I cannot recommend Minor & Brady highly enough!

From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. I genuinely felt that they cared about me as a customer and wanted to achieve the very best outcome for me, rather than simply seeing me as another sale.

Their communication and follow-up were outstanding. At no point did I ever have to chase them for anything — they were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and making sure everything was progressing as it should. The whole process was completed in just 8 weeks, which was fantastic.

As I live a long distance away from the property I was purchasing, I was initially concerned about how easy the process would be to manage remotely. However, I felt completely secure and confident that everything was in safe hands, and Minor & Brady made the whole experience incredibly straightforward and stress-free.

When I finally popped into the shop to collect the keys, the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. Although I had never actually met Stuart personally, he jumped up and greeted me like an old friend, which really summed up the warm and personable approach of the whole team.

Minor & Brady are a young, professional, enthusiastic and genuinely caring team, and it was a pleasure to have them handle my purchase.

Viewed a property in Attleborough, Norfolk with Josh. Josh was incredibly patient and friendly throughout my viewing, whilst also having a good amount of knowledge about the house and the housing market in general. Although in the end that specific property was not the one for me, I am glad that it was Josh as it makes a big difference having a warm, friendly estate agent. Thanks 😊

Lloyd was incredibly helpful with so much knowledge of the property and the business itself, incredibly patient when it comes to questions and answers them professionally. What a great guy! Definitely recommend Lloyd if you want a viewing of a property or even a friendly chat!

If you want someone to steer you through the purchase of a property Claire Wilson is the person to have in your corner. She always check everything is going ok and checks in each week to make sure. Couldn’t have got through it all without her guiding hand, cheers.

I'm currently looking to move from my current rental and have seen a few properties listed, however, I have pets and despite asking upfront it does not appear that Minors & Brady will respond to a simple and genuine question about a property before taking your details and booking viewings which is concerning as it leads me to believe that they will decide on the answer as to whether they like you or not. My first experience was through Right Move and I was upfront at the start of the phone call with Minors & Brady that I have small pets, they proceeded to take my details for 10 minutes before telling me the landlord does not want pets.

They list properties to let when they don't have access to them for viewings, I assume as current tenants are still in the property. Photos are old photos.

Finding a suitable property is hard enough without information being withheld from potential tenants. I have been in my current rental for 8 years, I work full time and I have always paid my rent on time. I am simply looking to move more central but my experience with Minors & Brady has made it feel more stressful than it should be.

Molly was my Aftersales contact and I cannot fault the service I received.

Every week Molly called me with an update, but most importantly she did all the chasing and just got things pushed to be done. It took a lot of stress out of the moving house process.

I've had other companies provide some shocking customer service recently, so having Molly really did put some faith back that there are people out there who are passionate about their job and provide great customer service.

Dealing with Aysegul was so easy. Very helpful and always keeping me informed of progress. If I had a problem she was very prompt in dealing with it.
