Please do not buy from them when there are so many other options from buyers to purchase their item. I purchased two items during Black Friday sale on December 6th, 2017. They sent me the UPS tracking code and everything but something was off. I did not receive my package at my door. I believe someone stole the package from me. I emailed them to tell them that my package was stolen so they sent me another one. The second package ALMOST came to my place except the UPS broke the products inside it. I emailed them to explain to them about my situation for the second time yet they are ALWAYS slow. They take their time sending me their emails when it should be quick. If you have a problem about your products or package, it is hard to resolve the solution in a few days. My experience started from December 6th till this day January. I am still having issues with them since they charged me $50 for the products that i HAVE NOT RECEIVED AT ALL. They charged the money to my credit card and contacted my bank to indicate that I received the package. Even though the package has not arrived to me, my bank showed me that the piece of paper that indicated that the product was sent to me. In the statement, my bank stated "We received information or documentation to support that the merchandise was available, or shipped to the agreed upon location." Even though the package was close to my location, UPS sent back the broken products and made me make a claim for it. My point is the product is not in my hands yet they charged me TWICE for it now. This is a frustrating and time consuming process when they also confirmed a claim with FEDEX for the compensation. Everything is documented in my emails.

If you decide to order from their website, DON'T expect that the customer service will reply to anything. What is the point of having customer service email provided but you can't even respond to your customer?? Made an order on their website, two weeks later got no shipping information so I emailed them and got no reply. Then few days later e-mailed them again. No reply. The third time, I left a message on the website also sent an email to the official email address instead of the one they offered in my order confirmation. Now the second day, I finally got my shipping info. Totally unpleasant experience, still no reply from any of the emails. At one time, I thought I was a scam. Missha is a big company and I expected more from them. This is just unacceptable. And I would NEVER EVER buy from them again.

I heard great things about Missha both in the U.S and in Korea so I didn't hesitate to purchase, especially with their recent Frida Kahlo designs. But it was a terrible mistake. First of all, I had to reach out and notify them that my order went to a completely irrelevant address (I live in CA, the shipment somehow went to NJ). They asked me if I wanted it reshipped or a refund. I was still excited and wanted to try their product so I ask them to reship my package. Again, I wait 2 weeks and realize they had sent my package but I still never received it! When reaching out this time, they asked me to file a case with USPS in order to bring it up with them. I understand people can lie but this is my first time and if I was lying, why would i ask for a reshipment in the first place?! USPS customer service is very unresponsive and you can only contact by phone (not to mention their terrible hold music). I am so disappointed since so many vendors (i.e. Sephora) have much better response and conduct. I recommend you order from another reliable source such as Memebox and avoid all of this trouble.

This is one great company. Missha's product is a godsend for me. I love all their products and I must say I love their customer servce too.

I'll tell you some reasons for giving it a perfect score:
1. Products are authentic made from Korea.
2. Website is easy to navigate.
3. Fast shipping (even with standard and not expedited)
4. Free gifts!
5. Loyalty award for customers who at least buy $100 worth annually. Giving them VIP status (which in most websites you subscribe).
6. VIP status benefiting 30% discount on all products and free shipping.
7. Customer representative is very honest and helpful.

I'll go to #7. My first time ordering to Missha, there was a glitch/error and had received 1 less item than intended. Nevertheless, I wasn't complaining since I only paid for what was received. Although, I did ask customer service if something probably went wrong during the checkout, they were really helpful and fast response. This really made me love the company more. :)
