Answer: Not that I can recall. (but I'm 88 so maybe.)

I've been a customer for about 20 years but the AI bot was ZERO help for a simple problem. Why can't I talk to a real human?

Till now i have only positive experience. Problem was fast solved.

We have never had a problem with Moniker until recently. We have tried to renew our domain several times and get error messages. I have tried to contact their customer support and have gotten nowhere. Our domain expires on June 22nd, and I guess since we can't renew online, we have no more website! Moniker does not offer phone support, and I finally heard from them via e-mail. They said the problem is with our bank, not with them. But we've never ever had a problem before. I just tried to renew through PayPal, and a message popped up saying it can't process it. Geez.

I cant log in to my account and since yesterday iv been trying to contact you to fix the problem. I did the Yoti verification more than 8 hours ago... no one contacted me and still i cant log in!!!!

These guys are always great. I think Moniker has been my go to place for web domains for over 7 years, maybe even 10 years. I am SO So so glad that I found them when I did years ago. They are still AWESOME. Tech-support is at a level much much higher than average. And they still have reasonable prices. What a great combination.

Only one thing I can say. The tech support knows what they're doing.

Dear Moniker Abuse Team, why provide an abuse email address if you won’t assist?

I’ve submitted a copyright infringement complaint to your abuse email address, as listed for reporting issues with domains you register, regarding unauthorized use of my copyrighted content on a domain under your management. Your response was that it’s beyond your control as a registrar, leaving me without help. If Moniker won’t act on complaints sent to your abuse email, why do you provide it and ask people to use it? Is this just a formality to cover yourselves under ICANN or other obligations, rather than a genuine avenue for resolving issues like mine?

Please explain your process clearly—why have an abuse email if it doesn’t lead to action? I’d also like to know what Moniker can do when hosting providers and website owners ignore valid infringement reports, as I’m stuck despite following your reporting steps.

I've had Moniker for well over 2 years and they are consistent with their fantastic support. Every single time I've had to contact them, they were able to resolve my issues on the same call or chat. Additionally, their prices are very fair for domains whereas they don't try to reel you in with a really low price for the first year. They just give you the best deal that includes the domain, services, and support all in one package without nickeling-and-diming anyone.

Our organization has been with Moniker for 20 years and their service record is perfect. We have maintained an average of 100 domains with Moniker. Their fees have always been excellent. There have been no problems with their systems and support has always been very good.
