Stay away from this survey company at all costs as they don't pay you for your work carried out. Seriously don't waste your time, i'm still waiting on a £50 payment despite numerous emails back & forth chasing this up. I've now cut my losses and unsubscribed...cowboys!

I did initially have problems with a pay out .but it was all resolved and continued to use .all sorted and happy

AVOID ! Cashed out over 6 weeks ago and never paid out . Now they ignore all forms of communication with them

I tried to cash out over 6 weeks ago now, they haven't paid or even replied to my emails. The worst survey company i've ever encountered

Again I have cashed out and still no payment after 40 days. I have queried this and managed to get a reply which is something I suppose but just tell me they will pay as soon as they can and I am on a 'priority' list to be paid.
Not good and I think the payout experience shows the true company so I am not happy and would not recommend as lots more decent ones out there.

This company is one to be avoided. I reached £24 and cashed out, it states in their FAQS that payment may take 30 days. I have been waiting for 40 days so I raised a ticked query with their 'help panel'. They have not responded despite my reminding them at least 4 times. There seems to be panellist support whatsoever and, looking at other comments on this site, I am clearly not the only panellist they have not paid.

I’m awaiting 2 payments of £20 each and have yet to be paid. When I contact them they just make excuses about when I’ll be paid!

Although I was a member for a long time, when I was most recently approaching payout threshold, i suddenly hardly recieved any survey invites and was locked out of all of them. They then changed their terms and conditions, meaning that any points I had earned before this change were now able to be invalidated. I lost £17 which doesn't sound a lot but was probably 10 to 30 minutes per survey. It's disgusting. Intend to complain about them and would warn that you absolutely stay away.

The response is a lie. There is £17 worth of points removed from my account with the status "Invalidating unclaimed points" awarded on [date].
I have contacted numerous times and you still won't replace the points. Complete liars and con artists.

It took me a long time to realise that accumulated points expired after a certain time.When I eventually checked the history I was amazed,well disgusted actually,that so many points earned over months had been cancelled. The £20 payout threshold took an age to achieve and of course I was losing points as time went on.I eventually earned £20 and cashed in and left the site.I'll stick to Panelbase in future.

I was completing surveys without being disqualified but they are NOT crediting points afterward especially when you are near the payment threshold. totally wrong. Why are they doing this? they know what is happening because they must have some way of knowing how many & which surveys I am completing OR maybe not In which case they are a complete shambles

I wish I could give them zero. As others have said jut as you are finally approaching the payout threshold which with minimal opportunity's and maximum screenouts takes about 12 months they wipe out your points. It's clearly designed so that they rarely have to pay the participant's they have enslaved. Disgusting!! Panelists spend so much time completing tedious survey after tedious survey to boost what is usually a very low income just enough to make life more manageable and for scumbags like this who get given huge marketing budgets to employ such tactics to avoid paying the paltry amount people have WORKED for is despicable.
Most of the surveys revolve around Halfords. I think we should let Halfords know that using Mind Mover Connect reflects on them and tarnishes their good name.

they have changed the rules and hidden it in the terms and conditions of which they lie and say they informed all memmbers,, now your points expire very quickly ,, so the scum have stolen all the members points,,, thousands of £££ , probably spent on a party , DO NOT USE THIS SITE.. plus they now only send you one survey a week , from toluna. so you will never earn enough now to cash it in before the scammers take it.. here is their address MindMover

It seems as though they are now expiring people points. My suggestion to everybody that this has happened to is to request that your Data is Removed from that particular Survey Project that the Expired Points relate to. You have every right to the removal of your data under the GDPR Act and if they don't comply report them to the ICO.

Do not waste your precious time...They will steal it! Scam you for it...have tried this a few times and complete surveys only to be told, after you've given then the info', that the survey is over prescribed, therefore you don't get paid!...Have tried about 10 such sites over last couple mths and it seems prevalent that this is what they are doing..I feel had!

Updated 19.06.20 after their nasty reply: OH DEAR! re the companies response to my review! lol, Just what would expect, sadly, this was a vile response form them, taking no responsibility and actually lying and abusive / disrespectful...Keep away folks, they are nasty as proven by their unprofessional response.. Saddening of them to be so vile...I was not removed or barred etc in anyway and simply removed myself from the site.Stinks! :(

ps, they need to watch it,..False accusations of fraudulent behaviour is a legal matter and they will be reported further for this. Disgusted by them and have shown what crap they are!
They have stated that my activity was fraudulent, which is not so actually slanderous. They are breaking laws by making such personal suggestions / statements against my integrity etc and may be liable to further action. It is totally unacceptable what they are saying and untrue etc. However, given their overall reviews and score on Trustpilot and other sites it is clear to anyone that they are not trustworthy to use etc.

The reaction from them just points out how dishonest they are to be avoided at any cost. Scam!

Edit 18/6: Been speaking with them for days saying they were wrong to remove points and trying to tell them expiring points after a year is asking too much with some people since so many screen you out lately but wouldnt have it. They say theyre sorry for seeing me go but they wont pay out what ive earned with i mean is the most basic ask going. I hope someone contacts trading standards caus they cant just announce they can remove points and do so days later im sure! Its funny when i suggested stuff they say they cant just change the rules...err but you just did! Biggest con artists going i guess, like a lot of people are saying they get close to payout and then they do anything to stop you

Put in their terms and conditions randomly about a month ago with no other mention on their FAQ or website that they were expiring points and then pretty much nuked everyones points days later. Surely that cant be legal or at least very ethical.
Been on survey sites for years and none expire points for many many years after aquiring them. Very shady stuff going on. Before all this i was asking them why points werent being added and noone wanted to reply..until the mass reduction in points ofcourse then they decided to be "helpful" in quotes as it wasnt that helpful.Messaged them multiple times giving them chance after chance to put things right but obviously dont care

I had completed 19.90 pound in one year. Only 10 pence left to redeem it. No survey I got to complete the amount. If any survey comes out they rejected me. After giving my 1 year time, efforts, Internet data. They have deducted my amount and now I am on 13.65. What the rubbish survey website it is? They never pay the survey amount. Think about it if you are not providing quality of surveys to us. Then we will not able to complete the 20 pound amount. And the other points we have in account they will also expired. They we are mad? Why we will do surveys? Why wasting our time ? Kindly change your this updation. It is not good for humanity.

I have spent the best part of 2 years completing surveys - most of which you don't qualify for or don't pay out - only to log on today to find half of my points have 'expired' due to not redeeming them.

It's impossible to redeem them because there is only one option to redeem and you have to reach £20 to do it. I was at £18 and now back down to £9.

Appalling that they can just deduct points you have worked for. Closing my account.

My advice to people is don't register with this site. They treat you like rubbish. You get very few surveys and it takes ages to build the points up. Then when you finally get enough points to cash out. They don't send payment and ignore emails. They are making a lot more money than they are paying us, they are basically using us. And for the amount of time it takes to complete a survey, it should be at least £1 for every 5 mins it takes. Took one the other week and got 50p for 20 mins of my time.

I'm fact I would advise people against registering for any site like this that offers to pay for your opinion, as the amount you get for each survey is very little and is not worth wasting your time on. I have come to the conclusion that I have better things to do with my time than waste of completing surveys for very little in return. Plus the can delete your account any time they want when you lose what you have earned... And they do this without explanation of no warning.

Please don't be cools these survey sites are not worth it, it is cheap Labour for them and they will continue to treat people badly if we allow them.

Never the best site as you get far more emails to surveys that don't suit you than most, but all the surveys these days that you do manage to complete don't get paid. I have accumulated £16 of payments but probably they've not credited £30 of effort...of course I want to stop using the site but with all the effort gone so far I just want to get enough credit to cash out then I can at least get to £20 and leave. They do not reply to emails, and they never fix a problem with an unpaid survey. If you're considering trying them, don't, and if you have only a few pence raised so far write it off!

Update- complaining about the missing uncredited points led to them removing further points as punishment.
I joined Mindmover having read the recomending article on moneysavingexpert. They are a top search engine result and big influencer, so you can email them (look on their website for an email for reporting news) and tell them your story of minmover's theft. Hopefully that will lead them to change their article and warn people the site is untrustworthy so fewer people join.
Mindmover are a UK registered company which means they can be gotten to by trading standards, especially since their taking surveyors labour, claiming money from their clients for the survey done then failing to pay points or claimed money to the surveyors is fraud and could lead to criminal prosecution. Contact citizen's advice to ask how to make a complaint about the company's practices.
You can complain via the government's gov dot uk website (section labeled complain-company, sorry this review's not allowed links!) to report a fraud, owed money and financial harm to customers.

If everyone who has reached this site after Mindmover refused to pay points or a cash out to recompense its surveyors for their work does each of the 3 above you can imagine mindmover will either pay up or be shut down pretty quickly. Sound good?

avoid this panel at all costs. they are dishonest beyond belief. MINDMOVER ARE THEIVES. I promise you will become one of their victims.
