I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing I now reckon I’m going to be receiving cheap plastic boots 🤦‍♀️ after reading all these reviews
The worst of it is at checkout I ticked the box for one pair of leather boots then I got redirected before clicking buy it then jumped back to the buy now button only to find out I had now purchased two pairs of these boots , there’s no way in which you can cancel the order on the website or app , I emailed them immediately asking to cancel one order before it’s been shipped…. Only to get an email back 20 minutes later stating it’s to late the order has been shipped!!!
What a load of bull , no one has a turnaround that quick in 20 minutes from sale to shipped I think I’m going to have to except the fact I’ve been scammed!
And loose £110. Quid

I emailed the company straight away and had a response that day offering a voucher to purchase a new pair, and not return the others. I've yet to try doing-but communication nonetheless.

Arrived 2 weeks later from overseas. Cheap lightweight rubbish. DEFINITELY NOT ORTHOPEDIC with no comfort or arch support! I'm a 6, these are definitely a 5. MUGGED RIGHT OFF!!!!!!!!!!

Scam! Leather boots turned out to be cheap plastic. Refund request ignored. Ad's copy high end products exactly and they are legitimised by a presence on Google Shops. Avoid at all costs and cancel your order immediately if you can.

This a fraudulent company and I have reported to trading standards....DO NOT purchase anything from this website.

I purchased "Leather Clogs" November 2025, once the order was completed online, monies taken from my bank account, I waited 4 days to receive a tracking email. It was then that I was made aware that the item was coming from China and NOT within EU (website claims location is Holland).

The item received was not Leather, and completely different to what is advertised on their website. Cheap, plastic and very poor quality. I wouldn't pay £1 for this item. I have raised a complaint, requesting a refund and now been told to send back to China, tracked delivery in order to receive a refund OR they would offer 25% refund and I can keep the item! Total scam....passed to my bank to get payment returned and reported to trading standards. Disgraceful, scam, fraud!

This company is an absolute scam do not use. The website states that it is a uk company and ships from the uk but it actually ships from china. So your paying uk prices for some garbage sent from china this company should be shut down immediately can’t believe there getting away with this

Terrible quality item, not as described.
The address is listed as the Netherlands but they are drop shipped from China. If you want to lodge a return, they will insist you have to send them back to China which would cost as much as the item.
I managed to get my money back by pursuing it via my bank - if you have purchased from them I highly recommend doing the same and showing them the evidence of their address on the site compared to the return address they provide after purchase. This site is a scam!

I ordered leather slippers and when they arrived they were plastic and vinyl.
I placed the order on the Montford & Co website but the confirmation of the order came from Stunahome (another fraudulent Chinese company).
I tried to return the slippers but they just kept offering me 30% refund, then 50% and telling me I could keep the slippers and give them to a charity.
I am pretty certain all of the email correspondence was AI generated and that I never really had contact with a person.
The sum of money was under £30 but this is a massive fraud if they are successfull with a large number of customers.

Business model is prose as UK , use posh girls names and buy super cheap from China , same as so many internet rubbish now and fed up with them . DON"T BUY FROM THEM

I now realise this is a China scam Shut them down - they are trading unlawfully claiming they are trading from the NEtherlands when its China- I was offered a gift card which does not work - so this is fraudulent. The Large size I ordred is tiny and about a size 10 - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I am going to Trading Standards

Ordered a size L and received size XL. They said this was normal? and not a mistake - i should order a smaller size. I did ask to be sent sixings of the item (not sent) Medium ordered - medium arrived! they have no record of this order? . Goods are from China and very poor quality. Still waiting to see i i get the correct size.

Ordered some ‘leather’ boots on 23rd October, they have arrived today and they are absolutely awful. They’ve never seen leather, they are plastic rubbish I wouldn’t be seen dead in them!! Cheap, awful, can’t even fasten them up as the zip is all the way up the back of the boot. Never seen anything of such poor quality before. Do not risk buying anything from here!!!!

They advised delivery had been made at 4 in the morning - which it hadn't. No response from my emails. Can only assume that it's a scam.

Wished i had read the reviews this is a ripoff company that sell shoddy goods and are not as advertised. Seriously i would not have even given them a 1 star i sent the item back in the correct time scale and they are deliberately leaving it at the customs so that it fails the 30 day return. Fortunately i paid via pay pal and hopefully the will get my money back. I also have the parcel tracked to ensure they cannot dispute the time scale.

DO NOT USE. Ordered some boots which looked nice. Had no idea they would be shipped from China. Took an age to arrive and when they did they were very poor quality fit. The company says it had a 30 days return policy but in practice the cost of returning to China and the shipping time made this impractical. And the company delayed the returns process by not giving me an address so I would not be able to meet the policy of getting product back to them within the 30 day period.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Read other reviews. Garment nothing like image on website. Terrible quality and took forever to arrive. Avoid. Massive waste of hard earned money

I would prefer to give no stars.
Don't order from this company. They make it impossible to claim a refund by insisting the item be posted back to China.
It would cost more for the shipping than the item is worth.
Their quality is rubbish and their website should be taken down. What a terrible experience.

This is a shell Chinese company with Netherlands post box address. The quality of their goods is poor, the sizing is not accurate. If you want to return anything, you have to pay to ship back to China. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

This company are a fraudulent Chinese company. They have sent a product massively different to what was ordered. Have taken weeks to respond when a refund was requested and finally stated that I need to return to:
