Great Customer Support
I needed technical help after normal business hours to make some changes in my domain settings. Took advantage of Moniker's chat function and their Representative did an excellent job to walk a novice through the steps. This was best in class service!

Very unreliable company - no support available
I have had a range of domains registered by this company for many years, and have continually received emails regarding upcoming renewals. In general, I have had all domains set to auto-renew, which was reflected in the renewal notifications. However, a range of domains I've had through many years, were not renewed as notified, and no warning of deletion was received. Suddenly, I just saw that the domains were gone from my registrations. I tried to reach their support - to no avail. I am now going to move all my remaining domains to a more reliable provider, and will NEVER use this company again!

The best registrar for domain portfolio…
The best registrar for domain portfolio holders. I have used them for years. I was unhappy a while back after its acquisition and moved my portfolio to a registrar in the Cayman Islands, but then they were acquired too, and the big daddy of registrars doubled the pricing and made it less domineer-friendly. In the meantime Moniker got its act together. They made their pricing more competitive too. So I moved my portfolio back, and am quite happy with their service.

Very Pricey - GO ELSEWHERE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very expensive. Actually looking to take my few domains elsewhere. They need Elon Musk to help cut costs and reduce price to domainers. I cannot emphasis enough - ridiculously high high prices. Also, they will no longer auto-renews cause I don't want 2 step verification; so it is cumbersome to keep logging in to keep checking on domains to renew. It is as if they want you to miss renewals so they can sneak themselves your domains. Awful. Your reply DOES NOT address the AUTO RENEWAL process. WHAT DOES 2F HAVE TO DO WITH AUTO=RENEWAL?

Moniker has ZERO live support if you have urgent matter
I have an open ticket #3050746 awaiting urgent support When you call the number on their website (844)760-0251 it says phone support is not available and states to use their live chat on the website. When you go to the live support chat on the website, it gives you a form to fill out and no live support. When you complete the form, it says a member will be in contact with you soon.
Moniker, I expect better support than this from a long time customer.

Does the job well

We have not received any response for the past four days.
We are still waiting to get in touch with them. No one has responded through any channel—no phone, no email, and no chat support. This lack of communication puts us at risk of losing more clients as our domain remains on hold and is currently down
