Had a few small hiccups regarding emails, but soon soughted after receiving a very polite and professional email. Thankyou moramode! Look forward to another lovely purchase.

First time customer and defo not disappointed. Customer service answers your queries, had no issue kept informed throughout the process. Shipment was very quick, quality, fit and hair could not fault.

Do not order from Moramode! I ordered a wig that was supposedly in stock for a 3-5 day shipping, I had to chase this up around 3 weeks later to be told they had an issue with the dye and would I consider this (they said they were going to offer these on sale but at no point was I offered the sale price) they showed me it and I declined. I then had to chase and chase to be told they’d adjusted the bad batch again, in the end for the sake of getting a wig I agreed. It came, the wrong wig type and the wrong length, again I had to chase and chase, I was promised all sorts that never came. I paid to have this returned and asked for return postage back as per the law but clearly they think they’re above this. The whole experience was disgusting especially considering why the majority of people need wigs, I have cancer and don’t need this additional stress. The VAT relief they offer is a lie too. I would not recommend at all. Fair enough I am only out of pocket for the return postage but I shouldn’t be at all!

In response to your reply, at no stage was I told about the VAT relief not being available, I was told you had received everything needed. Also my order confirmation states 3-5 days. And you still owe me the return postage too! Not posting factual replies isn’t right either, it’s as misleading as your delivery timescales. And to add I wasn’t offered a full refund at the point of the bad batch colours, I was asked if I’d accept or wanted to wait for what I ordered, it was only when I couldn’t get a definite date from you that I accepted what was offered because I am self conscious about how I look and needed a wig!

I've had my Blake wig for a couple months now and it's still holding up beautifully ✨ they do an absolutely amazing job! It does take them a couple months to make it, but it's well worth the wait.

The quality of the wig is amazing, it looks beautiful. I am super happy with both the prize and the customer service. I will definitely shop from Moramode again in the future. I highly recommend it

Customer service was absolutely terrible by the company and the wig is wispy and horrible quality. The wig came with grey hair through it which is something I don't think you should get when paying that sort of money.
They made a mistake on my wig cap size and its measures a medium when I ordered a small.

Told me it would be shipped in 4 weeks but took 9 and the staff couldn't tell me the progress of my order. It was so frustrating!
Don't waste your time with this company!

Hello, congratulations to the company I must say that it has quality products with an excellent quality / price ratio.
when I ordered the wig for my wife, for serious reasons (hair loss due to chemotherapy) I had a payment problem that probably did not take place, as soon as they could they called me explaining the problem, paid again and within 15 days the wig has arrived.
a good 5 star.

I wish I started buying these wigs sooner! I am in love with it. The colour and everything is perfect. I have been looking for a natural hairline for so long.
The wig isn’t also too thick (which is what I find with a lot of others). The only thing was the waiting time but it was worth it. Communication was amazing throughout too. Thank you so much Moramode xx

Only putting 4 stars due to some communication issues. Ordered wig in March and it takes 45 working days to be dispatched. They made this very clear (which I appreciated), also adding that COVID may cause further delay. In July they reached out stating the wig would ship shortly, which it did. The wig itself is beautiful- very light in comparison to another wig I have and the hairline is flawless. I would definitely recommend this company to those looking for a realistic wig. 1 recommendation for the company is to just have better communication throughout the process if wigs are expected to take longer than anticipated. Just an update to the customer, even if the wig is not completed, to let the customer know you are still working on the purchase & are trying your best to get it out in a timely manner. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

Bought my wig April 8 and it is August 18th and still NO WIG. It isn't until you ask for your money back and a cancellation that apparently "it's in route." NO tracking number, NO updated order status on their website either.

"Wigs took longer than expected" - then tell your customer to not expect anything for 6 months and see if they still want to buy the wig. Give them the honest expectation and allow them the ability to choose to still buy. Don't take $1,400 and then say "opps sorry this took longer than expected by 10 WEEKS".

Not happy at all for a luxury price point item.

I have tried some wigs, but they are the best what i ever had! They are very natural, noone can say i wear a wig. I will order it again.

I absolutely love my new Jesse wig, it is so natural looking, comfortable to wear. The synthetic hair does not tangle and is soft to the touch. The lace is adjustable in size.
The customer service received by all Moramode staff has been excellent from start to finish, even when dealing with heavy delays due to local customs and unreliable couriers services (totally unrelated to Moramode).
I highly recommend Moramode and I will certainly buy from them again.

This hair is amazing! It's super soft and thick. And the color details are so dreamy! They are completely beautiful. They look so natural too and fit comfortablely. Definitely a conference booster I feel beautiful again when I really needed that!

The hairline is amazing and looks so natural. The hair is great quality and is always super silky.

The customer service is great as well. It took a while to arrive but this is because i customised some parts of it. It was definitely worth the wait and it is one if my all time favourites.

I was bought one of them because I couldn’t afford their extremely pricey human hair wigs and didn’t want to wait for months for a human hair unit, thought that for the $143 I paid I’d get a half decent unit. I was so wrong, it shedded a little but the worst part was the tangling, after a week the hair that was supposed to be straight turned kinky, dry and tangled very easily. Save your money ladies and just shop elsewhere.
