Had a bad experience with Morette going back to 2017 (refers to review by Just me) please read this review before using this Company to get the full story, I gave up many months ago even though good old Charles got in touch as you can see via my review which did give me some hope that he had a conscience after all but this turned out to be another scam just to increase the Morette ratings on Trustpilot.

Just decided to look up the new reviews on this Morette Company to see if the people behind this scam had mended their ways but I see the con goes on & on, over the last two years had found out lots of information about Morette and have secured many other details about the Company and the people behind this scam.

Great Service, Shipped in good time. The only issue i would say is the payment terms, You need to be able to allow customers to pay via paypal or credit cards.

Great to find a manufacturer of auto parts that will deal direct and still take the time to manufacture old parts. I didn’t have to wait at all 5 3/4 inch back shells/ crowns for Harris magnum 1 (1979 !!!!) received within one week. Communicated by email they sent by email pro forma involce and paid by bank transfer they sent parts by fed ex, no problems at all. Very helpful and good communication.

Morette are crooks, plain and simple. I don't make that statement lightly and I do understand the laws on libel.

Please please please don't waste your money on these scammers.

I know there is no-one else that makes these style of headlights but the reality is, neither do they!

If you can't find a second hand set from somewhere look at alternative products.

If you read my other reviews you will see that Morette respond to them promising delivery and 'its all been a mix up' etc.

Well they still haven't delivered my headlights, so make your own minds up.

i order my lights order number 865 over 2 months a go,first they told me they heave lights on stock i order and pay my lights in the web shop,after that all most 1 month i ask them how is my order coming together they told me 1 mask is missing same time they told me they are going on vacation after that i heaven't heard nothing.

Just the facts, with no emotions
1.The website has a few pages missing.
2. It feels like a scam website. (But isn't from what I can gather)
3. Paid for MK3 Golf lights
4. Received the order
5. Very very cheap plastic and the actual glass/lens and lights are not what the pictures of other lights look like.

I wasn't sure what to expect so I'm not going to cry about it. To me it's finished with now. I won't be installing them to the vehicle as I genuinely don't have confidence in them and as luck would have it I have found a repairer for my original Hella twins.

Ich habe am 19. Januar 2018 unter der Bestellnummer 394 Morettescheinwerfer für Ford Sierra bestellt und auch die 474,85 Euro an Morette bezahlt.
Bis heute ist nichts passiert, mit Morette in Kontakt zu kommen unmöglich.

1,5 Jahre und keine reaktionen, das ist Betrug und kriminell.

Excellent service and would happily use again

I ordered and paid morette lights over 1.5 years ago. The last contact was in January 2018. It was told that the optics will be available next week. Many times I have asked, but no response to anything. I do not recommend this experience to anyone!

Have not received my lights yet though I emailed several times without answers
ordered 20170409 received a reply 20180105 that you had picked up the stuff and would send it next week now it is 20190309 and still has not received the lights or id 301
can not recommend anyone to buy products from morette
