Product good quality and better than expected. Had some delivery issues out of my1styears control and Geraldine solved the solution and got my order delivered in time for Christmas.
Couldn’t fault their customer service team and products worth the hassle!

I've ordered my baby nephew a 1st Christmas present and I got the personalised gift box as I thought it would be a nice keepsake afterwards.
The actual present was perfect, it was just the personalised box was a little bit damaged.
To be honest that could have been Evri courier's fault because firstly they delivered my parcel at my home address instead of my local pickup point which is automatically set up as. Secondly it looked like they threw the parcel and of course it was a rainy day.
Nevertheless, Ewelina who the customer service agent dealt with the whole situation. She did not make a fuss at all, straight away she offered me a replacement box with a 48 hour delivery which I highly appreciated.
Then Evri kept delaying the delivery which went on for 4 days and sent it back to the sender.
Ewelina again sent out a replacement and the repeat of Evri's part. I don't understand why they were having issues and it was out of Ewelina's control. But again she sent me another replacement but with DPD instead and that courier service had no issues whatsoever.
I appreciate how patient and supportive Ewelina has been and to ensure I had that replacement box. So Thank you!

0 Stars wasn't an option. Waiting for a Christmas order for over 3 weeks. Having contacted customer care via their online chat, Instagram and their email, I was ignored for days. I have now been informed that the Christmas present my son is expecting can not be delivered on time for Christmas and their solution was to send it after Christmas. Not good enough. Charging the prices they charge, as well as delivery and zero customer satisfaction. Shocking.

I love all the personalised items that I have ever ordered from my 1st years, the quality is always superb, however I did have a problem with the placing of one of my names of the Christmas sacks as it wasn’t the same as the other one. I emailed My 1st years with pictures provided and this got rectified extremely fast! 10/10 for customer service! Thank you so much to Oliwia for sorting it out for me so promptly!

I paid the extortionate sum of £10 for next day delivery yet it’s been 4 days and my delivery is nowhere to be seen? Extremely poor customer service, no one is trying to assist me or offer a solution. This was for a birthday gift which is now going to be missed, even though I paid £10 for next day and had 5 days to spare.

I bought a personalised Christmas blanket from this site and the delivery and quality was fantastic so I didn't hesitate to order again. Unfortunately there has been an issue with delivery on my recent order however after reaching out I am assured all will be well.
I received a reply from the lovely Dorota almost instantly and a replacement is being sent via express delivery.
I am delighted with this outcome and I am sure I will receive my item before Christmas.
It is not often that a company replies so quickly and are so keen to resolve an issue.

I recently made a purchase for my nephew for Christmas, which I personalised with his name. However when the item arrived there wasn’t any personalisation at all and it was completely blank. I contacted My first years by live chat, which they responded to via email very promptly. The lady dealing with my query was Aleksandra, not only did she reply very quickly, she managed to resolve the issue and have a new item (personalised) delivered within 3 days of the matter being raised! Not only was this super helpful as it’s a gift for Christmas so needed to be delivered in time, but she also advised that I kept the one that isn’t personalised, and suggested I donated it to charity. I thought this was a fantastic gesture. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a product next day delivery for a birthday present and it was delivered to a different address to the label. Luckily the people who received it took it to the correct address but this was days later. My 1st years wouldn't give me a refund for the next day delivery charge which was disappointing. It's twice the charge of standard and should have been offered I think as a good will gesture.

Alina was most helpful after I contacted her with regards a Christmas bauble falling off my tree and smashing 😢 I purchase 1 every year for my granddaughter Stella. Merry Christmas Stella 2024 is now in the dustbin. I will replace it when you have them back in stock.

Amazing customer service. When I emailed to ask about shipping being delayed, Aleksandra responded quickly, apologised for the delay, and said she would follow it up to find out what had happened. That in itself was a pleasant surprise!
I next got back in touch when the advent calendar arrived and it had slight differences to what I expected. When I contacted to ask if there were any spare bits in the workshop I could possibly have to make DIY amendments, and explained why (I don’t want the elder child having a ‘better’ advent calendar than the younger), Aleksandra suggested instead sending me a replacement advent calendar for my elder child to solve my problem! It was such a kind offer I took 48 hours to think about it, feeling a bit guilty accepting! Great customer service, rapid responses, and comes across as really warm and efficient. I’ll definitely remember this company for future purchases now.

I ordered several items from this company.....my package arrived and everything was perfect...apart from a small mistake I had made myself when I ordered the ceramic star for my Grandson's first Christmas... I contacted the company and very quickly they offered a replacement for me . I just want to thank Shannon in the management team for arranging all of this...and so promptly. I will certainly shop with this company again......

I placed an order for 5 items. Two arrived with issues. One item was stained/dirty, which the company has agreed to replace. This raises concerns about quality control, as these should have been identified before dispatch.
The other does not match the images on the website. The stars are advertised (pictures show this) with muted gold thread, yet one star on the item I received is stitched in a bright orange thread, which is clearly different.
There's an identical item (only different name embroidered) in the same order, which arrived correctly with the muted gold thread, confirming that the orange stitching is inconsistent and not shown anywhere online.
Despite this clear discrepancy, they have refused to replace the item and insisted this is how it is supposed to be. The product I received was not as advertised, and the refusal to resolve the issue with just 9 days until Christmas is disappointing.
Edit- They’ve now offered me a replacement for both items.
