I can not be at two places, but they informed me on everything. We had a very kind driver. Overal a very nice experience, and we will book again!

Well what can I say, if there was a 20 star option on here they would get this from our recent experience. The whole booking process was brilliantly supported by Justyna and the pick up and drop off experience was amazing from the amazing Marek and Gregoz who looked after us completely to pack and unpack at our new location in France. We did a lot of research beforehand and not only was a competitive price offered, but the service was top notch. It’s not an easy process to move to a different country but using these guys will make it so much easier!

They are very professional and helpful. I have used them twice now. The first time to take stuff from Spain to England. A year later to move me from Gatwick to Brighton. Both events were well planned and outstandingly good value. The only difference between my two uses was the driver. The first was outstanding but the second less so, he would't move from the van and gave little help to ease our travails. As it happened the day after my dear wife's funeral that lack of respect went to the heart. However, that relates to my sensitivity, not the overal performance of the company.

Our van driver (Martin) was extremely helpful and patient with our boxes (we had a lot). He took great care when loading and unloading the van. He was also extremely helpful in carrying the boxes since I was the only other person available to help move the things.

Justyna was excellent in being available within minutes for any questions and comments, I had. She resolved every query I had and that gave me confidence in using the service. I would be happy to use them again.

From our first conversation with the admin team, (Justyna) to wishing the driver a safe journey away from our new home, the entire process was so well managed and supported. Questions were answered quickly and clearly to reduce stress. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the tone of all e mails was friendly, warm yet professional making us feel important as customers.

MCR helped move us from the UK to Italy and excelled from start to finish. We had a full household that needed to be shipped (totalling over 70m3) and even included an upright piano! I called around to a dozen different companies to get quotes and see what services and offerings were available. MCR was the ONLY company that treated me with respect and worked around my wishes - and I do not consider myself an easy customer. Communication was always above and beyond. I honestly cannot emphasise that fact enough: they always responded promptly and answered all my questions even if it meant repeating themselves. The drivers were professional and the head driver (who dealt with the heaviest/most fragile items) took extra care about loading, positioning, and unloading so that nothing got damaged. My experience with MCR was nothing but exceptional from start to finish and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I obtained several quotes from mainstream movers, all of which were two to three times the cost of MCR.

As others have mentioned, Justyna was outstanding – she answered all of my many questions with patience, provided all required documentation promptly, and made the whole process painless.

Our driver arrived ahead of schedule, and the delivery was exactly on the promised date and time.

Having moved many times before, I’ve experienced the usual horror stories – poor communication, late collections, damaged goods, delayed deliveries – but with MyCheapRemovals everything went incredibly smoothly.

Great prices and smooth experience from beginning to end. MCR helped us move ~15m3 / 2bed apartment worth of stuff from London to Toulouse in France. Agi was helpful and responsive every step or the way, and the driver Mariusz and his colleague were super nice, helpful, and very efficient. All of our things arrived without any damage, with a short wait of only a few days, and all for a price much lower than other companies. If we were to do this again, we would choose them without ANY hesitation.

We moved from Spain to the UK, and the whole process was seamless. Had a little more to do with measuring and estimating weight, but the price more than compensated for a little time spent. Will definitely use again.

Other companies I spoke to failed to get back to me and answer questions, even during the quote process, but MCR was there every time I needed something. In fact it was Jusytna who kept me on time with friendly reminders about essential documentation. She even sent replies outside of office hours to reassure me and keep things on track. Absolutely recommend. We were let down by AnyVan (our driver being AJ Movers) literally days before a small shared load was due to be collected. I found this company who at very short notice were able to fit our load in with one of their drivers to Portugal. The communication has been excellent and extremely professional. I cannot recommend them enough..and Justyna, thank you very much for all your help, you are a complete credit to your company.
