Qeeboo Rabbit Chairs and Tree Table delivered sooner than expected, had a few questions which were almost immediately answered by the kind customer service of Mohd. 5 Stars for sure!

Ich habe vor über 3 Monaten französische Tolix Schränke im Wert von knapp EUR 3.000,00 bestellt und bezahlt. Der erste Schrank kam, wie auf der website zugesichert nach 6-7 Wochen. Auf den zweiten warte ich seitdem und erhalte bei Nachfragen sehr spezielle Antworten, die mir suggerieren sollen, dass mein Schrank am 19.05.2026 mit einem "Spezialtransporteur" der leider kein Tracking zulässt, verschickt wurde. Von Italien oder Frankreich nach Hamburg mehr als 10 Tage; nicht euer Ernst, oder ?(beim ersten Schrank hat der Versand 4 Tage gedauert)
Außerdem hatte ich eine letzte Nachlieferfrist bis zum 29.05.2026 gesetzt. Keine Antwort, nichts. Ich werde jetzt mein Geld zurückfordern und möchte davon abraten, hier zu bestellen.

I oredered a table the 15th of MArch delivery in 2-3 weeks .... today 28th of MAy i'm still waiting the table.
in 75 days nobody from MOHD contacted me to explain the situation.
I' ve asked to cancel the order and have a reinbursment but they seem to have vanished.

I am unfortunately sharing the same experience as many other customers. My order has been subject to a significant delay, with no clear communication on the expected delivery date.
Customer service is practically non-existent. I repeatedly receive the same generic responses, without any concrete information or solution. Despite several attempts to get clarity, no delivery timeline has ever been provided.
I also tried calling, but no one answered.
To make matters worse, I was given a UPS tracking number; however, it appears that the shipping label has not even been created yet, which raises serious concerns about whether the order has actually been dispatched.
At this point, I have no visibility and genuinely do not know whether I will ever receive my order.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Mohd. Although one item in my shipment (a glass lamp shade) arrived damaged due to courier handling, their customer service was outstanding. They immediately arranged for a free replacement and proactively handled all the logistical challenges and customs fees (DDP) to ensure it reached me in without any further hassle. The replacement arrived perfectly packaged, and the lamp looks beautiful. Truly professional and reliable service!

Nonostante un clamoroso errore del corriere (consegnato in un’altra casa con prova fotografica) la sig.ra Silvana di Mohd ha preso subito a cuore il problema e in 4 ore ha risolto. Eccellenti!!!

Ordered an item in Feb 2026. Its May 2026 now and item has not arrived, and they obviously took my money without delivering. Delivery timings are misleading. Customer service will just provide a template response that they're chasing but probably a lie, because on their web page it says ready to deliver. Asked for a refund and they refused.

The products are all good and the service is excellent as well.

I bought the light which made by glass and marble. At beginning I just worry about the delivery. Because it's a long way from Italy to Taiwan.

But they arrived to Taiwan safetly and no-damage.

We have Circa Lamp in our office and it was broken, however, MOHD is very helpful and assist us on this matter, and we received the lower stem with no issues at all, Angelo and Pablo help me lot on the delivery.

Silviana in customer support helped to facilitate a product replacement and made the entire process incredibly easy. Great vendor to source quality pieces.

Gessica helped me all the way through with the follow up of a really troubled package from Italy to Mexico and was very effective in scaling up the problem to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Great communication throughout, which it required given ordering and shipping internationally. Easy transaction. Would definitely purchase from again.

Commande d’une suspension qui par deux fois est arrivée brisée , mettant en cause le transporteur et non MOHD.
Le service apres vente de chez MOHD est impeccable, contact facile, réponse immédiate, avec toujours le soucis de trouver une solution pour le client.
Bref une société tres sérieuse que je recommande vivement.

I ordered an all-glass end table from MOHD and had a great experience from start to finish. I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this item, living in the USA and having it shipped from Italy. Packaging and shipping couldn’t have been better. It arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. I had some questions along the way and Alberto, Gessica, and Silviana were most helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and excellent communicators, giving me outstanding support - certainly a pleasure to deal with. The experience of purchasing and receiving a piece of furniture from MOHD was outstanding! I highly recommend them!

In questa azienda puoi trovare il meglio dell'arredamento contemporaneo, moderno ma esclusivo. Non c'è designer -anche di alta gamma- che non sia disponibile, non c'è prodotto che non si possa trovare: dai mobili ai complementi, dagli accessori ai tendaggi, dall'arredamento per l'outdoor ai rivestimenti per pareti, dalle cucine ultra funzionali alle camere dei ragazzi attrezzate su misura delle esigenze espresse.
