The crossing from Calpe to Altea is…
The crossing from Calpe to Altea is lovely but the vessel is definitely not a catamaran! I did the crossing twice, on 22 May and also the previous week and the vessel was different on each occasion. The first was a boat with outside seating which was fine but the second time it was a small vessel with limited outdoor seating with seats facing inwards, not towards the sea so it really wasn’t suitable at all. Please bring back the real catamaran that used to run on this route.

Tenían la música muy alta no podíamos disfrutar tranquilos del paseo no tenian ni patatas para poder picar y los que atendían parecían más distraídos en otras cosas que en escuchar me tuvieron 5 minutos esperando a ver si tenían patatas solo en la misma barra

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido placentera. Nos disculpamos por la música demasiado alta, que impidió disfrutar del paseo con tranquilidad. También sentimos que no tuviéramos opciones de aperitivo como patatas y que el personal pareciera distraído, obligándole a esperar.
La atención y el confort son nuestra prioridad. Revisaremos inmediatamente la intensidad del sonido y la formación del personal en barra para garantizar un servicio atento y rápido. 🙏😔

We also understand your frustration with the sailing limitations and the lack of proper space, tables, and chairs for lunch, which led to very poor eating conditions. ge-wel-dig echt een aanrader
Echt een hele goede ervaring met mundo marino in malaga gehad. super prijs en we hebben een hele leuke mooie avond gehad. wij hadden een avond trip met dj heerlijke zonsondergang en goede muziek drankjes op de boot waren goed betaalbaar en de sfeer was ge-wel-dig. zeker weten een aanrader hele leuke mensen (tip boek van te voren want het zit snel vol wij zijn in april gegaan dus helemaal in het hoogseizoen lekker van te voren boeken.

Catamaran calpe-altea-calpe
Fue un viaje calpe-altea-calpe muy bonito. Hay que destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Juan y Matías que dieron muchas explicaciones en el viaje.
Estos dos profesionales habría que gratificarles porque son los que hacen que quieras repetir.

Beautiful scenery, unnecessary loud music. Shame.
Beautiful scenery and comfortable boat. What a shame they chose to blast out 80s and 90s MOR music for the whole trip, from a free Spotify account, complete with adverts: completely unnecessary, distracting, pulled focus from the scenery and drew attention to the time to sail to the caves and back. Peaceful quiet on the water would have been absolutely fine. It added nothing and took so much away. Poor.

Kshamenk has been suffering here for over 30 years
If you’re thinking of visiting Mundo Marino, don’t. This place is a prison for one of the loneliest animals in the world—Kshamenk, an orca who has been trapped in a tiny tank since 1992.
For over three decades, he has been isolated, circling the same barren pool with nowhere to go. He was taken from the ocean and has never known freedom again. His body is bent from years of confinement. He performs tricks for food because he has no other choice.
Mundo Marino knows the public would be outraged if they saw the truth—so they hide it. But the truth is, keeping an intelligent, social, ocean-roaming orca in a swimming-pool-sized tank for life is nothing short of torture.
Please, don’t give your money to animal cruelty. The only way this changes is if people stop supporting it.

La experiencia preciosa, pero…
La experiencia preciosa, fui con mi pareja y disfrutamos muchísimo, si tengo que decir algo que me dejó igual un mal sabor de boca, fue que a nuestro lado se pusieron unos niños que como es normal, no se comportaban del todo bien, las madres ignoraban a los niños completamente y al resto de personas nos incomodaba la situación. En este caso me hubiera gustado que el personal hubiese llamado la atención a estas madres para que al menos durante la hora que dura esta experiencia el resto pudiésemos disfrutarlo tranquilamente. Por lo demás intenté ignorar esto y disfrutar de mi experiencia y fue precioso

DECEPCIONANTE He hechadoo de menos aunque solo fuera…
He echado de menos aunque solo fuera una mínima explicación en el recorrido del que no nos hemos enterado de nada. Ni una sola palabra por parte de la tripulación, ni hola ni adios. Nos enfilaron contra una peña y no nos dijeron ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA de lo que era, ni como se llama, ni lo que teníamos que mirar... Es la primera vez en mi vida que me ocurre esto y he hecho MUCHAS excursiones de este tipo. MUY DECEPCIONADA.

Queremos aclarar que ofrecemos distintos tipos de recorridos: algunos incluyen guía y otros están diseñados para disfrutar de la tranquilidad del mar, la música (si aplica) y las vistas. Esto se especifica al momento de la reserva para que cada pasajero pueda elegir la experiencia que mejor se adapte a sus preferencias.

ESTAFADORES! Compré mi cupón en marzo de 2024 y tenía hasta el 31 de diciembre para canjearlo. Cuando voy a canjearlo en noviembre me dicen que mi cupón ya está canjeado desde agosto y eso es TOTALMENTE FALSO. Contacto con la empresa y no me contestan ni me dan una solución. Contacto con Groupoun y me dicen que ellos hablarán con la empresa, al tiempo me envían un correo diciendo que Mundo Marino les ha dicho que ya canjeé mi código y no me presenté en la actividad... FALSO FALSO FALSO!
