This website needs to be taken down. I purchased an item and tried to cancel it within 60 minutes. According to the website, one can get a full refund and cancel within that time frame. Sent multiple emails, and even made an international call within 60 minutes with no response. When I did call, I was sent directly to voicemail, and it sounded like the person was Chinese. Today, I got an email that they were sending the package despite multiple attempts to cancel the purchase. I see the terrible reviews of the company, and now it's a little too late. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission of the USA. This website needs to be investigated and taken down.

If i could give a minus 0 stars, then I would. How this company is still able to trade after myself being ripped off and then me afterwards reading all the poor reviews on Trustpilot. I wish I'd have read them before I ordered. I have sent over 10 emails to this company to be lead down the garden path. I ordered a pair of supposed to be leather ladies riding boots, but when they eventually arrived, they were definitely not leather and some kind of man-made material, also too small and of very poor quality. I emailed Olivia Montford company, it took a few days for them to reply. They said I could keep the boots and I could order a different pair free of charge. They sent me a voucher code. I saw a pair of flat boots that I liked and ordered them. 3 days later, the company emailed me to say that the boots I wanted were out of stock and couldn't get anymore. They then sent me a photo of a different pair of boots that they said I could have. The replacement boots were nothing like the ones that I'd originally agreed on and had an heel. I emailed them to say that I didn't like the boots and that I would prefer some flat ones. I sent them a photo of a different pair that were more suitable for me and they assured me that they were leather. They sent me a voucher code which did not work when I tried to use it. I emailed them stating that the code didn't work and asked them to send me one that did or give me a full refund. My emails were then ignored. I emailed them saying I was going to report them to PayPal, Consumer services and i would be putting a poor review on Trustpilot. The cheeky company then sent me a 10% discount code. Definitely taking the Micky. I was fuming!! The company which seems to advertise under Olivia Montford & Co on Google but takes payments out on PayPal as TG projects? There's definitely something strange with this company, it appears stock is coming from China and not the Netherlands as you're lead to believe? Even though there is a London address on the delivery package? I was very disappointed as the boots were meant to be my Christmas present. I ended up having to raise a complaint through paypal which I found very difficult and frustrating. Luckily I kept the emails from this company and screenshot them as proof of conversation with them. I eventually did get a full refund. This so called Olivia Montford & co needs to be investigated by trading standards/consumer rights. I will never purchase anything from this company or anywhere that I think is not reputable ever again. I will be sticking to the places I know are reputable in future. Buyers do be aware and give this company a wide berth. I will be keeping a look out on Trustpilot for more negative reviews on this company because I know with how they treat their customers that there will be many more.

Terrible company supplying terrible goods and make the return process so onerous that you may as well throw the goods in the bin and put the whole sorry episode behind you. How are these people able to keep trading.

DO NOT use this company!!! Absolute scammers! Ordered riding boots before Christmas which were massively delayed and when they arrived they were absolutely appalling material and unwearable. You won’t be able to return them either unless you want to pay to send them back to China. “Olivia” tries to tell you that you agreed to returns in China, I don’t think so!! I shall be reporting to trading standards.

Avoid. Misleading policies and unacceptable quality.
The product I received was nothing like the website photos. Fabric, fit, and overall quality were shockingly bad.
Their return policy is not transparent. The website lists a European return address, but when you actually ask to return an item, they suddenly claim it must be shipped to China. This change only happens after purchase.
Customer service pretends not to understand the issue and repeatedly pushes discounts and store credit instead of honouring their own policy.
This is not how a legitimate business operates. If you value your time and money, shop elsewhere.

Just received my £50 boots. I wouldn’t pay £5 for them, cheap rubbish! Reading through the reviews it seems pointless trying to get your money back. Absolutely disgusting company. I really wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering.

Awful company, really cheap nasty bad fitting jacket from China. You have to return at your own cost to China! Don’t be fooled by glossy marketing. Total waste of money.

Ordered riding boots which are a cheap make up of the pictures advertised. Sizing is really small with a normal uk shoe size of 6 yet the 41 are way too small. Was offered 100% voucher to re order, or I had to pay the whole cost of return shipping to China!!

Avoid do not order . Ordered some boots , took ages to come when they arrived they were cheap plastic boots not the leather waterproof ones I thought I ordered. Tried to contact the company to request a refund but none of my emails would go through, always came up saying mail cannot be sent .
RIP off company selling fake products also seen these same boots & same pics on multiple websites so beware

This companies trading view is of a good quality UK brand .. it’s not !!! Be warned !!!!!

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.
The boots I purchased were advertised as leather, with a thick sole.
What I received is certainly not leather and the sole is a plastic mould. The zip is poorly stitched in both boots, so I think it’s only a matter of time before the zips break.
Awful cheap, knock off product that doesn’t resemble the advertised photo.

If only i had checked out reviews before hand I would now not be trying to warn others.

Delayed delivery and Poor quality goods arrived.

Prior to ordering I confirmed that the companies website showed that the company is registered in the Netherlands.

It now appears that goods are shipped from China and then need to be returned to China.
The website does not state that shipping is to/from China.

The return address on my parcel is an UK address.

The company insist returns are sent to China.

I am hesitant about losing even more money as some other reviews state they are never delivered and remain uncollected. So extra postage paid and no refund.

Absolute scum of the earth. They sell 'leather' boots that are cheap, plastic rubbish then when you complain they tell you they've sold you PU leather so they have accurately described their products. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

Not even worth the effort of typing out how mad these lot are just save yourself the hassle and don’t order from them.

The only way this company could improve would be to be stopped from trading.
They do not deserve even one star. Their goods are fake rubbish and they stall on returns and do not give money back. Avoid and tell others to do the same

Following my previous review, I received the boots albeit a week later than expected . I have to say the quality was better than I expected having read the reviews, however, the size was wrong. I contacted Montford co and was offered the opportunity of replacements or another product to the value, shipped free of charge. Was told to keep the original purchase.
New purchase was duly ordered and is now in transit. Overall experience has been fairly good.

It’s a shame I have to give them 1 star. I just wish I had read reviews before purchasing from these scammers. Ordered 2 tops. One red. 1 black. I went on the sizing on site and ordered large. I am a 12. When they arrived neither fit. One larger than the other. Poor fabric. They offered me a credit note but I refused as not willing to purchase more crap. Said I had to return to CHINA. £23.50 postage. I refused and sent back to address on parcel in London. Said because I didn’t return to correct place I would get no refund. Went through PayPal. They went in their favour so £50 down the drain. Do not buy from this company!!!!!! I don’t know how they are allowed to trade.

This company is Chinese based that sells low quality crap for high prices. I bought a pair of "waterproof " trainers for £46. I later found Amazon selling g identical for £14. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they intervened on my behalf issuing me a refund. Avoid this company. Wish I had read the reviews on this site before purchasing.
