Great moving experience from all point of view, excellent communication throughout the process, all questions answered and practical advices given. Out move went very well and therefore highly recommended!

When we picked MyCheapRemovals for our relocation from Switzerland to the UK, I fully expected that, given the price difference to their competitors, there would also be a performance difference. Not so! MCR communicated clearly with us and made everything as easy as possible. Pickup was punctual, as was drop off. I wouldn't move with anyone else

From the moment I started dealing with Justyna we received the most amazing customer service. Every query answered promptly and efficiently and when we had to rearrange the transport multiple times it was always dealt with brilliantly. We moved all our belongings from London to Barcelona. We felt very confident at every stage. On the day of the move (we had two trucks) the drivers were excellent and clearly very experienced with packing fragile items. The trucks left on Wednesday afternoon and all our items arrived safely first thing Friday morning. Cannot speak highly enough. Will definitely use in future and have already recommended to friends and family.

Great experience moving home from London to Barcelona. Justyna who organised the logistics was incredibly patient and kind with us. We had to change the date so many times, but nothing was ever an issue. The drivers were very hard working and friendly. Nothing got damaged and they were sharp on time. Well what can I say, if there was a 20 star option on here they would get this from our recent experience. The whole booking process was brilliantly supported by Justyna and the pick up and drop off experience was amazing from the amazing Marek and Gregoz who looked after us completely to pack and unpack at our new location in France. We did a lot of research beforehand and not only was a competitive price offered, but the service was top notch. It’s not an easy process to move to a different country but using these guys will make it so much easier!
