Placed my order on 9th AUG, been waiting politely for abt 3 weeks and sent 3 emails to finally received their reply saying it's bank holiday here and they're short staff, should arrange shipment in another 1 or 2 weeks
Ok, so 2.5 weeks later, sent 3 times email again to received another their "reply" saying it's summer holiday and blah blah blah, will arrange shipment next week, and GUESS WHAT? They NEVER REPLY after that!! I just sent another 3 emails over, and also pay my condolences to the passing of their Queen, saying I understand there will be 12-day mourning period but all I want to know is any truly update news from my order, and guess what I received from them this time ??
THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL !!! Hahahahaha LMAO !!!
That is the most cower action I've ever seen in my entire life!! Hahahaha ( I HAVE SCREENSHOTS TO PROOF BUT THEY DON'T ALLOW PICTURE ATTAMENT HERE)

So I called my bank and report this is a scam transaction, and you guys know what? My bank said this transaction was charged from SPAIN instaed of UK!! They're not even located at where they listed!!!!

My bank will sure report this business as highly suspicious fraud, if you're in the same situation like I do - CALL YOUR BANK AND MAKE REPORT NOW!!

And if you're located in UK, PLEASE REPORT TO POLICE !!! Because this is a web scam for 100% sure! IT IS CRIME !!!! Even if they're not physically in UK, but they must have registered a company in UK in order to start their crime business here in UK!!

We have evidence to proof this guys is a fraud, so don't be afraid!! We must fight for our right!! At least we can closing down their scam pathway in UK so no more victims like us in the future, and no income for them in the future.

Here is their registered address I found on With Country, simple insert their business name " MORETTE AUTOMOTIVE" and you'll see their reigstered info

Their registerted address is : 22 Gelliwastad Road, CF37 2BW Cardiff

Though I tried to called the contact number shown on With Country but it goes to voicemail straight away, so I doubt if it's legit

⚠️ From the day I placed order (9th AUG) till today now, I tried to contact and sent 7 emails to you with my 2 different email account, but only received 2 reply to each of my email account, 1 of them says you're having bank holiday short staff (16th AUG) and the other one were received on 31th AUG saying your holiday will finish in the next day, and shipment will arrange in the next Friday or Monday

⚠️ Your email account were in my contact in my both email account already, and you even have replied to my 2 accounts, remember? So logically, there's no way my email domain will see your email domain as "SPAM", and of cause I don't see any of your so-call "Reply" in my any emaill spam box until today now

⚠️ The Facebook FAN PAGE that linked from your official website has listed you are located in Cardiff, UK - And there isn't any city also name "Cardiff" in Spain, it's either your official Facebook page were hecked with someone has really bad geography knowledge, or you have linked with someone else's page who also owns a companhy name MORETTE like your do (that also sells automotive parts! What a coincidence, wow~)

⚠️ Not every seller uses Shopify or any other site building platform means 100% gurantee safe seller, otherwise there won't be a term called "Fraud" - So don't worry, I have already file a claim on Shopify before I left a 1 star review here ( I also left a bad review at Scamadvisor like other 25 people does, would you want to be there and reply to my review like you do here too? )

⚠️ There's a thing called Google and Wikipidea nowdays, it's very easy to find out the "Bank holiday" or any public holiday in any countries, I don't know which part of Spain you're at, but even Catalunya does not have such a long bank holiday according to my Spanish local friend - Besides, what has it to do to ship my order related to "BANK" holiday? Do you ship people's order via Bank?? Since when does any bank starts delivery service business?? That is pretty impressive if it is true

I received a set of 02 Subaru Impreza Black Edition headlights. The wiring was not plug and play at all, it required a harness from a 3rd party to work. When we tried to actually bolt them in, the bolts never lined up and there was a large gap underneath of the headlight between the bumper (you can actually see an example of this same gap in one of the pictures provided on their website). The instructions are not very clear as well. I am giving 2 stars because they still helped me out in fixing an error with my order, but they have not responded to any of my emails for help with installing or wiring since then.

Just received my morette headlights for my Citroen c2, after reading the reviews I was a bit worried but I can honestly say I’m thrilled with my headlight and was a fast delivery, their in the garage just now getting sprayed and fitted, can’t wait, thanks ps payment on delivery is the way to go, give you that bit of security.

I paid for a set of lights back in 2018. No lights and no contact from them. Bad company and not trust worthy. I would give them minus stars if I could.

Seen these have a new website. Thanks to people like me who did a bank transfer and recieved zero lights. I wouldnt be as mad if i didnt have to let down a customer, by these not shipping. i saw an order in the 1000's so obvioulsy now they still selling these.

I dont have any lights. They told me they been dispatched but no tracking number .... Lies!! They go very silent when email and i log into there new webpage and my order disappeared, but you cannot take my screenshots.

If you was to.order use there new service UPS cash on delivery. I have close to 50k followers on my twitter so i put it out there to use this service but not accept delivery. You wanna mess with my business. Ill dobthe same.

Easy solution though - send me a refund or lights that i paid in good faith for!!!

ich bin äußerst unzufrieden mit dem Service, den ihr bietet.
Ich habe in den letzten fast 18 Monaten vergeblich auf die Ware gewartet. Diverse Mails meinerseits wurden gelegentlich einfach nicht beantwortet oder vielleicht gar nicht erst gelesen. Weder eine Firmenadresse noch eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist auf der Bestellseite ersichtlich, wenn dann Mails nicht beantwortet werden, fühlt man sich schon ziemlich verschaukelt. Nun sind hier mal eben 597 € unterwegs und ich habe dafür nicht die versproche Leistung erhalten.
Eine Mail vom Juni letzten Jahres lautet: "to be shipped". Das ist jetzt 9 Monate her, in der Zeitspanne bis heute sollte doch ein Versand stattfinden können, oder ?
Allen, die beabsichtigen, mit morette in geschäftliche Beziehung zu treten, sei gesagt, dass hier große Vorsicht geboten ist, damit es ihnen so ergeht, wie mir.

Ordered that 3 months ago and then nothing. They told, it takes about 7 weeks.
I try to send e-mails to three different adresses.
(moretteshop(a)outlook.com--contact(a)morette.shop--morette(a)orange.es) Not any answer.
Order is confirmed in december 2019. That's all, then nothing.
Now I see there's some similar cases.

Am 02.06.2018 unter Bestellnummer 253 für Escort Cosworth mk5 Morette Scheinwerfer bestellt. Per Überweisung bezahlt dann lange drauf gewartet nix, angeschrieben kam nix paar mal geschrieben dann kam mal was angeblichen wurden sie gehackt und würde die Ware dann bekommen. Dann wollten sie Daten und Beweis das bezahlt wurde alles geschickt haben es auch gefunden, sagten Ware käme und ich hab gewartet immer wieder nachgefragt erst kam nix mehr dann irgendwann doch wieder was und dann nach über 1 jahr kam gar nix mehr kein kontakt mehr haben mein konto gelöscht und habe bis heute immer noch keine Ware Erhalten. Ein richtiger Verbrecherverein Leute kauft da nix melden sich auf keinerlei Nachrichten oder Emails mehr. Richtiger Warenbetrug.....
