i was with mindmover panels for a good few years and in the beginning they were okish? they were not as good as some others and they did not always award points. they would send you survey invites and then you would get halfway through one and then be told you were not suitable and so have wasted your time doing half of it.
they got steadily worse. i would find that if i redeemed points to get vouchers i would have to contact them a number of times to say that i had not received my rewards. but eventually they came.
BUT NOW, recently they have been appaling. First of all i was locked out of my account (i would usually check each day for any new surveys going) , but i suddenly could not log on, was not recognised at all, asked for password reset and they said my email address did not have an account with them.
i emailed countless times and got nowhere.
about 5 months later i thought id try n log on and i suddenly was allowed in. and all went well for a while.
I recently redeemed 40 quids worth of rewards, and they never came.
In the following few days i did loads of surveys as there was loads available to me on the site. but it did seem to me that out of 20 I would usually only get 1 all the way through, therefore a lot of wasted time on my part.
A few days ago, again I was locked out, same thing as before so i raised a ticket with them and I received a reply saying I had 'violated the terms of the site' !!!!!
i wrote back asking how i had done this as i had only ever done surveys they emailed to me and looked on my account on the site and done any available to me. i wanted to know how, when, why I had allegedly violated the terms, and said i wanted the rewards owed to me which totalled in 40 plus 20 which i had just reached.
they wrote back basically stating as i had violated the terms i was banned from the site, FOREVER, and i would not get any rewards from them, as they say i had achieved them by violating the terms n conditions.
All i can say is they are con artists, the site is abysmally run, the surveys are not thought out and totally irrelevant to the majority of the people who will be doing them, which is why you end up being kicked off the survey when you get halfway through it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
valued opinions, i say and surveybods are much. much more reliable.

Terrible company to deal with. First of all it took ages and endless numbers of surveys to get enough points to send them request to give me my £20. I say endless because more than a dozen times my points were not allocated for the surveys I have completed for this unethical company. Finally, when I managed to complete and request, my account was banned because I reached the threshold and I was told I have been filling up a couple of surveys a dozen times. This is a BIG FAT LIE as I only completed surveys from the links from the email once. And the surveys are made in such a way that one cannot complete them more than once. And there is no way a survey will allow you to keep on doing it every time you click the link. If you try to do that, it says you have already completed this survey. This company is very unethical, have very low standards, and their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They do not want to listen to you, and do not want to pay out your hard earned money when you reach the threshold. It is not myself alone, there are several others who have complained the same thing. Very dishonest survey panel. Should be banned to play with panelists who put in a lot of time and resources and do not want to deal with grief and sorrow at the end. I wish I could give them 0 stars but the minimum you can give is 1 star. And now they have the nerve to send me a link to rejoin and start taking surveys again. So that once I reach the threshold and request, they will make another excuse and will ban me again. This company is greedy and dishonest. I would strongly suggest to keep away from them!!!
I have completed many surveys - successfully - in the last few months but my points have remained frozen for ages and ages. No new credits for what I have finished. Customer services just told me to 'keep taking part in surveys'. I will not waste any more time until my account is correct and my efforts recognised. Not much to ask for providing valuable time and even more valuable data and views.
Do not waste time on this panel!! I have been their member for a few years and was quite happy with their panel. However, since June last year they have not awarded me any points for external surveys, although they have all been completed. They keep sending me round robins and automated emails, however have not responded to even one of my numerous emails and messages trying to chase my points. I am very close to redemption level and if my points get credited to my account, I can have a payout, so it is really frustrating. I want to close down my membership but seems a shame to do so when I am so close, so I keep trying to chase. They only seem to be awarding points for their meal tracker surveys, so don't bother completing any other surveys, as they do not award points or respond to emails. Really, really bad!
Still waiting for rewards since July 2019. No response to emails. They obviously are never going to pay me. They need to go out of business and save us all wasted time.
Tells you on emails that you will be rewarded within 5 working days but in reality you are waiting for longer than one month (or even longer in my case). I have stopped doing all the partner surveys they send me as I am already owed 100s of points which they have still not given me despite many many emails - no response? I would avoid at all costs!
Obviously this company are in trouble or dishonest and should be avoided. They have always been a liitle late in paying but now 16 days late and no response to many emails. Until reviews improve, I suggest people should not waste their time completing their surveys.
Terrible company treating their members like morons. Obviously like a lot of members I am also waiting for my £20.00 reward which should have arrived by now but no chance! Repeated emails to Mindmover and you get no reply whatsoever. Only had the email lying to members saying that payments will be sorted within the next 2 weeks. Eight weeks later and still waiting. No one seems to have the nerve to own up and tell the truth about the current situation with Mindmover. If the survey company is in trouble then please say so! If no one has any chance of getting their rewards then say so! Grow a pair and be honest with members. We answer your surveys when requested so please have the decency to listen to and reply (not with an automated message) personally to complaints. Come on...you know it makes sense!!!
following on my review in september despite promises points redemption from August still not paid now 29th Dec. they ignore all your e-mails
I was contacted by QuMind company that belongs to the group and also with the partnership of FutureThinking to participate in a study on soft ice. They said the payment was 1 Amazon voucher of 70 €. I followed the study instructions and completed it within the stipulated time. More than 1 month later and having sent several messages and emails, they say that the client did not accept my participation. I consider that the communication of these companies is very poor and induces people to participate in unclear market research in their instructions. In conclusion, people give their opinion, waste their time for nothing! Do not trust.

I think they have gone over to being 100% Cint in disguise - never any of their own surveys now, hence the recent problems with them. Cint are a law unto themselves - certainly the worst survey company in the world, bar none. Check out the reviews of Cint on Trustpilot!
3 months i have been waiting for my £20 agree with the reviews you get the same reply theres a back log then you get no more emails back,all they say is your get in 2 weeks another month on and nothing, sounds to me they have problems,and cant see that we will get,,so annoying when they make you wait to such a larger amount before you can redeem as this is what happensa lot

Our panel has many 1000's of members meaning we try to get back to everyone as quick as possible. We also profusely apologise for recent backlogs in incentive payments. We are working hard to pay all our valuable members on time. Any recent backlog will now be cleared in the next 2 weeks so please keep a look out for your incentives.
Well, I think most of those 1000's of members might be gone soon. Maybe your company is in administration?

There are much better survey sites than Mindmover. I haven’t received the last two £20 earned. All they will say is there is a backlog. Don’t waste your time

Been using this survey site for years with few problems but over last few months haven't been getting the points for completed surveys and all me messages and email have been completely ignored. You need 2000 points to cashout and i have 1895 with 100s of points not paid. Looks like i'm not getting my voucher. very disappointing

Took part in a 4 day panel research in August and Mindmover have still not paid out - they owe me a £80 amazon voucher. They have ignored all emails I sent.
