Such a lovely website. Lures you in. Next day delivery and lovely products. But next day? Not a chance. email them to ask what's going on? Noone gets backs to you. Who knows whether they ever will. Shop elsewhere I say. Now I just want my money back.

POSSIBLE SCAMMERS!
I returned an item I bought as a gift, following the instructions provided (which includes proof of delivery). They state that money is refunded in 3-5 business days. Nearly a month later, I am still waiting for the refund.

The Customer Service from Mikayla is second-to-none. I have had some issues both this year and last year (probably due to me leaving my order so late for Christmas!) and Mikayla has been incredibly supportive.

Great fish at reasonably affordable prices but won’t be visiting again as staff are rude

So firstly the product I kept from my order is fine, however…..

Getting a refund for the items I returned has become a real pain. They don’t answer emails(unless you pester them on Instagram), phones lines don’t get answered, nor do WhatsApp messages.

Mikayla who deals with return doesn’t bother replying and I’m getting very frustrated with getting my money back.

Great range of products and customer service. Really nice note accompanied the order that made the experience.

I ordered 12 Aandersson mugs from Moxon. They were rapidly despatched, incredibly well packed, and also included a handwritten thank you card, which was a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the products is excellent. I highly recommend Moxon. "I'll be back!".

Excellent customer service from Moxon, couldn't be happier with how they dealt with a product issue which wasn't even their fault (it was manufacturer's fault which wasn't visible until unpacking the diary from its original packaging). Thanks Moxon, I'll be back for my annual planners supply!

Quick delivery, excellent customer service, my go to for gift ideas

The notebook is lovely, great quality paper, the size of rings it’s just right, and the delivery was fast! Unfortunately, when it arrived two corners were pretty badly bent in multiple directions! I’m not sending it back because I’m happy with it other than that. But it is a shame that the notebook already looks worn and ragged before even being used.

A great selection of products, a really easy shopping experience and my order came quicker than I expected. The pieces were also beautifully packaged and I'm keeping the lovely tissue paper so that I can use it to wrap a present! Would recommend Moxon to everyone!

Wonderful independent company, with an excellent quality and quirky product range and outstanding customer service.
I enquired about a particular product line, and they replied promptly letting me know when it would be available, then later sent me a personal email to let me know it was in stock, which I really appreciated.
Order arrived promptly, well packaged and with a lovely handwritten note.
