I bought The new Minky 60m 4 armed Rota-lift, after communicating with them to check few things first.

AND MY PREVIOUS 3 ARMED ONE ADDIS WAS ALSO 60M ROTARY DRYER, infact took 70 m line to refill it twice before it broke after 15 years of use

I on their advise, bought one, and yes about the only thing that fitted out of the hole lot, was the pole fitted into my previous rotary dryers hole.

It did not accomadate KING SIZE BEDDING WITHOUT PUTTING PLEATS IN IT, AND Once it ws on the line, the bedding kept getting caugt on my boundary fence,

Trying to put it up was hectic. and infact I have had to get ride of it after its first use, yet is was supose to have been similar specs to my Previous, Addis 3 armed one which itfact I could get more on that than I could on this Minky One

I Ended up giving it to RE-USE SCOTLAND

REALLY, DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGED LAUNDRY

I had a problem with my Vitinni coffee machine and I answered a few questions, sent in a video and 3 days later the machine was replaces.
Un-happy people always complane, happy people don't always come back to say thank you.
But this is me saying thank you, Boyd Leathlean.

Due to the debit card payment I was making being refused for some reason, I stupidly paid by PayPal instead.
The next morning there were two payments for identical amounts pending. One, to Vale Mill via PayPal and another to SP Minky Homecare by debit card.
Minky were asked to cancel the PayPal payment & did so, cancelling my order as well, despite being asked not to do this due to the other payment.
They have had screenshots of the pending debit card payment but refuse to accept that there is one, leaving me with neither the goods or money.
My bank is unable to cancel a pending payment and insist that the merchant must do so.
Customer Service don't appear to understand this.
The outstanding debit, taken from my balance, may either be processed or expire in a week - inconvenient to put it politely!
After many years of buying their excellent cleaning products it is disappointing to have such a poor experience, which will be my last.

I recently bought an item which turned out to be a bit wonky/twisted and unstable, when I contacted customer services for help, they did try to assist but then they fully refunded me very quickly. I know the product wasnt great but customer services was fab. I have since disposed of the item.

Had to contact customer services as an item was broken upon delivery. Customer services told me exactly what they required to process a replacement under warranty, which I provided. This included proof of purchase, photographs of the item, packaging I received the item in and delivery label. Zero issues once I provided this and a replacement was sent out and received within around 3 working days. Really easy process and quick turnaround time. I am a frequent Minky shopper and this is the first time I have ever had to contact them due to a faulty item. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and in fact have done so today.

I am giving this 5 stars because I don't think a company I bought a top-of-the-range ironing board from, Minky, I am a retailer and own the shop when I retired, I took the board home as I owned a retail shop and a Dry cleaners. After unpacking, I found it wouldn't stand up so I contacted Minky and was told that the mechanism was on the wrong side, but would not replace it as I didn't have proof of purchase. I told them it was because I owned the business, and I put it down to taking stock for personal use.But I will see them in court, no mistake.

Do not buy from Minky.
They charge you for returning faulty items. They argue the item is faulty as soon as you contact them. They tell you have to pay extortionate courier fees to collect the item and then possibly not receive a refund.
Terrible company and basically holding my 80 year old parents refund of £60.

Worst ironing board I've purchased and terrible customer service! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!

I purchased the Minky Ergo Plus Ironing Board which has a shelf for steam generator irons and a part at the end of the board for resting the hot iron on while in use. Guess what - it melted!!!

Apart from this being a safety issue, it has now ruined my steam generator iron which was not a cheap purchase and when I approached Minky they didn't seem bothered at all - just hid behind the "oh you purchased this within last 30 days - go back to the retailer" policy who has had to deal with my complaint instead. NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY MORE MINKY PRODUCTS!!

The package was delivered by FedEx and had been opened. The airer was damaged and unusable

Sue was so very helpful sorting our return. Sadly the Minky hot spot ironing board did not hit the spot but Sue's outstanding customer service did!

Had an issue with my dual Air fryer after a year so got an touch. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Replaced the faulty item when this was kne year in to the 2 year warranty. Brilliant company to deal with.

I contacted Vale Mill (Rochdale) Ltd regarding a flaw design with the Minky Double Retractable Washing Line. I’ve bought two over a relatively short period of time and on both the plastic toggles used to provide tension have broken. When I highlighted this issue I was asked to provide pictures and my address which I did. I was subsequently advised that as I didn’t have a receipt that they couldn’t deal with this under warranty. Although this issue appears to be a known fault with this product their customer service advisor said that it only accounted for a very small proportion of sales. I must be unlucky. If you’re considering this product then don’t be surprised when the toggles break, a fact which is readily acknowledged by people who promote the product on their You Tube Channels. If you’re are looking for a disposable clothes line then this is the one to buy. Just keep your receipt and keep your fingers crossed it doesn’t last just over 12 months otherwise it’ll head to the bin as mine has done.

We bought a MINKY clothes maiden late last year. The leg broke off. We had no receipt as it was on a grocery receipt that we don't normally keep. We wrote to MINKY and asked if they could replace this maiden as it was fairly new. They refused as i didn't have a receipt? I told them it was under a year old and their product. They still refused. I asked for a senior customer service to contact me and they have yet to call me. I asked for their CEO and manufacturing managers contact details and they refused. So I went onto the HMRC website and got their annual account details and found the names I needed. It is not acceptable to to refuse a replacement of their own product when it’s fairly new and faulty.

Ordered a few things which came quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the laundry basket had some damage. I emailled and had a quick response. There was a confusion and a bucket came out but they quickly and politely replaced it correctly with no issues. Rob in customer service was fantastic.

The customer service person listened to my complaint regarding a Minky ironing board cover which had a fault,( the stitching around the material of the cover had not been stitched correctly) this was a manufacturing fault.I sent photo of the cover and they promptly sent me a replacement free of charge.
No prob, Great company.

We purchased an ironing board from a third party but on receipt we discovered two plastic “feet” were missing.
We phoned Minky customer services, promptly answered (no music!) and immediately remedied by polite and professional representatives.

Fantastic customer service. Having recently bought a Minky hot spot ironing board, I had lost one of the feet, or ferrule, due to a move. I contacted the Minky customer service to ask about a replacement. Their positive and prompt response was greatly appreciated, even though I had not bought the ironing board directly from them but from a third party seller. They have already sent out a replacement within 2 days of my request. Lovely people, great company.

This people have no clue what they are doing.

Went above and beyond to sort an issue, which was not of their doing but was the fault of the courier who failed to deliver at the correct address. Would definitely order from this company again.

I didn’t receive my order due to the delivery company. The customer service I received was excellent and Rob worked really hard to get me a replacement order.
