I purchase the grandstorm retractable vacuum cleaner which combined with installation ran over $800. The hose broke after 3 uses. The support team insists that the hose will break if you are not holding the hose while you vacuum. Who holds the hose while they vacuum and would they not design with more heavy duty material.

The best they could do was send me a video and tell me to hold the hose. I plan on removing this incredibly poorly made unit and I have a sign on it that says marked for destruction.

I posted this review for anyone considering buying from Giraffetools.com or certainly this unit. It is poorly made and the company does not stand behind their poorly made product.

I loved the Grandfalls concept and the unit worked well WHILE IT LASTED. Unfortunately, the motor failed very shortly after the 2 yr warranty expired. I asked Giraffe whether replacement parts or a replacement motor were available, but the support provided was disappointing. For a premium wall-mounted pressure washer, I expected either longer durability or reasonable access to repair parts. Buyers should factor long-term serviceability into their decision.

We had fast answers from customer service. They have been incredible to understand and solve our problem. I definitely recommand this company.

We've been using Giraffe retractable hose reel products for over 5 years and wish we started earlier. We have 5 installed throughout our properties and all are still in use without any issues. They make gardening, lawn care, pressure washing, car washing and house washing so much easier. The hose is so much more manageable and no more clumsy hassles coiling the hose. It makes projects so much easier. Several of them are used daily. It's quality built and durable. The housing swings freely to optimize dispensing and retracting the hose. Great product all around. I had one problem, one time and the support was exceptional with a replacement part shipped next day for easy replacement. Couldn't ask for a better experience or company.

Wonderful communication, excellent response and service

I had purchased the wrong size hose reel. Giraffetools customer service was quick and they were able to send me a label to return the unit so I could place an order for the correct size... very pleased all the way around!

Edited 3-star review: The customer service team responded several times asking for more photos, videos, information etc. Each time someone new reached out, it was a different response/offer. The first person offered a replacement unit, the second person offered a $50 refund, and a third person offered a full refund. We were getting very confused with the support process and didn't know what was happening, but it's all resolved and we now have a unit which is working fine.

Original 1-star Review: Order arrived and wasn’t usable. The wall mounted pressure washer is housed in a cheap plastic case which was slightly cracked along one edge. We didn’t mind too much, so plugged it all in and the first time we turned it on it just leaked everywhere, water pouring out of the base of the unit and no pressure in the hose. There’s no way to open the unit to see what’s inside, it’s completely sealed all around, so it’s just a huge waste of time and money. Waiting on a response from customer service to see if there’s a fix, but not feeling very hopeful. I’ll update the review if they can help us to get it working.

Received my new pressure washer and hadn’t used it yet and was unlucky to have a shed fire that burnt it before I got to use it. Giraffe tools have sent me a brand new one out of the goodness of their heart. Very appreciative, great customer service

Customer service is amazing

I recently had my pressure washer Pro replaced due to the unit loosing pressure. The response I received from product support was amazing. A replacement unit was sent to me free of charge. The new unit is greatly improved with slightly higher pressure, quiet running and a smooth stop when trigger is released. One component all pressure washers have is an Unloading valve and GT are now installing a greatly improved version in their units. I've purchased GT products since 2022 and must say their retract system is best in class, whether it's a garden hose reel, air hose reel or pressure washer, their design works well every time. I use the pressure washer a lot and I really like the 100 ft pressure hose, compact design and wall mounted. No other supplier comes close to this compact design. Combine those features with excellent customer service, and you end up with happy customers. I highly recommend Giraffe Tools equipment.

I really like the products. I had a little issue with my pressure cleaner and it was sorted straight away. Very happy with the after sales team.

I would like to give Giraffe Tools another 5-star review after receiving the replacement pressure washer today.
My original unit had developed a problem after the 2-year warranty period had expired. Giraffe Tools could have simply referred me to their warranty policy, but instead, they chose to make an exception and send me a replacement unit as a goodwill gesture.
The new pressure washer arrived today, and I really appreciate how quickly and smoothly everything was handled. From my initial contact with their support team to the replacement being shipped, the communication was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
This experience has made a very strong impression on me. Good products are important, but excellent after-sales service and a company that is willing to take care of its customers are even more valuable.
Thank you to the entire Giraffe Tools team for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it and would be happy to recommend Giraffe Tools to others.

received the garden hose reel that I hoped will replace my broken one that I had for 15 years. Upon opening the package I realized that the quality of the hose and housing is terrible and that this product is not going to last one Summer. I contacted the company via email inquiring about the return/refund process. There is no live person to speak with (only AI), left message via phone, of course no call back.
their promises claiming easy return are not true. If you really want this product buy it somewhere else so you can return it without hassle if you're not happy.

If you like the convenience of having a product at you fingertips when needed & you enjoy keeping your property and visually clean while doing so look no further than these amazing hose reals. I’ve setup quick connects on my nozzle attachment, power washers, sprinklers, etc and it just make using this giraffe tool hose reel that much more enjoyable. If you pride yourself in your property this is a phenomenal all in one package you won’t regret & if necessary customer service is world class and stands behind the product as well!!!

Very prompt and courteous transaction to get my hose replaced. Sent them pictures of what was happening to our hose and they replaced it. Very quick turn around. Would reccomend this company to anyone.
