The service was well designed and responsive, particularly when needing to organise a quick last minute delivery. It is important to be aware of the details (for example, do you need your own extra loaders and unloaders) but if your expectations are correctly aligned, the service is excellent. Communication is prompt and they are very helpful in flagging possible issues ahead of time so there are no nasty surprises around weight or size of shipment.

I recently used MyCheapRemovals (MCR) for an international move involving delivery to two different countries at the same time, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and extremely well-managed.

Before choosing MCR, I contacted several other moving companies. Some didn’t even bother to respond with a quote, and another company quoted me two separate deliveries, with a combined price that was over four times higher than what MCR offered for the exact same service!

I could not be more impressed! I moved from London to Paris and found this company either after a Google or ChatGPT search. Initially I was going to go with a company a friend recommended, however the cost was exorbitant (especially given that I had less than 2m3). The online reviews were all so positive that I decided to give them a go. I'm glad I did. I promise you, they're legit!

Justyna really is fantastic, very communicative and provided clear information. My driver was Tomasz, very polite and helpful. They picked up my stuff from London and delivered it the next day! Helped me move everything up into my 4th floor flat in less than 45 mins!

We recently completed our move from UK to Austria and could not have been more impressed with the service from MCR.

We found the cost to be competitive and the communication from Justyna in the office highly professional and punctual throughout the move.

We worked hard to ensure the boxes were well packed and itemised as requested and had found out a few days ahead we were over our weight limit. Upgrading to the higher weight package was no trouble at all, managed efficiently with Justyna.

Special thanks to Marek who picked up and delivered our boxes. He is professional, has a kind attitude and looked after our items so well. Nothing was damaged and he was a pleasure to work with.

We would recommend the service to anyone looking to relocate abroad, especially if it is your first time. We felt so at ease and were given so much advice that was gratefully received.

I moved from Zurich (Switzerland) to Cambridge (UK) in April 2025 and had a top-notch experience! Everything was in order, and Justyna was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend MCR!

Had a fantastic experience with My Cheap Removals moving from London to Berlin. We were assisted from booking to completion by Justyna, who answered all of our queries in a helpful and timely manner and ensured we were kept as up-to-date as possible during the move. All of our belongings arrived in great condition thanks to our very helpful driver Stanislaw. Moving house is a difficult thing in any case but My Cheap Removals made it miles easier. I was moving from the UK (Reading) to Estonia (Tallinn) and I cannot thank Justyna in the office and Tomasz the driver enough. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by this company for my move from the UK to Italy. Communication with Agi was excellent and prompt. The loading and unloading process was quick. Overall, great service at a fair price.

Our second time using Mycheapremovals and yet again we were very happy with the service and price. The first move we did through them was from the European mainland back to UK. This time, it was within the UK. Customer service (we dealt with Justyna both times) is super organised and clear, which is reassuring and makes the move go smoothly. The driver collected on time, took our stuff straight to the new address and helped us load/unload the van. Quick, efficient, and really good value for money. I'll be using them for all our moves in the future too.
