Nos registramos como editorial y la cuenta apareció vinculada a una entidad con un nombre incorrecto, además de sin catálogo conectado — la sección 'Catalogar' se queda cargando indefinidamente sin mostrar ninguna obra. Abrimos un ticket de soporte y hemos hecho varios seguimientos desde entonces sin ninguna respuesta.

No hay ningún canal de soporte alternativo que funcione. Para una herramienta pensada para editoriales musicales, la falta de soporte es un problema serio.

I am an artist using Musixmatch Pro and I have been using the service for a long time.

I have an unresolved issue with my artist profile and catalogue. My releases are available on streaming platforms, but they do not appear correctly in Musixmatch Pro. I have already tried the official missing release process multiple times, provided all necessary information, and waited, but nothing changed.

The biggest problem is the lack of real support. The available support channels mostly redirect users to automated answers or paid support.

Another artist reported a similar issue on Trustpilot. Musixmatch replied publicly saying that they had requested contact details through Trustpilot to investigate. However, Trustpilot Support confirmed that no official contact request was sent through their system.

This is very disappointing. When a company publicly says that it contacted a customer, but the platform confirms that this did not happen, it makes the support process even more frustrating.

Artists using Musixmatch Pro need a real way to solve catalogue problems, not only automated replies and paid support options.

Une interface de synchronisation inutilisable, pleine de bug, on se croirait dans un logiciel actuel sur une machine de 1990, ce n'est pas lent, c'est toujours coincé, genre tu fais "Play" sur une ligne et une minute plus tard, ça n'a toujours pas démarré.
L'IA intégrée ne sait pas tout détecter dans les paroles, confond un piano avec de la voix, c'est assez lamentable pour le prix que l'on paie.
Au départ, le deal de l'abonnement c'était qu'un humain allait vérifier la synchronisation dans la langue, mais tous ces humains ont disparu au bénéfice ? de l'IA qui fait un sale boulot.
Musixmatch profite d'un monopole et se trouve intouchable.
Nous n'avons pas le choix en tant qu'artiste pour diffuser nos paroles synchronisées.

My artist profile DEVII was claimed by another account without my authorization. Musixmatch shows me a partially hidden email, so I cannot identify who claimed it. The support form requires me to purchase a Pro subscription just to contact a human. I am the artist and can provide Spotify for Artists, distributor and identity verification. Please contact me and remove the unauthorized claim.
