Una experiencia negativa total con La empresa MUNDO MARINO nadie se presentó, ni avisó de que la excursión no se iba a poder realizar y después de perder toda una mañana de nuestras vacaciones a más de 35 grados y preguntando, decidimos de llamar al teléfono de atención al cliente, donde nos informaron de que la actividad se había suspendido porque no tenían barcos en Gandía, empresa sin escrúpulos a los que les gusta que servirse del cliente pero que no atienden correctamente, yo no los recomiendo a estos de Mundo Marino son ineficaces y poco fiables.

Sinceramente, lamentamos muchísimo la situación tan frustrante y decepcionante que vivieron con la excursión de Mundo Marino. 😔 Es completamente inaceptable que nadie se presentara ni les avisara de la cancelación, especialmente en un día tan caluroso y durante sus vacaciones. Entendemos perfectamente su enfado por haber perdido una mañana tan valiosa.
Les pedimos disculpas más sinceras por la falta total de comunicación y por el trato recibido. No hay excusa para no haberles informado a tiempo y por haberles hecho pasar por esa situación tan incómoda. Reconocemos plenamente que esto refleja una ineficacia y falta de fiabilidad por nuestra parte, algo que va en contra de nuestros principios de atención al cliente.
Vamos a investigar a fondo lo sucedido con la operación en Gandía y a tomar las medidas necesarias para que esto no vuelva a ocurrir. Agradecemos enormemente que nos hayan hecho llegar su comentario, ya que nos ayuda a identificar y corregir fallos críticos en nuestro servicio.
Realmente esperamos que, a pesar de esta mala experiencia, puedan disfrutar del resto de sus vacaciones. Queremos que sepan que su opinión es muy valiosa para nosotros.

The return trip from Denia to Javia was…
The return trip from Denia to Javia was on a small boat called UFO. It was not suitable as a ferry because the main seating was in the hull with no movement of air and claustrophobic. Boat did not cope well in rough sea. Neither did the passengers. I personally was physically ill.

Experiencia emocionante, cómoda y barata
Tenía que ir de Denia a Jávea, en autobús serían 30 minutos, en cambio en catamarán una hora por solo 12 €, sin duda más emocionante y mejor que el autobús!
El personal era amable y servicial, en el catamarán había espacio para estar todos cómodos y también la elección de la música durante el viaje, para mí, muy bien y que encajaba en mi gusto.
Gracias por esta experiencia, sin duda lo repetiré!

Fun experience!
We booked the sunset cruise and had a good time! Very democratic price for a one hour boat ride. There were drinks available on the boat, also democratically priced (€2 for a water). There was dance music on the boat, but we would’ve liked the music to be a little more quiet. We would have enjoyed it to the max if the boat was a little less cramped. Not everyone had good seats. Overall a good experience! 😊

The swimming experience was terrible
The swimming experience was terrible, they made everyone jump off one part of the boat and get back on board from another part, which was fine, but they didn't let you stay in the water instead shouting at you to get back on the boat right away, it just turned into a big que to jump into the water then because of the volume of people. I overheard someone joke behind me "how to make swimming as least fun as possible", couldn't describe it any better that than myself....

Nous regrettons particulièrement que la paella n'ait pas été à la bonne température et que la façon dont elle a été servie ait été inconfortable. Nous comprenons qu'une promenade en catamaran à moteur "tournant en rond" et près de la côte n'est pas l'expérience idéale que nous souhaitions vous offrir. Contraté un paseo en barco con Mundo Marino para visitar la bahía de Jávea y llegar al Portixol y el paseo fue justo en dirección contraria: al cabo de San Antonio. Un timo de empresa que luego no da la cara ni se pone en contacto contigo para aclarar lo sucedido

Holiday experience ruined by group of…
Holiday experience ruined by group of kids.
Booked an evening watching sunset go down and was looking forward to the experience and found when on board a group of 3 women came on board with about8-9 young kids. Totally ruined the experience and saw another couple talk to the crew to complain about the same. Kids ran all over the top and under decks chasing each other and occasionally treading on the other romantic couples on board. The three female parents did aid all to stop the kids and treated it like a playground. One crew member was more involved with constantly chatting up the 4 young 15/16 year old girls on board and allowing them to wear his jacket and showing them the control room of the boat. I noticed the couple speaking to the crew who shrugged his shoulders and even though he spoke to a couple kids they didn't stop what they were doing.
Romantic not a chance, playground for kids and crew more interested in getting young girls phone numbers. Wasted money paid on this

Lovely way to see Calpe from the sea!
Instructions were clear: meet at the departure point (just near to the booth in Calpe), 30 minutes before departure (ours were for 8pm), board and take a seat, keep hold of your paper cup (of course you wouldn’t use glass on a boat!), enjoy your Cava, (you may even get a top up!), enjoy looking along the coast (up and down), hope there are not too many clouds about for a decent sunset!

Zeer slecht, totaal niet de ervaring die was voorgehouden
Ik plaats van een bericht met verzoek om te waarderen kunt u beter uw mail lezen en antwoorden. De tour was totaal niet wat we geboekt hadden. In plaats van BBQ kregen we lauwe paella (ik eet zelf geen rijst) en verlepte sla uit een plastic bak. De boot moest kennelijk ook stationair aan blijven, waardoor het tijdens het eten enorm stonk. Het personeel verstond en sprak nauwelijks Engels. We hadden een pakket met 5 dranken erbij gekocht. Daar was eerst gedoe over en vervolgens moesten we alle drankjes in 1x meenemen, waardoor we 2 drankjes koel konden drinken. Na een ruwe vaartocht een heerlijke duik in zee genomen, dat wel, maar veel te duur betaald voor hetgeen we kregen. Het duurde ook nog eens korter dan in de boeking stond, maar gezien onze ervaring was dat wel lang genoeg.

Wij erkennen en nemen nota van al uw opmerkingen:
Communicatieproblemen: Wij begrijpen uw frustratie over het gebrek aan reactie op uw e-mails en de communicatiemoeilijkheden met het personeel aan boord vanwege de taalbarrière. Dit is onaanvaardbaar en we zullen onze interne communicatieprocedures en taaltraining van onze bemanning herzien.
Voedseldienst: Uw beschrijving van de lauwe paella en de slappe sla, evenals de motorlucht, is onaanvaardbaar. Wij willen de kwaliteit en versheid van onze maaltijden garanderen, en wat u beschrijft is niet onze standaard. We zullen onmiddellijk onderzoeken wat er is gebeurd met de cateringdienst en de werking van de boot.
Drankbeheer: De situatie met de dranken is onbegrijpelijk en we verontschuldigen ons voor het ongemak dat u alle dranken tegelijk moest meenemen en voor het initiële probleem hieromtrent. We zullen het personeel beter trainen in het correct beheer van drankenpakketten.
Duur van de tour: We nemen ook nota van het feit dat de tour korter duurde dan in de boeking stond, wat een tekortkoming in de service is die moet worden gecorrigeerd.
We waarderen het dat u ondanks alles van een duik in zee heeft genoten, maar begrijpen dat de betaalde prijs geenszins overeenkomt met de ontvangen ervaring.
De situatie die u beschrijft, ligt ver onder de standaarden die wij willen bieden. We hebben uw constructieve kritiek ter harte genomen en zullen deze gebruiken om dringend verbeteringen door te voeren op alle genoemde punten.
Dank u dat u de tijd heeft genomen om ons uw gedetailleerde feedback te geven. Dit is van vitaal belang voor ons om te leren en te groeien.
Chilled easy-peasy tour : )
The catamaran sunset-trip took us along the southern coast of Denia. It was a nice experience on the quiet sea while music of the 80s & 90s was played in the background. We were given a cup of Prosecco onboard and headed back under sail to the port of Denia just right when the sunset started. It was great !
BTW, you can also buy soft drinks or beer on board, they cost 2,50€ and 3 €.
One recommendation: The crew should come around and collect the papercups at least once. Some careless people leave the empty cups lying around on the trapez where they get blown away into the sea - not sensible for educated people at all.
