I bought the pressure washer. Went through two machines in a few years. One was leaking internally and made it useless and the other one started smoking and then shut down permanently. Customer Service did nothing about that. Told me they would offer me a small discount for the next machine. Why buy another machine if two broke down in a few years?

I sent an email on a Sunday and didn't expect a reply for about a week. These guys were in my inbox the next morning and had everything resolved in 24 hours. that service is hard to come by in America. I only wish my company was as responsive as that. And for the record, the pressure washer is one of the best investments I've made for my yard. God bless Giraffe tools!

Great support. They stand by their product!

I contacted customer service about an issue with my hose reel. They contacted me back in less than 24 hours. I was asked to submit my contact information along with a picture/video. After reviewing my video, they decided to replace my hose reel; also, I didn’t have to worry about the hassle of returning it. I would recommend GiraffeTools because of their great products and customer service.

Excellent response to my defective hose issue. Replaced the washer under warranty.promptly and without argument. Great people to deal with.

I have been using my G20 pressure washer for over two years now and it has never skipped a beat. It works perfectly for cleaning my vehicles and saves so much time being hung, ready to go compared to my old Karcher.

I tried returning the product after it leaked on arrival and the company made it very difficult for me to return. Ultimately they just shipped a new one even though I didn't want the product anymore given the poor quality.

The reel itself is fine. The quality of the hose and nozzle is poor. The hose cannot be replaced so you’re stuck with a hose that kinks repeatedly. They should offer a premium option with a worthy hose and nozzle.

I had my G20 for just one season when the O-Ring from the motor shut-off micro switch blew out - because the plastic nipple was cross-threaded when the unit was built. After taking pictures and emailing customer support, I did not hear back and started searching the internet for help; all I could find were negative reviews.
Thinking I was wasting my time, I followed the website suggestions @ giraffetools support. Within 24 hours they had reviewed my support ticket, responded via email and agreed to replace the unit.
I think others do not give them enough time to respond. I found the support first class and a special thanks to Chassy for all the help

Customer service was excellent. Response was prompt and very helpful.
The product looks to be of good quality and doesn't leak. I like how the hose connects in the middle and doesn't stick out like so many other reels. It allows the hose to wind consistently without a bump on one side.
I don't know how another reviewer claimed that the sides of the winder are sharp. This is simply not the case.
My only complaint is with the wall anchor hardware that is provided. I ended up drilling 9/16" holes in my studs until I found a video that said those anchors are only for concrete! For a residential handyman who rarely works with concrete, that simply wasn't obvious and the instructions need to point that out. That cost 1 star on this review. Fortunately I had some 3" lag bolts and washers which allowed me to continue the installation without a trip to the hardware store.

Had an issue with a broken hose and customer service was phenomenal! Sent pics and they warranted it just as they said they would and sent us a new one right out!
