They are scammers. Do not use. They are not a real company.

OH MY GOD THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. I STARTED TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING THEM OVER SEVEN TIMES AND HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM. PLACED A ORDER ON FEB 28 ALL I RECEIVED IS MY CONDFIRMATION ABOUT MY ORDER I HAVE A ORDER NUMBER AND THATS IT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS ALL THEY DO IS STEAL PEOPLES MONEY. SCAMMING thiefs

Never received item. Email was returned "undeliverable". They suck.

I placed an order, not yet knowing that this company is completely illegitimate...it may not even exist. When I realized my error, I contacted them immediately. No response from them...naturally. It's been nearly a month now, and I've received no response, no status or tracking or shipping info. I just put in a claim with paypal to hopefully get my money back. Let me be your cautionary tale: DO NOT buy from this garbage "company."

Took 2+weeks to ship the item, only after I tried to contact them and filed a claim with my credit card company. They shipped in an oversized box with no protection and my soaps were leaking. Very bad customer service, do not recommend.

Ditto to all these others. Ordered in February and have not received anything including a response to my emails requesting a status. Filing a dispute with my bank. Spent over $100.

I ordered a cap on 20 th February,never received nothing,no tracking,no refund,no merchandise. This place is pathetic,they have no phone numbers..Do not use this company

Wish I would have checked trust pilot first. Just like everyone else, I placed an order and never received my merchandise. Correspondence to customer service has gone unanswered. Not sure how this place is still in business.

This company scammed someone with cancer. I ordered two wigs because I lost my hair to chemo. I have yet to receive my purchase, and it has been two months.

I placed an order for 7 boxes of a certain Tea and after over a month I was sent 6 boxes of the wrong tea. I have emailed them 3xs! Telling them that it was the wrong order and I want a full refund. There has been NO response.

Ordered a guy fawkes mask that I wanted to customize, thought it was a great deal. Never have received any shipping details. Escalated with Paypal after a month of nothing, luckily I use paypal for this type of stuff so they can get into it. But do not buy from them.

They used to be an active website back in the early 2000s. I ordered from them back in 2004 and they shipped my order. Nowadays they still accept orders but never ship the orders. The only email they send is a confirmation email. I emailed them numerous times asking when my order will ship with no response. Once I emailed them from another email address, asking if they were still in business and they said yes. They know what they are doing! Not only that, once you open a dispute with your card issuer, My Diva's Closet will provide a fake tracking number. In my case they added a tracking number for a package that was delivered to a different zip code than my address. TOTAL SCAM!

Absolute scam. Same story as the rest here... wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Paid a lot for 2-day shipping for a gift only for them to wait 3 weeks to even send the items out. The gift was useless since the birthday had already passed.

This company is a scam. Does not ship the merchandise.

Horrible!!! Ordered and paid for an item and they shipped something else and will not respond whatsoever to me about being able to get the correct item!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

From 3 items received only one. No replay from them. Open case on PayPal. Time and money lost for nothing. Hope PayPal will refund me.

What a horrible experience.
I ordered a hat with 2 day shipping that cost 25 dollars and gift wrapping that cost 5 dollars. Two days after I ordered the hat I email them to see where my product was or if there was a tracking number and of course no response. I email multiple times with no response and of course there is no phone number listed. I finally received my hat 10 days later with no 2 day shipping and no gift wrapping... and of course still no response about wanting a refund for shipping and gift wrapping. Do not order from my divas closet!

Seriously, this place needs to be removed from google search... I dont care if they paid for the spot or not. This site is a RIP off and they have no intention of shipping products.

A really great site!! I thoroughly enjoyed putting in my order, and being told after the fact that nothing is in stock. It only takes a few weeks to get your tracking number, or if you’re super lucky like me, they won’t send you one at all! Awesome! Seriously, just go for it. You won’t regret not getting any responses via email or having to force a refund through Paypal. Worth every penny!

I ordered a hat 1 month ago. I never received anything after the initial email with a order number. Now, 1 month later, I have not received ANY communication. I called their number but there was no answer and they say the number isn't monitored (so don't bother leaving a message). Fortunately, I used PayPal so I have 180 to file a dispute. I sent my first email to customer service today and will continue to send emails every day for a week. Then I will formally file a complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!
