I received the item on the morning of 24th May but unfortunately the wrong size has been sent. I ordered a medium and the item sent is a large.

Order for a green zip knit jumper.

Montford have not yet responded to rectify the issue even after 5 days of raising the issue via an email to their support email address.

Scam. Avoid at all costs. Poor quality products and to get refund you have to send back to CHINA!

Dirty little scammers.

All items on their website are either stolen, or generated using AI.
Items you receive will be extremely low quality temu goods, worth 5% of what you pay.

Customer support is 100% AI and no real people to speak to.

If you have been scammed by these scumbags, you should let them know you are returning the items under consumer protection act because they are not as described. Tell them the items are available for collection at their convenience, or if they give you a pre-paid label tell them you will use that.
Give them 14 days to comply (state this in the email also) - Also provide proof that the items are not as described, e.g. a screenshot of the item on their website, and a picture of the item you receive.
When they offer 20/30/40/50% off instead of having to accept the return, deny it and state your rights again.

After the 14 days, if their customer support AI hasn't given you a full refund, raise a dispute with your bank.
You must monitor this dispute, as the dirty scammers montford-co will lie and fabricate evidence to respond to the bank (i.e. fake emails) which you will have to dispute.

Ensure you include all email communication as proof when disputing with your bank.

You should get your money back from the dirtbag running this company.

Sizes were all over the place, quality is very disappointing and returns process is shocking, do not by from here unless you are sure you want the items or you will end up seriously out of pocket.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes by mistake ,messaged to cancel 1 pair straight away only to be told it was too late as the order had been processed so I could return one pair when they arrived,one pair arrived no refund for second pair,NO ANSWER TO MY MESSAGES and forget the phone because They just don’t answer ,AVOID AT ALL COSTS…..

Awful customer experience. Barely any communication, still no delivery date in sight and refusing to refund my order even though it hasn’t even had a ‘label created’ yet. Do not shop with this company. Really annoyed I didn’t check trust pilot before placing an order.

Like so many on here, I have ordered items which arrived in the wrong sizes. The quality is also rather appalling, with one shirt in particular feeling incredibly plastic.

I have gotten in touch with them to request a refund, and again like so many others was unsuccessful in this. They have initially responded asking me to provide photos of the items, then promptly blocked my email address and I am now unable to contact them again and I am stuck with unwanted bad quality items that I cannot return. I will be contacting the Consumer Ombudsman.

The most shocking online retailer I have ever purchased from. They pose as a company based in the Netherlands but all returns go to China, and my parcel has been stuck in China customs for almost 3 weeks! I am still waiting for it to be released and my refund to be processed. Never ever again. Don’t buy from this website.

Montford Co's website promises quick and hassle free returns, no questions asked. That is deceptive. They fail to indicate that to return a product to them, it would have to be shipped to an address in China. The shipping fees from the US to China are very expensive, and the customer also has to pay customs fees. The returned shipping cost would be nearly 73% of the cost of the dress I purchased from them.

Do not do business with this deceptive company. Their products may appear relatively cheap to buy, but are expensive to return. The customer is the loser when shopping with them.

Product arrived within a reasonable timeframe, having shipped from NL, and is of a reasonable quality considering the price paid. However the sizing is off. I ordered a men's size 7 UK, but the product is about 1 inch too long like a size 8 or 8.5 UK. I emailed to request a replacement at midday today, but have yet to receive a response (currently 9pm). Hoping their customer success resolves the matter promptly.

I should have come to check reviews before ordering from this company since it seems that many people have had the same issue.
My daughter ordered a couple of dresses, they looked nice in the photo but are such a horribly cheap and syntethic material and poor fit - we then did a Google Lens search and found the exact same dresses on Shein and AliExpress for a third of the price.

Return is also a nightmare, they make it sound like it's so easy on the website, including listing a company address in the Netherlands - however when we contacted them to return the dresses we were told we would need to ship them to China and cover all postage and any custom fees.

Complete scam of a company, avoid - at least Shein has better customer service and return process.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them.

I am absolutely furious! I wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money. I ordered two dresses, and not only did they take forever to arrive, they sent me the wrong size! When I reached out to return them, they had the audacity to claim they intentionally send a larger size because of customer feedback. And then they expected me to pay to send them back! I specifically ordered that size for a reason, and they just sent a different one without even checking. It’s completely ridiculous! I ended up giving up on getting a proper refund or having them cover the postage, and I was forced to accept a pitifully small percentage back.

This is nothing short of a scam! They send you the wrong item and then charge you to return it. I bet most people just give up like I did and eat the loss. It’s infuriating!

Having received a lovely looking pair of shoes from Holland. Sadly they didn't fit.But instead of being able to return them to Holland you have to send them to CHINA!! That means you have to pay a lot for postage and customs. It takes ages to get ANY money from China. Don't buy from this company

The XL clothes I bought came too small that even my 11 year niece couldn't get into them. They also were extremely poor quality, bad stitching and tbh like rejects from Shein ! It made Shein look like Gucci !
They then refused to send My return label and you have to post to china, even though the company is registered under The Netherlands.
Then on disputing this they start bargaining with you, saying keep the stuff and we will give you 50% back. Completely wrong and completely against any trading standards.
It's just been a headache.

I ordered a jumper from this company and the item I received was nothing like the one advertised on their website. The colour shown online is a deep forest green, but the jumper delivered is an olive green. The zip in the product photo is silver metal, yet the one I received has a green plastic zip. It also arrived with no manufacturer label and no care labels, which immediately raised concerns about its quality.

The website states that the jumper is a cotton blend, but the item I received is clearly synthetic and feels nothing like cotton. This makes it even more obvious that the product is not as described.

The overall quality is extremely poor and feels like a cheap replica of the product shown online. I had bought it as a gift, but it’s completely unsuitable.

I tried contacting the company using the email address provided on their website to request a refund, but every message bounced back as “failed to deliver.” There appears to be no working way to reach them, which makes the whole experience feel highly questionable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Impossible to return items as you have to pay all fees and custom fees and give them detailed information so just dont bother as there are so many other companies you can buy from
