I contacted Andrea who very quickly offered me a video consultation.
I knew then she was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared. I immediately trusted her.
I unfortunately had my hair burnt off (which was waist length originally to just stubs and breakage) from bleach by a hairdresser and had to buy cheap toppers just to leave the house.
After saving like crazy Andrea helped me to decide on the perfect piece and it’s absolutely beautiful.
The gifts included in the box were also a lovely surprise. I’ve never seen such outstanding amazing hair and the cap lays so super flat.

The customer service is excellent, Andrea is super nice and colour matched my hair really well from the photos I sent. She was able to advise me at every step of the way and when I had made my purchase the delivery was extremely quick! I felt confident in buying online and wasn't disappointed when she arrived! Lovely soft hair, cut and styled beautifully. I'm still getting used to wearing her and just found out my daughter is getting married later in the year so I know I won't have to worry about my hair letting me down on the day, as my "new hair" will be perfect.

When my hair fell out last year due to Chemo I reached out to Andrea and she kindly advised me not to buy a topper and had the integrity to point me to an amazing lady who makes wigs in the US , she didn’t have to do that but she was kind , caring and empathetic to my predicament rather than sell me something that wouldn’t have worked for me , how refreshing !!!

chemo didn’t work so I’m now on a more targeted treatment and the minute I had 1/2 inch of growth I was back pestering Andrea for a topper and I cant recommend her highly enough not just for cosmetic purposes
but anyone with any form of hair loss this is a lady you can trust with your whole heart , it’s not a business for her it’s a passion , she has given me an enormous part of my ‘old ‘ life back , this is the hair I’ve always wanted and I’m so grateful because I can face the world with confidence again , can’t put a price on that, the topper is so much more comfortable than a full wig especially with summer approaching , I cant even tell Im wearing it , I'm already saving up for my next purchase because the hair quality is extraordinary , the colour work phenomenal and the cut and attention to detail is exceptional .This is a product made with love and not for financial reasons only .

I recently purchased a custom order topper from Andrea. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. I was blown away at how flat the cap was and the hair feels amazing. As always I would recommend and rate Andrea and Perfect fringe 10/10! Andrea has transformed my life with her beautiful toppers! Suffering from hair loss really made my confidence dip and wearing PerfectFringe toppers has given me that confidence back (in fact the topper is even better than my bio hair was before the loss!). This is my third topper (my second at nearly two years old is still going strong) and my first custom order. I’ve never had someone take such time to make sure she listened and got it right. My piece arrived yesterday and is just the perfect weight and length. The root completely matches mine - I don’t know how Andrea did it without ever meeting (but the video call and photos all helped I’m sure!) The hair quality is amazing, even softer than my last one! This was my first time ordering from Andrea and I suspect it won't be the last :) What a lovely lady. I was particularly keen to have a topper with roots because my natural hair is darker than most toppers I wear, and roots make the topper even more believable especially if my bio hair is on show at the temples. I had an online consultation and I sent loads of follow-up WhatsApps and photos of my natural roots to get exactly what I wanted. Andrea is super kind and patient and is a total expert in knowing what will work for you, matching your bio hair, producing gorgeous colour and that amazing 3-D effect you have when highlights start to grow out but are still looking HOT! The piece has arrived - Andrea's turn around was under a week - and it's so beautiful. The roots match my bio hair so well that the piece is pretty much undetectable, even to the trained eye. Perfectfringe really are the BEST

I am NOT new to hair toppers and I am very fussy. I know exactly what I like and don’t like from any hair I place on my head.
Andrea really understood this and went out of her way to make sure my custom order was exactly what I wanted. I changed my mind so many times and probably drove her insane but she was very patient. I really felt she listened and her advice really helped me not make any mistakes.
I received my topper and was blown away. I’ve used other topper companies and nothing compares to Andrea’s masterpieces.
The cap melts onto my head even my own husband couldn’t tell. Other toppers I have had in the past are gappy & bulky on top.
I won’t go anywhere else. Customer for life!
