In questa azienda puoi trovare il meglio dell'arredamento contemporaneo, moderno ma esclusivo. Non c'è designer -anche di alta gamma- che non sia disponibile, non c'è prodotto che non si possa trovare: dai mobili ai complementi, dagli accessori ai tendaggi, dall'arredamento per l'outdoor ai rivestimenti per pareti, dalle cucine ultra funzionali alle camere dei ragazzi attrezzate su misura delle esigenze espresse. Ci siamo rivolti a questa azienda già nel lontano 2005 e siamo ritornati nel 2018 soddisfatti della prima esperienza. Servizio di progettazione offerto dall'Arch. Pagano eccellente ed all'insegna della massima disponibilità, capacità di ascolto, dell'ottima conoscenza del prodotto. Ottimo il servizio clienti rappresentato dalla dottoressa Francesca Mollura in grado di soddisfare le esigenze organizzative, di pianificare e coordinare il servizio di consegna e montaggio; grande cura del cliente anche per la risoluzione degli aspetti amministrativi.

J'ai passé commande pour un objet déco debut Fevrier. Ne voyant rien venir mais surtout n'ayant pas de nouvelles de la part de Mohd, j'ai ecris un mail en Avril! En reponse j'apprends que le produit n'est plus disponible. L'entreprise m'en propose un qui etait en expo, et consent à me le vendre avec une remise supplémentaire. Livraison reçue tres rapidement et produit conforme à mon choix initial sans aucun default!

I purchased a Kartell mirror from MOHD. It arrived damaged. After a few email exchanges they decided a full refund was appropriate. This is rare and shows they stand behind their sales. Kartell, is NOT easy to deal with and candidly a MESS, outside of quality, unique products. This is from a lot of experience with them. MOHD, no doubt ate this while Kartell was at fault. Kartell should learn from their e-tailors moral compass. Will do business with MOHD again.

Tutto bene tranne la tempistica. Capisco che probabilmente non è colpa diretta della società ma il cliente dovrebbe sapere al momento dell’ordine che, se il materiale non è a magazzino, i tempi di consegna possono essere molto lunghi. Io ho ordinato una creuset a metà marzo e ho ricevuto il materiale oggi 6 maggio. Nessuna mail per informarmi dello spostamento della data di consegna tranne che se entri nel sito vedi che la data di arrivo della merce nel loro magazzino viene aggiornata senza alcuna informazione diretta a te. Nota positiva è la gentilezza e professionalità della sig.ra Marilena che, una volta contattata, successivamente è molto disponibile nell’informarti con mail. Direi che tale azione dovrebbe essere fatta anticipatamente per aggiornare e rassicurare il cliente.

We ordered a Louis Poulsen lamp on January 29 because it's one of the few Italian stores that had the model we liked. Not only did it never arrive (today is May 4) but we have no delivery date or any other communication from MOHD on how long it will be delayed. Today is May 4 and since I emailed them 1 week ago again asking about our lamp without an answer, I have to leave this review.

If they don't take any action within a week, I will have to report them with AGCM and European Consumer Centre for basically stealing our money and get a refund via my bank.

Very frustrating.

I was hesitant at first but soon reassured by very professional interactions with staff who addressed my queries regarding product cost and availability very carefully. The three items I ordered were delivered ahead of schedule in perfect condition by FedEX at a better price than alternative sources for those products in Australia. I particularly like the regular updates via email and the online system to track the progress of stock arrivals and then dispatch. Will definitely use again.

Un petit souci d'oubli de joints sur des lunimaires Nemo Crown.
Un mail au service commercial et un traitement ultra rapide de ma demande.
Les joints sont arrivés sous quelques jours.

I ordered lamps from MOHD for international shipping to USA, and initially they sent the wrong color of the lamp. But the customer support team was extremely helpful, Felice was able to help me process the returns and exchange for the correct color lamp. I really appreciate it.

Ich habe zwei Hochbetten für meine Kinder von der Marke Flexa Freja gekauft. Nach kurzer Zeit war die Schublade defekt so das man es nicht mehr richtig öffnen konnte.
Nach Wochenlangem e mail verkehr habe ich hier auf dieser Plattform eine Negative Bewertung geschrieben. Danach ging es schneller und mir wurde ein Scharnier gesendet damit ich diesen Defekt beheben konnte.
Nun ist die andere Schubladenseite defekt ( für mich ganz klar ein Produktionsmangel) Bei solchen hohen Preisen. Zumal die Schubladen nicht täglich geöffnet werden da beide Kinder einen Kleiderschrank besitzen.

Der Fall ist Bekannt, da ich schon letztes Jahr diesbezüglich reklamiert hatte. Trotzdem werde ich hingehalten. Zuerst konnte man sich das nicht Vorstellen und hat ein Foto verlangt. Dies hat wohl auch nicht ausgereicht so das ich noch ein Video nachreichen musste.
(wohl bemerkt das dieser Defekt schon einmal behoben wurde)

Nun lässt man mich wieder warten mit Standart Antworten.

Ich empfehle keinen Einkauf hier zu machen. Ich habe per e mail gefragt ob ich wieder eine Negativ Bewertung schreiben muss das mir das Ersatzteil geschickt werden kann!

MOHD has a wonderfully wide and creative selection of products. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. In their two showrooms in Milano they have a wide selection of upholstery samples from a range of different brands, which has been very helpful for us. We experienced some delays in communication and delivery, but we're quite happy with the purchased items.

Ich habe vor über 2 Monaten eine Bestellung im Wert von 2100,- € (Regal von TipToe) getätigt. Bis heute habe ich das Regal nicht erhalten und der Kundenservice reagiert nur sporadisch und vertröstet. Nun habe ich mein Geld zurück gefordert und auch hierzu keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Update: Zwischenzeitlich habe ich mein Geld wieder erhalten. Leider keine Ware

I had a problem with a product delivered not in perfect conditions. Anyway the reaction and response from Oreste were really professionals and quick. They collected the faulty item and sent me a new replacement in the proper time.
Problems can happen, important is how they get solved.

Ho fatto due ordini di lampade di design. La data di consegna comunicata all’acquisto (4-5 settimane) non è stata rispettata in entrambi i casi. Primo ordine arrivato dopo mesi. Il secondo ordine è stato effettuato a metà febbraio e ancora non ricevuto, con nessuna stima della nuova data di consegna. Non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione sul ritardo, mi sarei inoltre aspettata un rimborso o uno sconto a fronte del disservizio.

We had bought Simplehuman Rechargeable Sensor Pump 414 ml, recently had problem of product.
Costumer Service quickly contacted manufacturer and we are receiving a replacement. We have also bought a heavy furniture from them few month ago, received quickly and safely. Happy experience and we recommend this company.

Angelo was very helpful when we were let down by third-party delivery company and he updated proactively.

Item arrived in perfect condition and on-time despite the initial delivery hiccup.

I like that MOHD carries stock UK retailers often don’t, without a surprise import tax/fee headache, and good value for money
