Mis-selling
When I ordered the item the delivery date was said to be 30th April. UPS may deliver it by 5th May. No way would I have bought it from you had I realised you mislead your customers. Also your Website win parts.ie gives the impression you are located in Ireland. I will make that clear to people on social media that you are located in the Netherlands.

We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, however, these dates are an indication and not a guaranteed arrival date. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are fully dependent on external suppliers and transport partners like UPS. Factors in the global logistics chain can sometimes cause unforeseen delays beyond our control.

I see that UPS tried to deliver your order but that there was no one there to receive it. You can create a new delivery appointment via the Track & Trace that we sent you.

Ordered the wrong part, with the wrong email. Silly me! Was still able to get a refund within 5 minutes of talking to the support. Jens was very helpful and efficient in resolving my issue. Great service.
