Amazing Quality Wigs

After losing my hair from becoming sick I got my first Nuola wig a few years ago. They actually had one so similar to my hair before I lost it (the Nola) that everyone thought I had just gotten some hair extensions or toned my hair and no one noticed it was a wig!
Last week I got my third Nuola wig, a sale wig, and I cannot believe how beautiful it is! A super high quality and realistic FULL LACE with for under half what my other wigs cost each. For those dipping their foot into the wig market or looking for try their first lace or full lace, I fully recommend checking out their sale selection. And if in doubt, ask away on their website chat.
I've got around 12 wigs in my collection ranging from synthetic, to Human hair, lace front, and full lace from a variety of places. And you only need to look and see how much more realistic Nuola wigs are for a lot less. If you have the means I would recommend getting two! So you can take proper care and deep condition, and maintain the beautiful locks so they last years to come

Canterbury, which required a two-hour drive, and unfortunately it was not worth the money or the effort. The experience did not match what was advertised on their website.
The consultation was not private at all—there were other people in the room working on their laptops—so it didn’t feel like a studio setting, unlike how it was presented online. While the staff member was polite and tried to be helpful, there were very limited options available and the information provided was minimal.
I had high expectations based on the advertising, so this was a real disappointment. Perhaps the branch in Canada offers a different experience, but this location did not meet the standards that were promoted.

Empathy?? What’s that. I’m an alopecia patient that is completely bald and have been since the age of 5. Hair to a woman is just as important as the outfit she is wearing.
It took Nuola 5-6 months to make my personalised full hd lace wig where the guidelines was 4 months. I finally collected it and when I say it lasted 3 weeks this is no joke ! The hair at the nape had fallen out you could fully see the cap where the two adjustable straps meet. Posted to company back which even that was a fight as got to b glue was used (even on the first appointment when fadzi styled it ) makes the warranty of “6months” invalid as “glue has been used.”
The lace is super thin and tears easily which you don’t expect to happen to a system that’s cost you 1400 pound. After the system had been corrected, guess what? My wig had got lost in the post. They sent me out a new one in a day which was the only good part. I’ve had this wig back no more than 3 months and it’s basically dead. When I asked for a quote they refused to serve me again as a member or the public. Distrusting humans how can you refuse to have a paying customer ??? Don’t even take into consideration the condition or the emotional pain they have put me through. Never ever will I recommend Nuola to my alopecia society ever. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The biggest laughing matter is I still get PROMOTING EMAIL TO REALLY PUT SALT IN THE WOND. I cannot express enough how shocking this company is. The manager is rude and never on premises and if you want to speak to her expect to use fadzis mobile whilst the owner is away in Canada using our money she has falsely advertised with the warranty.

We were very surprised to see this review, as the events you described do not reflect what took place. For clarity, we would like to outline the timeline and the reasons for our decision.
During your last appointment in July, there were serious concerns regarding your behaviour toward our team. You were rude to a staff member during the consultation, and your loud tone made the environment very uncomfortable for both staff and nearby clients. Additionally, you approached another client outside and shared negative comments about our service and product quality, which understandably left her hesitant about continuing her appointment. We were thankfully able to reassure her and support her afterward.
You also indicated at the time that you intended to leave negative reviews. As a company that supports many clients navigating sensitive medical and emotional situations, we have a responsibility to maintain a respectful and safe environment for everyone who visits our store.
For this reason, when you contacted us again on 26 November to make another purchase, we replied explaining that, after carefully reviewing the previous incident that occurred during your visit in July, we would not be able to proceed with any future sales. This message was sent only three days before this review appeared.
Given this timeline, it appears that the review was posted as a direct response to our decision not to continue offering services.
We wish you the very best moving forward and hope you find a provider who meets your needs.

This is our third wig purchase from Nuola for our daughter and the best one yet! The colour was nice and bright and the hair feels lovely. My daughter is very comfortable wearing it and confident that nobody can tell it's a wig. We are about to order our fourth one! Very happy with our experience with Nuola.

I ordered a wig a year ago
I ordered a wig a year ago, the hair kept matting was frazzled and snapping like crazy was gutted cause the amount of money I spent, they agreed for me to send back which I then had to go get a hair replacement system fitted as I didn’t have a back up without my wig till this mess was fixed. So eventually they said there sending me a new wig which they did I had my hair replacement taking out a few months ago and thought il go back to my new wig to wear and within days again matting at the back and the hair again frazzling and snapping!! Absolutely devastated people with hair loss are dealing with enough without dealing with these kinds of problems!! This wig is supposed to make me feel better about myself and all it’s done since I first ordered is make me feel worse. Never ever order from this company believe me people!!

Detailed Review: Ciara Wig by Nuola
I’ve been following Nuola Wigs for a long time and always wanted to purchase one of their wigs. I waited for a special occasion, and since I’m getting married in October, I finally decided to order the Ciara wig.
Before placing my order, I had a short consultation with them and exchanged many emails to make sure I was getting the right wig. They even sent me extra pictures of the Ciara, and it looked exactly like what I wanted.
When the wig arrived, I had mixed feelings. Let me start with the positives: I have a very small head, so I ordered an XS cap. I was worried it would still be too big, but it fits perfectly. The cap itself is really well made. The length is good as well. The hair looks nice at first glance, although I haven’t washed it yet, so I’ll leave another review once I see how it behaves after washing.
Now to the disappointments: The Ciara wig I received has visible layers, even though I specifically checked with them before shipping and was told Ciara does not have layers. On their official videos and photos, the Ciara wig also appears straight and without layering, and it also looks fuller at the bottom than the one I received, which makes this even more confusing.
The color also doesn’t match what was shown on your official photos and videos. The Ciara wig there has a softer, lighter chocolate-brown root that gradually blends into warm, golden tones toward the ends. The wig I received, however, has a much darker root, and instead of a smooth golden balayage it looks more like cool-toned streaks. The highlights appear almost white or ashy, which gives the overall look a more neutral, cooler tone rather than the warm, soft blonde I was expecting.
From what I understand, Nuola takes blonde wigs and custom-colors them before shipping. That means their main responsibility is to get the color right – but unfortunately, in my case, they didn’t. Considering this wig is one of the pricier options on their website, I really didn’t expect such a mistake, especially since I ordered it for my wedding.
To be fair, the wig doesn’t look bad – it’s just not what I ordered.
UPDATE:
I was given the option to return this wig and receive a new one, but by now I’ve completely lost trust. There is no guarantee that the replacement would have the right color, and I’m terrified it wouldn’t even arrive before my wedding.
I can’t explain how hurt I feel – I cry every time I look at this wig, because all I can think about is that I paid nearly $2000 and ended up with something I never wanted. Before ordering, I had a consultation with them, I checked everything, I asked so many questions over email to make sure it would be right. They knew it was for my wedding, and still it was delivered wrong.
They call themselves hair specialists, but I honestly don’t understand how such a mistake could happen. Instead of making me feel beautiful and confident, they have only added more insecurity on top of everything else I already struggle with.
Now I need to pay also hair colorist to fix it, but only white parta could be fixed, the dark parts are too dark for any coloring.
If anyone would ever like to see photos of what I received compared to what was advertised, I’d be more than happy to share them.

If you decide to keep and wear the wig for your wedding day, we completely understand and please rest assured that you’ll still be covered under our 6-month warranty. You are welcome to send the wig back to us after your wedding, and we will be happy to adjust the color for you.
Just to clarify for future customers: the Ciara wig does include layers, which is visible on the product page photos , particularly the mannequin image where the layers fall around the collarbone, as well as on the model shots. More importantly, the product description clearly states: “Body Wave Style With Face Frame Layers.” The Ciara has always been styled in body waves, and none of the images on our website or social media show it as a straight style.
Your feedback is valuable, and we will share it with our team to ensure we continue to improve. We truly wish you the most beautiful wedding day and thank you again for trusting Nuola Wigs.

It seems the main concern is that we were unable to agree to your suggested resolution, which was to wear the wig for your wedding and then return it afterwards for a replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept this as a resolution. For hygiene reasons, it is not possible for us to take back a worn wig and resell it to other clients.
That said, we remain committed to finding a solution for you. You are very welcome to return the wig so we can adjust the colour to your preference, or, if you prefer, you can return it before your wedding for a quick exchange. We even guaranteed to send out the replacement within two weeks of receiving your return, which would still be more than three weeks before your wedding date.
We understand this is an important occasion and want to do our best to support you, but we kindly ask that any resolution takes into account the hygiene and quality standards we must uphold for all customers.
