Adam from MOT Angels was very attentive and dealt with my car being in the garage today. Everything is very smooth using this service and you don't have to deal with the garage direct although you get the information given to you twice.

Overall very good, but would prefer to be able to still have the collection and delivery option available, especially as the garage was only 7 miles away.

good feedback and thorough check which picked up a couple of issues/faults - fortunately I was able to put right under present manufacturers warranty before expiry

From gaining another warranty quote from Land Rover and then comparing it to Motor Angel you cannot believe why anybody would choose anybody else,

Booked my health appointment they notified me with texts message 2 days before the appointment I would prefer it if you let me know 4 days before and a day before my appointment with the garage thank you for the good service keep up the good work.

Great customer service just a shame that I had to pay haha

I dropped my car in at 8am & the service & MoT was done by 12.30 which I was very pleased about. I noticed small scuffs on the rear offside wheel arch the evening after I picked my car up which I'm sure weren't there before it went in but of course I can't prove it so didn't pursue it. I just hope they come out with T-Cut.

Very straight forward, quick repair and a fair price

To be told that I was to take the vehicle (small van) to a Halfords Autocentre was a surprise in itself. To be asked if it was coming in for a service was bizarre when their online instructions were just to fit an air filter as well as a fuel filter! To realise that these instructions probably hadn't been read was more annoying as the van had been booked in for over one week and I expected the filters to have already been ordered and on site.
The filters were fitted and the Autocentre Manager, Dargham Zarham, was most helpful in looking into a misreading water temperature guage and he and his mechanic were both knowledgeable and interested in finding a solution.
The jury is out regarding my first experience with motor angel but they did stay on top of the job by communicating updated information to me that they had constantly requested from the Autocentre.

Simply to use and happy customer

This made it much easier than having to take the car myself to the garage + also using them for the full warranty.

I have given four stars as the work wasn't covered under my warranty, and having to pay £70 for a diagnostics was abit over priced, even though this is the garages standard price so wasnt technically there fault.
They kept me up to date with everything which was really good, just didn't like giving card details before work was carried out.
They got me a small discount £3 something (but saving) and I could of got the work done at my usual garage for cheaper but thought as it was already there to have it done and had to pay for the diagnostics anyway. Would properly search if it was covered under my warranty so I didn't have to pay the expensive diagnostic charge.
