Do not expect to receive your orders in the timeframes they give you. I ordered a bed frame at the beginning of March that said it would ship within 5-6 weeks. It took triple that time to receive it (15 weeks) and when I reached out to customer service about it numerous times, it would take days and days to hear back and they would assure me my order would be shipped in x amount of days and that would never actually end up being the case. I will never order from this place again given their arbitrary shipping timelines and poor customer service.

We ordered Artemide a Tolomeo Mega from them. And looked like arm was too weak for holding the light so we were not sure and I sent questions about it

After person we got Email from Fabio and then got smooth communication.

How Fabio handled was very satisfying.
And his response was fast and also nice too.

I really liked their website that sells all the designers furnishings even before when I ordered. But I realized this time Mohd is rate is bad don’t know why yet.
But I am glad Fabio handled our issue well.

Habe Ende April einen Tisch im wert von über 1000€ bestellt, dieser ist bis heute nicht angekommen und ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet. Nun habe ich mein Geld zurück verlangt und versuche jemanden zu erreichen. Ohne Erfolg. Werder der Tisch ist bei mir noch haben sie mir mein Geld zurückerstattet. Auch lassen sie die schlechten Bewertungen löschen hier auf trustpilot. Auf keinen Fall dort bestellen!

I was helped by Roberta, who was very friendly and professional; she answered all my questions about a Flou bed. In the end, I placed the order and it arrived in perfect condition; the fitters were very professional too. The Flou New Bond in leather with motorised bed bases is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely shop at this store again.

Ordine effettuato con il black friday (un tavolo e 4 sedie per circa 2000 euro) mi dava tutto disponibile in 3/4 settimane mi è arrivata una prima trance di merce (dopo innumerevoli solleciti) a febbraio. La sedia che mancava mi è arrivata a fine marzo e per di più sbagliata. Ho dovuto attendere il ritiro e la riconsegna del prodotto corretto. Alla fine siamo arrivati a maggio inoltrato ( dopo 6 mesi dal pagamento). Neanche un rimborso o qualche forma di ricompensa per il disagio arrecatomi. Di certo non mi sento di consigliarlo a nessuno, mi dispiace.

The customer service (Fabio) really went the extra mile for me. I received a damaged lamp but didn't "complain" quick enough as I was moving and wasn't able to unpack as I would have needed to do. Fabio really helped me and despite missing the proper timeline he was able to help. Greatly appreciated!

The customer service I received from MOHD, particularly from Silviana, was exceptional from start to finish. I received a lamp that stopped working after only a couple of months, and MOHD was outstanding in resolving the issue quickly and professionally.

Living in Australia, I was genuinely impressed by the level of support I received - better than what I've experienced from some local retailers. The communication, care, and commitment to finding a solution were faultless.

I was a big fan of MOHD: amazing selection, good pricing and a responsive customer service. Sadly, the quality of customer service has been deteriorating over the last several months. It has become difficult to get a response besides “holding emails” (we are busy but we’ll get back to you) or generic replies. I am a regular client but I hesitate to place further orders while communication is poor. In addition, I am not sure the website reflects true stock availability. I hope things improve.

I purchased an in-stock item this time, and the shipping was incredibly fast. This was a much better experience than my previous order.
