that I would be refunded but never received refund and had to contact my bank.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing from Divas Closet. The clothing I ordered is of good quality and I have no issues with that but I would like to return them as they aren't suitable. However, like others have said, there is no proper business address, just a POBox number and no phone number to be able to contact anyone directly. Both emails I have sent via their contact form to clarify returns have been ignored. I am appalled at their responses to customer's negative feedback; they don't sound atall professional and I regret buying anything from them. I am now the proud owner of two items totalling just under £95 and am worried that if I return them, Divas Closet will just deny having received them, like others on here have experienced. I guess I'll just have to try and re-sell them on ebay but quite frankly, I'd rather just send them back for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO A REPUTABLE ONLINE SHOP.

Ordered an item over a month ago. It hasn’t shown up. No tracking available. No phone number to call the company. No one answers the emails. Scam.

I ordered an item of clothing on 27th July this year and have not received. Have emailed numerous times to find out why. I did get a reply to my first email to say they would look into it but since then have heard nothing. So very disappointed, just a complete waste of money, which I might add was quick enough to come out of my account when I placed my order.
This company is completely bogus please do not fall into same trap as so many others.

Avoid like plague. Selected royal mail 48 hour delivery, no status updates on my order after 3 days. Nobody replies to emails. Only got a rude response when started a paypal claim. They said they shipped the item although won't provide any tracking information... Didn't know businesses like that still exists.

I ordered 2 items on 6/3/19. I paid $25 for 2 day shipping. I received 1 item on 7/28/19 & should be receiving 2nd item on 8/19/19 . That is crazy! I emailed the company because there is no customer service phone number to call. They said they were going to refund the difference in Express shipping to ground shipping but they shouldn't even bother! I needed the items that week & now I don't want them. They shouldn't offer express shipping if they aren't able to do it. Forget about trying to return- the rules are so confusing & store credit so why would I want to do that. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again.

They are horrible. They lie, cheat, and scam people. Shipped me a damaged item and didn’t ship the other item. Never responded to emails or calls. I had to file a dispute with PayPal. It took forever. At the end of the day I ended up paying $15 to ship the damaged item back. PayPal did rule it in my favor. DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered a present for my wife on the Saturday and paid £6 extra for express delivery. By the Tuesday night I still hadn’t received my order, or had any dispatch details whatsoever. I emailed customer services who said the parcel was dispatched on the Monday and Divas Closet were not responsible for delays by Royal Mail. “A complete lie !” When I eventually got the tracking information, the parcel was only handed to Royal Mail on the Wednesday night for delivery (4 days after I had placed the order). I have since sent numerous emails to customer services ( and the owner through PayPal ) asking for the postage to be refunded. All my emails have been ignored and I’ve not had a single reply. In fairness the product is very nice, but I would stay away from this company. Absolutely no respect for its customers once the money is in their account. An absolute disgrace.

They will not refund returns and ignore any correspondence. I am starting legal proceedings to recover money they owe me.

Ordered December 9th, 2018. Waited for a shipping email for a month, contacted them, all I got was "we will send you an email with tracking # once shipped" ...waited another week, had paid the $16.84 or whatever for 3 day shipping, emailed them again stating I was severely disappointed in their customer service especially paying that much for "rush" shipping and wanted a refund or product NOW...they responded with "we have put in a request for refund for difference of standard and rush shipping. A week later, still no refund OR email that it's shipped. Started PayPal process, heard nothing from them after another week, escalating process through PayPal...IMMEDIATELY got refund for full amount. Never order from this company. RIP off!

Ordered 2 hats and did not receive them, no phone number to call, emails are ignored. Do not order from this company it's a scam and bad business!
