Order a package of them to which i have waited 2 weeks to be told they made a mistake shipping it and thats why I didnt receive it. I have asked that they do something with the shipping to try get here faster than usual as its not my fault for their mistake to which i was told to cancel and order again using express delivery despite me giving them the 2 weeks which was meant to be the latest delivery date. So just on that basis i asked for refund and i will order somewhere else. I thought id share this here so other people dont make same mistake like i did ordering of this untrustworthy website. Also customer service do not care if business works or not just want to be paid for “customer service” work.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service and warranty process. My battery developed what appeared to be an internal fault, swelling on both sides, which I felt could have become dangerous if it failed while in my car. I submitted a warranty claim and followed all the required steps, but it was rejected due to “improper use,” even though the caps were removed during normal operation and only put back on for safe shipping. I explained this clearly, but the company refused to reconsider. Based on my experience, I felt unsupported as a customer and will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a new car battery and paid for 48 hours delivery too. The battery came after 15 days damaged in bits, with sides smashed and plastic all over inside the box.

They force customers to use their online forms on their website if they have any problems and a helpline phone number, none of them works.

I completed their online form for damaged parts, wasting my time, after few days, nothing happened, no one replied, I did it again, wasted time again.

They don't show off any contact email on their website, luckily I googled it found it and emailed them to ask about the form I completed and they said they can't see the online forms, they are completely useless, why would you force people complete the online forms if you can't even see them?...

They asked me for pictures of the damaged battery and label on the box and after I sent them they replied they can't open the pictures.

Mister-Auto it's a joke, it feels like a bad comedy movie

Even though its a dot IE website its a French site, as a result passenger side parts are driver side in ireland

Delivery was 10 euros for 48 hour delivery. It took 9 days

Before everything was fine,not first year with mister auto,but now,,,,costumer service is terrible,big charges for deliveries AND delivery all the time late(even I pay extra), website often not working (saying page not faund),funny,because not working ,,orders” or ,,refund” , so many times it let me go down that I have to say good bye for mister auto,at least for a while…

I've been ordering items from mister auto for years and I've never had an issue but this time one of the items I received in my order was damaged. I logged on to their website and uploaded the information they asked for. I then got a response the next day asking for a photo of the shipping label but at that stage I had disposed of it, so they have refused to refund me for the item. They should ask for the label to be uploaded when opening a case if it's that important. Luckily it was a low value item, it would put me off buying anything of high value from them in the future if this is how they deal with this situation.

I’ve been a loyal Mister Auto customer, but my last order (Y25697849) arrived damaged and leaking oil. The driver left it at my door without knocking, and I found the box soaked and unusable. Despite clear photo evidence, Mister Auto refused a refund, blaming packaging and the carrier. Very disappointing — this experience has destroyed my trust in them.

Well what can I say. Have been ordering off Mister Auto for years and never had any problems. Everything I've ordered has been a perfect fit for my car. No issues. Customer service was excellent and a great help when I ordered the wrong part and they cancelled it and I ordered the right one. I will continue to use these for years to come. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

Was sent the wrong piece. Sent it back immediately. That was 3 weeks ago and still no sign of my refund. Contacted customer service numerous times keep being told it'll be done straight away. Would never recommend. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Fast delivery - Ordered a battery on a Thursday and arrived to me the following Tuesday. I got a good make battery which was €70 cheaper than the next best price I could find for the same one. Will buy from them again

Wrong parts listed for a vehicle.
Dispatch times are too long for parts "in stock".
Delivery times are too long after the already too long dispatch.

Previously had some issues, but decided to give the company another go. Main appeal is the app which has slightly lower prices v web, and you get free postage 49 euro or over, which can be useful compared to some other company which is good, but has a min order of 150 euro for free post.
Ordered oil on Monday, dispatched Friday and 4 working days to get to me, packaged well without issues.

Minor point is the oil finder has some compatible oils which are not shown on the filter, not too many but it needs updating a bit. Prices are far and away better then Micks garage, you can pay a bit more for quicker dispatch, in this instance I didn't need the oil quickly. I'm happy this time, and will use them again, seems they have upped their game!

The best customer service ever seen. I have called them twice and was very impressed about their kindness and way to talk to a customer. The women we spoke had patience to explain all the questions we have asked and never interrupted us.

This is very bad company I believe they are fraudulent, I bought a piece and they said it was delivered, they sent me a photo without a record of the delivery and they want to convince me that they delivered it... in the email they trick people. run away from buying something on their website, they will rob you.

Mister auto was much better couple years ago. The part came damaged, contacted support on website support page, answer came late and asked to send pictures of the damaged part, I sent, and nothing from them for a week, again contacted same questions and same so on, took me month to get a replacemnt part. Supprt is very bad, they need to improve on communication with customers

worst of the worst! pure scam shop so avoid at all costs!! wish i would check there feedback before purchase... One of the parts arrived damage, seller goes into the bushes - no reply anywhere whatsoever, phone line constantly on auto voice answer. Thank GOD i paid by PayPal and got my funds back after nearly 2 weeks time. Never AGAIN !!

Scammers i did my order with them for almost 3/4 weeks I can’t even track the order until today still nothing

Mister Auto sent me the wrong item. When I called, I was told this is a common problem with orders. I was told the return would be arranged. I contacted Mister Auto a number of times and they gave a similar response each time. I finally received an email stating that Mister Auto would not correct their error as too much time had passed for me for me to "return my order". I did not want to return my order as I ordered the correct product. I wished for them to correct their error and send me what I paid for. Do not use this website. They are not professional and based on what Mister Auto call handlers state, they are penalising customers for their repeated errors.

Responding to the message below: Mister Auto sent me a right-sided item instead of the left-sided item I ordered. Mister Auto sent the wrong item yet still refused to correct your error.
