Send me Wrong Parts. While it was on VIN No.
No Customer service. No one answer the calls. Just wasting of time.

I put in my registration number and I received the wrong battery that they recommended. I tried to contact but it's almost impossible. I contacted with my order number and the website says it doesn't recognise the order number. Very frustrating. Obviously sending it back to France isn't viable due to the weight of the battery.

They are seling parts that are made in china.....
I give an example....Vaico hydro bushing...on their site in picturds says Vaico ( german company)then you get it with a tag that says .made in china.....
To tell you the truth.....i will pay more attention.....on producers.....
Wich one im happy and wich one i will avoid....

My advice...Do not buy made in china parts.....
And Mister Auto....stop selling china parts...Try to sell European ones....more expe sive....no prob i understand .....but better quality....
I will not sit under my E53 hours to fit chinese parts....and then in 3 moths i need to work and pay again for same ones made better.....or even go to OM.....

I ordered a battery that was advertised to fit my car however the terminals are too high meaning the positive wont reach. I've looked to return the part and cannot get through to an agent. No online service available. I rang the number (Which I had to search hard for) and the call dropped about 10 times and went silent another 7 or 8 times. Service is very poor. Get your act together Mister Auto and start fresh as this isn't good enough.

Only 2 of my 3 items are correct after arriving 7 days late. Can’t even login via app or website as it says my credentials are wrong, reset my password multiple times and no change.

Charge back and complaint to the competition & consumer protection commission incoming.

Second and last time I bought anything in this store.
There isn't any chance of getting aftersales support.
My parcel is hold in DPD france because they don't filled the eir code.
I reached DPD only to know they are bound to the seller and only them can amend the package.
On the hundreds of calls, more than half the call ended before one ring and the rest on automessage.

Terrible customer service. The part that was supposed to fit my car does not. I can’t return it online so tried calling them. 11 phone calls over a 2 hour period. I got through to hold music 3 times and the call dropped each time after 20 mins. The other 8 calls we’re immediately rejected.
So I am stuck with a part that Mr.Auto stated fits my car and I can’t return it for a refund. If I could give them ZERO STARS I Would. Do not buy anything from these cowboys!

If u can't do the job or answer the phone why tell people u can ill be putting this up on Facebook and other platforms to say not buy from u . Don't bother replying to my massage mister auto with ur excuses I don't care . Ps. Anyone reading this try autodoc.de in Germany far better auto parts company and fast delivery using them for 6 months now no complaints everything was correct in boxes.

Absolutely shocking service I've rang three times beennon hold a total of ninty minutes nothing. When u select the option u want they say sorry didn't under stand and make you select again. This number listed for dublin 018420000 cuts out after 30 sec. 35314361000 doesn't even ring and if you remove the 353 assuming it's a dublin land line it's the number for Google. Id get better customer service as an irish cathloic in the British empire.

Its a scam website, ordered parts 4 weeks ago parts never arrived, help line not answer. AVOID!!!!!!!

Still cannot reach customer care. Parts arrived nearly a week after what was stated.
Also wrong parts came.
The customer phone line is just an automated recording that fobs you off and doesn’t provide any service what’s so ever. Will never use again!!

I have just ordered driver side mirror but now thinking that could be a left hand mirror your sending I need right hand mirror picked driver side which in ireland is right hand side but in France it's left just want to makecsure I'm receiving the correct part

I will not be dealing with mr. Auto again
It's a pity because their prices are good
But as they deal mainly with European car which are LEFT hand drive the parts may not fit irish cars
When you return the part and it's accepted they don't always return your money Customerservice is useless and sometimes rude

I ordered a car battery in Switzerland from Mister-Auto. It was actually delivered to a depot about 10 miles away from home and I wasn’t informed but the Swiss DPD delivery company do not deliver batteries. I later found out that my battery had been sent back to France via Chronopost that are equally unreliable. Customer Service told me not to worry, they would send another. It’s been 10 days… and my car without a battery. I just received an email from Mister-Auto France saying they would refund ! It would have been much cheaper buying a battery from an expensive garage. These people are dangerous.

I have dealt with mister auto for over 10 years now had some issues over that time but all resolved to my satisfaction. Have cheap parts and have quality parts which are more expensive of course have found that once package leaves France is not trackable until it is in Ireland out for delivery , have had some issues with DPD not delivering and saying no one home when in fact I was waiting for them ! Have found their customer service very helpful and very approachable! Have dealt with well known Irish website over that time too and also had issues with them which were resolved too . If you need a part in a hurry not the site for you! But bear in mind where they are based ! If you want good value definitely the place for you! But watch the price as it fluctuates maybe daily sometimes and can sometimes get great value !

I was a little reluctant to purchase from this company, based on the reviews I read. However, I did and was very pleased. The use of ".ie" in the web address is annoying as they are obviously not an Irish company, but they are European/EU (no import duty) with excellent prices and a reasonable delivery time (ordered on the 29th April, Delivered on the 7th May - not fast but still good and could have paid for faster but was not in a rush). The website is easy to navigate and you are guided by the make and model of your car. I would definitely use this service again.

Paid for priority shipment (19 April), took a week to even get dispatched (25 April), then I receive an email (26 April) to tell me half the parts from my order will be delayed even further. No reason for the delay, no updated delivery date.

Customer service have no information to be of any use.

Never going to use them again.

Sent product to wrong address - no idea how that happens since I provided Eircode as well. Then Customer Services number just a recorded message that doesn't go anywhere and hangs up on you. Utter bullsh*t organisation, and not worth the hassle. Likely all grey-import copy stuff as well.

Worst service ever. Customer service does not exists. Paid for faster order processing, got refunded in a form of a voucher. Ordered on a 5th of this month, estimated delivery shown as 11th, today is 16th and still don't know where my package is. Will never order again. As an addition to Mr. Auto's reply on 23rd of April 2024, i have never held parcel in my hands as i have never received it. I don't know what you sources are, but this is complete lie. Not only you failed to deliver my order, also you're lying that i have received it and sent it back. If i had my order delivered i would never asked for a refund.

They were selling timing belt + water pump kits from 90-140 eur for Insignia. There was one set they were selling for 224 eur. I have decided to buy the most expensive one for 224 thinking it will be the most quality one. Delivered in time within a week or so and when I opened the box I realised they sent me the one they sell for 96 eur (different manufacturer). I contacted them and sent them pictures, they acknowledged the mistake. However, they didn't want to send me the correct parts before I send them back the wrong one and they receive it. I decided to ask for a refund instead of the parts and I send them the wrong parts, they received it on March 5th saying they will refund me within 14 working days. Of course, they didn't refund me within these period. I had to email them again. Finally, I got my refund today (April 5th), 2 months after the original purchase. Not buying again, ever.
