Habe eine Perrücke bestellt die leider ausverkauft war, daraufhin kam eine Email mit zwei Vorschlägen anderer Perrücken. Meiner bitte mir ein Bild davon zu schicken, da ich im Shop nichts gefunden habe wurde nicht reagiert.
Als ich eine weite Email schrieb und fragte ob denn eine Lieferung bis XY möglich ist, kamm die Antwort man müsse mit dem Shop Manager sprechen aber die Perrücke soll wohl auf Lager sein. Nach zwei weiteren Emails meinerseits kam wie zu erwarten keine Antwort.
Sehr schade denn hier geht es um sehr viel Geld und dann wird man einfach ignoriert!!!!

Je ne suis jamais déçue de mes achats chez MoraMode! Leur plus? La SAV qui est très efficace et rapide!

Annoying experience. I’m going on vacation in December so I wanted a gorgeous wig. I paid over $1300 for a custom made wig in September. Thinking I would receive it at the least by the end of November. I contacted them several times but no one would give me the status or update of my order. I am grateful I received a refund without any issue but I really wanted what I ordered.

The wig is absolutely beautiful. The colour is stunning and so is the cut and customisation well worth the wait . The wig also smelled heavenly when it arrived and I’ve had many compliments! I also wanted to say how amazing the lace feels, very soft compared to the lace of my other wigs. Incredible, will be ordering again!

Can’t recommend moramode enough! My wig is so beautiful and exactly how I was hoping it would look when I purchased it, it’s sooo soft and the quality is amazing. I had to contact customer service due to a glitch on my end and Joan was so helpful the whole way through, even letting me know when my wig was almost ready to be shipped! Will definitely be coming back in the future, thank you so much for such a great experience!

Hands down one of the best wig company out there. The quality of their wigs is *chef kiss*. owned their Human Hair wig since 2020 (being colored, changed styles so many times) and still feel and looked so good. Any inquiries you got, they'll give a fast response. It might be a little pricey, but the quality of the hair and designs will make you hook and I stan forever.

I have now ordered three Moramode wigs and I could not be happier with them. I was devastated when my hair started falling out and now nobody can even tell I’m wearing a wig. Their hairlines are beyond perfect, the quality of the hair is so much better than expected and the wigs last longer than I expected as well. I read they only last around six months but I’ve had my oldest Moramode wig for over a year and it still looks great. Their customer service is responsive and shipping is quick. I’ll be ordering my next wig soon in a new color. Thanks Moramode for giving me

Amazing quality of hair and they are very good natural looking wigs. Delivery does take a long time so id order in advance where possible.

Ordered a wig in June after a long delay in getting my order and a lot of excuses emails unanswered for days I eventually received my wig and was initially very pleased with it, but within a month the lace part at the front started to shed A LOT I was finding it hard to disguise the bald patches of the wig so emailed and asked what could be done about it. I was told to send it back for repair !!! I explained that this was the only wig I had and could not go without it as because of an illness I have lost a lot of my hair and I am very self conscious without the hair and I couldn’t afford another wig to replace it I sent pictures for proof of the shedding and bald patches and they still would not replace it. I then asked for a discount on another wig (which I really couldn’t afford) I was told I could only have the discount that was for everyone but when I went to use the discount it didn’t work I emailed again to tell them this and was told that discount had ran out (even though it was still advertised and still is on the website) Blonde20 !!! So now I have a wig not even a month old that is unwearable and I am out of pocket with no sympathy or help from this company so I would definitely not recommend them at all !!!!

I have previously bought 2 Harper wigs from Moramide, which I love. As a longterm alopecia sufferer, it feels amazing to wear a wig that reminds me of my old hair 😊
The quality of the wigs is outstanding ( lasting easily over a years continuous use) & I have never worn such a natural looking wig in the 15 years since I have needed them.
I swear, unless I tell people, they don’t know.
It feels so nice to be like everyone else & be able to wear a pony tail in the summer! A pony tail!!! ❤️

I love the wigs from Moramode so much! They are such beautiful quality and mine is still lasting after 1year of continuous use (not over night though).

I do wish they responded to emails and messages a little better, but I can get over that.

I bought this wig for my wedding and this by far the best wig I own!! The quality is unreal and it fits perfectly on my scalp and is really comfortable it looks like I'm not even wearing a wig. The hairstylist who did my hair on my wedding day said it was a dream to work with

I brought a Moramode wig a couple of months ago and waited to write a review to see how it lasted … and I’m so happy! It still looks healthy, the lace is still intact and I’m super happy with it. For the price it is so worthwhile for me, it has really has helped my confidence after suffering with hair loss all of my life, no one even knows I’m wearing it! Thanks to Joan who was very supportive through the process.

I bought the Roisin wig from the modesty range and am so impressed. The quality of the hair is great - doesn't feel like a human hair blend at all. Although it's not on HD lace, I have very pale skin so the vanilla lace works really well. Overall, for the price this is amazing and customer support were so helpful.

I want to start with the negative: custom-made wigs can take a very long time to prepare. Moramode is a small company, and they make wigs for many customers at once, so please be aware: it might take months before your wig will be in your hands.

But I will give Moramode 5 stars regardless. I want to praise Joan, Becky, Marv and all other lovely people who worked hard to make my wig for me. Joan and Becky were really helpsome and answered all my questions and did all they could to give me a top-level service. I sometimes was impatient and short-tempered, but the ladies were perfectly polite and very patient: thank you so much for putting up with me!

The wig I received is something out of this world. The lace is 100% invisible, the parting is incredibly realistic, and my wig came with beautiful braids, just as I wished. Yes: it took months to create it, but the result is a masterpiece. Unfortunately, I cannot upload a photo, but trust me: the wig looks like it was my own hair. When I uploaded photos to Instagram, some friends thought I'm making fun by writing I'm wearing a wig.

I highly recommend buying from Moramode if you are into high-quality yet affordable wigs and are not afraid of long waiting times.
